the shape of the reticulate pattern on the release film is of a plurality of rhombus splicing structures, the internal angle of each rhombus is 60 degrees, the side length is 2mm, and the thickness of any side is 0.4mm.

A cast polypropylene releasable release film according to claim 1, wherein the corona layer (1) comprises 100 parts by mass of a polypropylene homo-polymer resin; the intermediate layer (2) comprises 75 parts by mass of polypropylene homopolymerization resin and 25 parts by mass of ternary copolymerization polypropylene; the heat sealing layer (3) comprises 75 parts by mass of polypropylene homopolymerization resin, 25 parts by mass of ternary polymerization polypropylene, 1 part by mass of smooth master batch, 1 part by mass of opening master batch and 0.2 part by mass of processing aid.
3. A method of producing the cast polypropylene releasable release film according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing the resin raw materials of the heat-sealing layer (3), the middle layer (2) and the corona layer (1) in corresponding parts by weight according to a formula, co-extruding the resin raw materials in an extruder, and cooling and shaping the resin raw materials in a casting station;
s2, carrying out corona treatment on the surface of the corona layer (1) of the film subjected to casting and shaping;
and S3, performing an off-line hot pressing process on the corona-treated film to obtain the release film, namely performing an embossing process after the film in the step S2 reaches the softening point of the film through a heating roller.
4. The method for preparing the cast polypropylene peelable release film according to claim 3, wherein in the embossing process, the thickness of the film after embossing is more than one time of the thickness of the film before embossing.

The method for preparing the cast polypropylene peelable release film according to claim 3, wherein the temperatures of three barrels of the extruder are divided into three sections, and the temperatures of each section are as follows: the temperature of the first section is 220 ℃, the temperature of the second section is 255 ℃, the temperature of the third section is 250 ℃, and the temperature of the die head of the extruder is 240 ℃.

The method for preparing the cast polypropylene peelable release film according to claim 3, wherein the roll surface temperature of the casting roll in the casting process in the step S1 is 15 ℃; the distance between the air knife and the cooling roller is 90CM; the air knife and the cooling roller form an angle of 45 degrees; the air knife pressure is 5mbar; the vacuum box pressure was 1mbar.
