技术领域
本发明涉及医用高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶及其降温贴。
背景技术
小儿发烧是常见多发疾病,如不及时处理,当体温超过41℃时,体内蛋白质会发生分解,从而对大脑造成不同程度的损伤。现有的降温退烧药大多为口服药,而且具有副作用,不利于小儿使用。物理降温简便易行,疗效可靠,副作用小,是小儿退热防止惊厥和避免留有后遗症的有效措施之一,近年被儿科专家所提倡。退热贴(降温贴)是最近流行起来的一种外贴剂,属于物理降温用品,具有退热快,降温效果好,安全无毒副作用,不破坏儿童体内的免疫功能系统等特点,被广泛运用于缓解小儿发热发烧。
现在市面上大部分退热贴的退热原理都是通过水凝胶中水分汽化将体内的过多热量带出去,降低体温的效果较弱。但由于透气性差和凝胶中高分子骨架的固水作用,水分从这种退热贴中蒸发的速率很慢,退热效果并不理想。刚贴上会由于温差的原因起到一定效果,当凝胶温度与体温一致时,就不再起作用了。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶及其降温贴,通过在壳聚糖凝胶中包覆相变储能微胶囊和温变显色剂,同时添加纳米无机粉末,增加导热能力同时,能够在降温贴失效后提供显色指引功能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶,制备方法如下:
S1、制备高熔点明胶溶液作为壁材;
S2、将低温石蜡加热熔融后,按照芯壁比(2-3):1加入到S1中的明胶溶液中,同时加入明胶质量1%-2%的氮化硼,再加入低温石蜡质量分数4-6%的乳化剂,1800-2500r/min剪切、乳化30min;
S3、保持温度恒定,加入一定量的促凝剂,并在200r-500r/min低俗搅拌40-60min;
S4、待S3中的溶液冷却至室温后,冰水浴中逐滴滴入明胶质量0.1%-0.5%的交联剂交联固化20-30min,期间保持200r-500r/min搅拌;
S5、将S4的悬浊液萃取并真空干燥后得到微胶囊颗粒;
S6、制备水凝胶;
水凝胶包括按照质量份数计的各组分:S5中的微胶囊10-15份;显色剂0.1-0.5份;壳聚糖5-10份;蒸馏水40-70份;戊二醛0.1-0.5份;乙酸;0.5-1份;薄荷醇0.08-1份;乙醇0.1-1份;甘油5-10份;还添加有水凝剂总质量5%-10%的氮化硼。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,高熔点明胶制备方法如下:配置10%的明胶水溶液,加入明胶质量分数5%-10%的琼脂粉,加热搅拌至沸腾,直至琼脂粉完全溶解,降温至55℃备用。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中低温石蜡为市售38℃相变蜡。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中乳化剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
进一步的,所述步骤S3促凝剂选用无水乙醇,添加量为明胶溶液体积50%-55%。
进一步的,所述步骤S4中交联剂选择甲醛,使用时配置成37%,pH为8-9的稀溶液使用。
进一步的,所述步骤S6中水凝胶的制备方法如下:先分别配置2%乙酸溶液和2%戊二醛溶液,将壳聚糖溶解在2%乙酸溶液中,再将薄荷醇溶解在乙醇中,将薄荷醇溶液、甘油、微胶囊、显色剂、2%戊二醛加入到壳聚糖溶液中,加入剩余的蒸馏水搅拌至充分溶胀,45-50℃恒温保持60min后,室温放置6-24h即得水凝胶。
进一步的,所述步骤S6中显色剂为市售微胶囊化39℃温变颜料。
一种使用上述相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶制备的降温贴,包括无纺布层、水凝胶层和防粘层组成,所述水凝胶为权利要求1所述的相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶,涂布在无纺布层上,所述防粘层为PET薄膜。
本发明中的有益效果:
1、通过采用高熔点的明胶壁材微胶囊,可避免存放或在使用过程中造成微胶囊破壁损坏,可重复使用;
2、微胶囊中包覆低温相变石蜡,能够吸收大量热量,增加降温效率
3、微胶囊和水凝胶中均设有纳米氮化硼,能够较好的传导热量;
4、采用微胶囊温变颜料,能够较好的指示降温贴是否失效。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶,制备方法如下:
S1、制备高熔点明胶溶液作为壁材;制备方法如下:配置10%的明胶溶液,加入明胶质量分数6%的琼脂粉,加热搅拌至沸腾,直至琼脂粉完全溶解,降温至55℃备用;
S2、将低温石蜡加热熔融后,按照芯壁比2:1加入到S1中的明胶溶液中,同时加入明胶质量2%的氮化硼,再加入低温石蜡质量分数5%的乳化剂,2400/min剪切、乳化30min;
S3、保持温度恒定,加入一定量的促凝剂,并在200r/min低俗搅拌60min;
S4、待S3中的溶液冷却至室温后,冰水浴中逐滴滴入明胶质量0.2%的交联剂交联固化28min,期间保持250r/min搅拌;
S5、将S4的悬浊液萃取并真空干燥后得到微胶囊颗粒;
S6、制备水凝胶,包括按照质量份数计的各组分:S5中的微胶囊10份;显色剂0.1份;壳聚糖10份;蒸馏水60份;戊二醛0.15份;乙酸;0.8份;薄荷醇0.1份;乙醇0.1份;甘油5份;还添加有水凝剂总质量8%的氮化硼;制备方法如下:先分别配置2%乙酸溶液和2%戊二醛溶液,将壳聚糖溶解在2%乙酸溶液中,再将薄荷醇溶解在乙醇中,将薄荷醇溶液、甘油、微胶囊、显色剂、2%戊二醛加入到壳聚糖溶液中,加入剩余的蒸馏水搅拌至充分溶胀,50℃恒温保持60min后,室温放置8h即得水凝胶。
其中,
步骤S2中低温石蜡为市售38℃相变蜡,乳化剂为非离子型表面活性剂,如吐温80;
步骤S3促凝剂选用无水乙醇,添加量为明胶溶液体积50%-55%,使得明胶的水合作用降低,进而使得聚合物分子间相互作用增大从而凝聚。
步骤S4中交联剂选择甲醛,使用时配置成37%,pH为8-9的稀溶液使用。

