Compared with other products in the packaging industry, the laser packaging material not only has novel and bright appearance effect, improves the appearance grade of the packaged product, but also has high-technology anti-counterfeiting function, so that the application of the laser packaging film is necessary to be increasingly wide in order to improve the product competitiveness. However, the existing laser packaging film has many problems, for example, the laser printed pattern is not clear and is easy to fall off, after laser printing, the heat sealing performance is reduced or a heat sealing coating needs to be added, and the like, so that high-quality cigarette packaging film products suitable for cigarettes are difficult to obtain.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, there is a need to develop a smooth laser double-sided heat-sealable cigarette packaging film and a preparation method thereof.

The first purpose of the invention is realized by adopting a double-sided heat-sealable smooth laser BOPP base material film as the smooth laser double-sided heat-sealable cigarette packaging film and carrying out laser imprinting on the inner layer.

According to the invention, the heat-sealing initial temperature is reduced to 80 ℃ on the basis of ensuring the existing functions by adjusting and optimizing the material formulas of the outer layer and the inner layer, the temperature is reduced by about 40 ℃ compared with the prior art, the heat-sealing initial temperature is reduced, the energy consumption is effectively reduced in use, and the method is environment-friendly.
3. According to the invention, through a scientific material formula and a preparation process, the laser layer of the packaging film has good adhesion, and the phenomena of falling-off of laser patterns and the like are avoided.
4. The packaging film is designed by adopting a special material formula, so that the obtained packaging film has laser and heat-sealing performances; the structure form is as follows: the multilayer structure of the heat sealing layer, the core layer and the laser heat sealing layer can be widely applied.
5. According to the invention, through the screening optimization of the formula of the double-sided heat-sealable smooth-surface laser BOPP substrate film with the three-layer structure, the stability of the performance of the substrate film in the post-processing process is well solved, and the stability of the performance of the substrate in the processing process comprising the processes of substrate processing, laser imprinting, cigarette machine use and the like is realized, so that the stable production of products is realized.
