step 1: firstly, taking a polypropylene homopolymerization resin raw material, carrying out high-temperature pressure on a mould, then melting, and then lifting a pressure plate;
step 2: the polypropylene homopolymerization resin which is partially melted by the rising of the pressing plate is adhered with the pressing plate to form a first lower gap cone structure of a first lower gap cone, and then the temperature is rapidly reduced to solidify the polypropylene homopolymerization resin to form a corona layer, a first lower gap cone assembly of the first lower gap cone and a heat sealing layer and a second upper gap cone assembly;

A processing method of a cast polypropylene peelable release film comprises the following steps:
step 1: firstly, taking a polypropylene homopolymerization resin raw material, carrying out high-temperature pressure on a mould, then melting, and then lifting a pressure plate;
step 2: the polypropylene homopolymerization resin which is partially melted by the rising of the pressing plate is adhered with the pressing plate to form a first lower gap cone 4 structure, and then the temperature is rapidly reduced to solidify the polypropylene homopolymerization resin to form a corona layer 1, first lower gap cone 4 assembly, a heat sealing layer 2 and a second upper gap cone 6 assembly;