S5、将S4的悬浊液萃取并真空干燥后得到微胶囊颗粒;
S6、制备水凝胶,包括按照质量份数计的各组分:S5中的微胶囊15份;显色剂0.3份;壳聚糖10份;蒸馏水70份;戊二醛0.5份;乙酸;1份;薄荷醇1份;乙醇1份;甘油10份;还添加有水凝剂总质量5%的氮化硼;制备方法如下:先分别配置2%乙酸溶液和2%戊二醛溶液,将壳聚糖溶解在2%乙酸溶液中,再将薄荷醇溶解在乙醇中,将薄荷醇溶液、甘油、微胶囊、显色剂、2%戊二醛加入到壳聚糖溶液中,加入剩余的蒸馏水搅拌至充分溶胀,50℃恒温保持60min后,室温放置24h即得水凝胶。

S4、待S3中的溶液冷却至室温后,冰水浴中逐滴滴入明胶质量0.3%的交联剂交联固化30min,期间保持400r/min搅拌;
S5、将S4的悬浊液萃取并真空干燥后得到微胶囊颗粒;
S6、制备水凝胶,包括按照质量份数计的各组分:S5中的微胶囊12份;显色剂0.3份;壳聚糖8份;蒸馏水60份;戊二醛0.3份;乙酸;0.8份;薄荷醇0.5份;乙醇1份;甘油8份;还添加有水凝剂总质量8%的氮化硼;制备方法如下:先分别配置2%乙酸溶液和2%戊二醛溶液,将壳聚糖溶解在2%乙酸溶液中,再将薄荷醇溶解在乙醇中,将薄荷醇溶液、甘油、微胶囊、显色剂、2%戊二醛加入到壳聚糖溶液中,加入剩余的蒸馏水搅拌至充分溶胀,45-50℃恒温保持60min后,室温放置12h即得水凝胶。

S3、保持温度恒定,加入一定量的促凝剂,并在200r-500r/min低俗搅拌40-60min;
S4、待S3中的溶液冷却至室温后,冰水浴中逐滴滴入明胶质量0.1%-0.5%的交联剂交联固化20-30min,期间保持200r-500r/min搅拌;
S5、将S4的悬浊液萃取并真空干燥后得到微胶囊颗粒;
S6、制备水凝胶;
水凝胶包括按照质量份数计的各组分:S5中的微胶囊10-15份;显色剂0.1-0.5份;壳聚糖5-10份;蒸馏水40-70份;戊二醛0.1-0.5份;乙酸;0.5-1份;薄荷醇0.08-1份;乙醇0.1-1份;甘油5-10份;还添加有水凝剂总质量5%-10%的氮化硼。

7.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中水凝胶的制备方法如下:先分别配置2%乙酸溶液和2%戊二醛溶液,将壳聚糖溶解在2%乙酸溶液中,再将薄荷醇溶解在乙醇中,将薄荷醇溶液、甘油、微胶囊、显色剂、2%戊二醛加入到壳聚糖溶液中,加入剩余的蒸馏水搅拌至充分溶胀,45-50℃恒温保持60min后,室温放置6-24h即得水凝胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中显色剂为市售微胶囊化39℃温变颜料。
9.一种使用权利要求1所述的相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶制备的降温贴,其特征在于:包括无纺布层、水凝胶层和防粘层组成,所述水凝胶为权利要求1所述的相变储能微胶囊复合水凝胶,涂布在无纺布层上,所述防粘层为PET薄膜。
