Preparing an aluminum-plated packaging film: the polypropylene film is prepared by adopting a multi-layer co-extrusion polypropylene biaxial stretching preparation process and a polypropylene film vacuum aluminizing processing process, wherein the longitudinal stretching temperature is 80 ℃, the transverse stretching temperature is 120 ℃, the temperature of an extruder is 210 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 8; degree of vacuum 10X 10-3Pa, the temperature of the evaporation boat is 1250 ℃, and the purity of the aluminum wire is 99.9 percent;
E. the composite process comprises the following steps: and C, compounding the printing layer printed by the ink in the step C and the aluminum-plated layer of the aluminum-plated packaging film by using an adhesive by adopting a solvent-free compounding process to obtain the double-sided heat-sealable multilayer composite film with the laser surface.
The laser printing packaging film prepared in this example had a water vapor transmission rate =6 g/m2Day, oxygen transmission rate =1700 cc/m2. day; the water vapor transmission rate of the aluminum-plated packaging film is =0.6 g/m2Day, oxygen transmission rate =60 cc/m2. day; the water vapor transmission rate of the laser printing aluminized cigarette composite packaging film obtained by final composite processing is less than or equal to 0.45 g/m2Day, the oxygen transmission rate is less than or equal to 31 cc/m2.day, therefore, the composite packaging film of the invention has extremely high barrier property and good heat sealing property, simultaneously overcomes the defects of the existing aluminized and printed cigarette films, and effectively enhances the functionality of the cigarette packaging film.
Example 24
Selecting a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive and an acrylate water-soluble adhesive as adhesives to carry out composite processing on the laser printing packaging film obtained in the embodiment 9 and the aluminized packaging film obtained in the embodiment 13 to obtain the composite packaging film for the laser printing aluminized cigarette, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. preparing a laser printing packaging film: the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the polypropylene film by adopting a multi-layer co-extrusion polypropylene biaxial stretching preparation process, laser imprinting the polypropylene film, then carrying out gravure printing, and carrying out inner printing, wherein the longitudinal stretching temperature is 110 ℃, the transverse stretching temperature is 160 ℃, the temperature of an extruder is 240 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 7;
B. preparing an aluminum-plated packaging film: the polypropylene film is prepared by adopting a multi-layer co-extrusion polypropylene biaxial stretching preparation process and a polypropylene film vacuum aluminizing processing process, wherein the longitudinal stretching temperature is 110 ℃, the transverse stretching temperature is 160 ℃, the temperature of an extruder is 240 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 7; degree of vacuum of 3X 10-3Pa, the temperature of the evaporation boat is 1350 ℃, and the purity of the aluminum wire is 99.9 percent;
C. the composite process comprises the following steps: and compounding the printing layer of the laser printing packaging film and the aluminized layer of the aluminized packaging film by adopting a dry compounding process, wherein the bonding temperature is 85 ℃, and thus obtaining the laser packaging film.
The water vapor transmission rate of the laser printing packaging film prepared by the embodiment=6 g/m2Day, oxygen transmission rate =1600 cc/m2Day; the water vapor transmission rate of the aluminum-plated packaging film is =0.6 g/m2Day, oxygen transmission =60 cc/m2Day; the water vapor transmission rate of the composite packaging film for the aluminized printed cigarette obtained by final composite processing is less than or equal to 0.51 g/m2Day, oxygen transmission rate not more than 35 cc/m2Day, therefore the composite packaging film of the invention has extremely high barrier property and good heat sealing property, simultaneously overcomes the defects of the existing aluminized and printed cigarette films, and effectively enhances the functionality of the cigarette packaging film.

Claims (7)

1. A composite packaging film for a smooth surface laser cigarette is characterized in that the composite packaging film for the smooth surface laser cigarette is a single-surface heat-sealable smooth surface laser BOPP base material film, laser stamping is performed on an inner layer, and then printing is performed on a laser surface to obtain the composite packaging film; the single-side heat-sealable smooth laser BOPP base material film comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and a core layer arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer; the core layer comprises homopolymer polypropylene, hydrocarbon resin and master batch, the master batch contained in the core layer is an antistatic agent and/or a stiffening agent, and the antistatic agent is one or more of fatty acid ester, ethoxyamine, diethanolamide, ethoxylated alcohol, glyceryl monostearate and glyceryl distearate; the outer layer is a heat-sealing layer and comprises a main material and an additive, wherein the main material is a copolymer, and the additive is one or more of polyethylene, polybutylene, polydimethylsiloxane, silicone oil, silicon dioxide, polymethyl methacrylate, polymethylsiloxane and natural quartz; the inner layer is a laser layer, the laser layer comprises a main material and an additive, the main material is a copolymer, and the additive is one or more of silicon dioxide, polymethyl methacrylate, polymethyl siloxane, silica gel and natural quartz; the copolymer in the inner layer and the outer layer is a binary copolymer and/or a terpolymer, the binary copolymer is any one of a binary copolymer A, a binary copolymer B and a binary copolymer C with the purity of 50-95%, and the terpolymer is any one of a ternary copolymer A, a ternary copolymer B and a ternary copolymer C with the purity of 50-95%; the melt mass flow rate MFR =5.0-5.42g/10min for bipolymer A, 5.40-5.80g/10min for bipolymer B, 5.83-6.1g/10min for bipolymer C; the melt mass flow rate MFR =5.5-5.90g/10min for terpolymer A, 5.91-6.5g/10min for terpolymer B, and 6.51-7.20g/10min for terpolymer C.

The composite packaging film for smooth laser cigarettes of claim 1, wherein the laser embossing is to transfer a holographic image with rainbow dynamic and three-dimensional effects to the inner layer of the smooth laser BOPP substrate film by using 3D true color holographic technology, multiple and dynamic imaging technology through die pressing.
3. The composite packaging film for smooth laser cigarettes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the printing is to print the required pattern on the laser surface by using environment-friendly water-based ink.

The composite packaging film for the smooth laser cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite packaging film for the smooth laser cigarette is obtained by performing laser imprinting on an inner layer, performing printing on a laser surface, and performing composite processing between a printing layer and an aluminum plating layer of an aluminum plating packaging film by using an adhesive, wherein the single-sided heat-sealable smooth laser BOPP base material film is adopted.
5. The composite packaging film for smooth laser cigarettes of claim 4, wherein the adhesive is one or two of a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive and an acrylate hydrosol type adhesive.
6. The preparation method of the composite packaging film for the smooth laser cigarettes in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. preparing a smooth substrate film: the polypropylene film is prepared by adopting a multi-layer co-extrusion polypropylene biaxial stretching preparation process and a polypropylene film, wherein the longitudinal stretching temperature is 70-130 ℃, the transverse stretching temperature is 100-175 ℃, the temperature of an extruder is 200-250 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 4-10;
B. laser embossing process: stamping a laser pattern on the inner layer of the base material film by adopting a laser mould pressing process;
C. printing ink: after laser stamping is finished, surface polarity treatment is firstly carried out, then ink printing is further carried out on a laser surface, and printing is finished by adopting environment-friendly water-based ink and an intaglio inner printing process.
7. The preparation method according to claim 6, characterized in that the preparation method further comprises a step D of compounding: and C, compounding the printing layer printed by the ink in the step C and the aluminized layer of the aluminized packaging film by using an adhesive by adopting a dry compounding process or a solvent-free compounding process, wherein if the dry compounding process is adopted, the bonding temperature is 50-90 ℃.
