Detailed Description
Example 1:
the medical blister plastic film suitable for packaging comprises an aluminum foil layer, wherein one side of the aluminum foil layer is provided with a layer of protective film generated by coating a protective agent, the other side of the aluminum foil layer is provided with a plastic sheet, and the aluminum foil layer and the plastic sheet are thermally sealed through an adhesion layer;
the plastic sheet is prepared from resin, a heat stabilizer and a lubricant in a calendering mode, wherein the resin, the heat stabilizer and the lubricant are respectively prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 35-50 parts, 20-25 parts and 10-15 parts;
the protective agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 25-30 parts of nitrocellulose, 17-25 parts of synthetic resin, 6-9 parts of plasticizer, 3-5 parts of cosolvent and 10-15 parts of diluent;
furthermore, the cosolvent is any one of acetamide, urea and nicotinamide.
Furthermore, the bonding layer is prepared by mixing nitrocellulose, acrylic resin and a solvent, and the proportion of the nitrocellulose, the acrylic resin and the solvent is 4: 4: 2.
further, the heat stabilizer is prepared by mixing and blending stearate, an antioxidant and mineral oil, wherein the proportion of the stearate, the antioxidant and the mineral oil is 3: 2: 1.
further, the plasticizer is prepared by heating and distilling fatty acid methyl ester, glycol, corn oil and potato powder in an oil bath, and the ratio of the fatty acid methyl ester to the glycol to the corn oil to the potato powder is 4: 2: 3: 1.
further, the lubricant is polyethylene wax or Fischer-Tropsch wax.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, printing product information on one side of the aluminum foil layer;
s2, preparing the resin, the heat stabilizer and the lubricant into a plastic sheet in a calendaring mode;
s3, putting the nitrocellulose, the synthetic resin, the plasticizer, the cosolvent and the diluent into a container, heating, mixing and stirring to be viscous to obtain a bonding layer;
s4, uniformly coating the adhesive layer on the opposite side of the aluminum foil layer and the plastic sheet, bonding the aluminum foil layer and the plastic sheet, and performing pressure heat sealing through a hot pressing plate, wherein the heat sealing temperature is kept at 150 ℃, the heat sealing pressure is kept at 0.2 multiplied by 10Pa, and the heat sealing time is 1S;
s5, naturally cooling after hot pressing, uniformly coating the protective agent on one surface of the aluminum foil layer with the product information through mechanical coating equipment, drying, and then producing a protective film to complete all procedures to obtain the medical blister plastic film.
Example 2
The preparation was carried out exactly as in example 1, differing from example 1 by: the resin, the heat stabilizer and the lubricant are respectively prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 40-48 parts, 23-24 parts and 13-14 parts.
