The cutter changing device 6 comprises a fixed rod 60, a poking rod 61 and a second spring 62, wherein the fixed rod 60 is symmetrically arranged on the front side of the inside of the rotating disc 27 in a sliding mode, the fixed rod 60 is matched with the cutting knife 28, the poking rod 61 is arranged between the tops of the fixed rods 60, the second spring 62 is sleeved on the upper portion of the fixed rod 60, and two ends of the second spring 62 are respectively connected with the poking rod 61 and the rotating disc 27.
When people need to replace the cutter 28, the toggle rod 61 is pulled upwards, the second spring 62 stretches, the toggle rod 61 drives the fixed rod 60 to move upwards, the fixed rod 60 is separated from the cutter 28, the cutter 28 can be replaced at the moment, after replacement, the toggle rod 61 is loosened, the second spring 62 is restored, and under the action of the second spring 62, the toggle rod 61 and the fixed rod 60 are driven to move downwards to reset.
The collecting device 7 comprises a supporting table 70, a fixing block 71 and a containing box 72, wherein the supporting table 70 is arranged on the ground, the fixing block 71 is arranged at the top of the supporting table 70 in a sliding mode, and two containing boxes 72 are arranged at the top of the fixing block 71.
The sweet potato chips fall into the accommodating box 72 at the rear side downwards through the baffle pipe 51, after the accommodating box 72 at the rear side is fully collected, the fixing block 71 is pushed backwards, and the fixing block 71 drives the accommodating box 72 to move backwards, so that the sweet potato chips fall into the accommodating box 72 at the front side downwards, and after all sweet potatoes are sliced, the sweet potato chips in the accommodating box 72 are collected.

the side part of the second rotating rod (24) is provided with a first straight gear (26), and the first straight gear (26) is meshed with the fluted disc (25);
a rotating disc (27), wherein one side of the second rotating rod (24) is provided with the rotating disc (27);
a cutting knife (28), wherein one side of the inside of the rotating disc (27) is provided with the cutting knife (28);
the feed mechanism (3) comprises:
the second supporting block (30) is arranged on one side of the top of the first bracket (1);
a first rotating shaft (31), wherein the upper part of the second supporting block (30) is rotatably provided with the first rotating shaft (31);
the second spur gear (32), there are second spur gears (32) on the side of the first rotating shaft (31), the second spur gear (32) is meshed with fluted disc (25);
the third supporting block (33) is arranged on one side of the top of the first bracket (1), and the third supporting block (33) is positioned on one side of the second supporting block (30);
a second rotating shaft (34), wherein the second rotating shaft (34) is rotatably arranged at the upper part of the third supporting block (33);
a straight gear set (312), wherein the straight gear set (312) is arranged between the side part of the second rotating shaft (34) and the side part of the first rotating shaft (31);
a poking block (35), wherein the poking block (35) is arranged at the side part of the second rotating shaft (34);
a charging hopper (36), wherein one side of the top of the first bracket (1) is provided with the charging hopper (36);
a second bracket (37), wherein the second bracket (37) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the charging hopper (36) in a sliding manner;
a first spring (38) is arranged between the top of the second bracket (37) and the top of the inner side of the charging hopper (36);
the sliding rail (311) is arranged in the middle of one side of the top of the first bracket (1);
the sliding block (310) is arranged on the sliding rail (311) in a sliding manner, and the sliding block (310) is matched with the poking block (35);
the pushing block (39), the top of the sliding block (310) is provided with the pushing block (39), and the top of the pushing block (39) is connected with the bottom of the second bracket (37).

a fixing frame (47) is arranged between two sides of the top of the cleaning box (41), and the upper parts of the third rotating shaft (42) and the fourth rotating shaft (45) are both rotationally connected with the fixing frame (47);
the hairbrush (48) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (42) and the fourth rotating shaft (45) in a sliding mode;
the filter screen (49) is rotatably arranged between the bottoms of the brushes (48), and the filter screen (49) is slidably connected with the third rotating shaft (42), the fourth rotating shaft (45) and the cleaning box (41);
a blanking plate (410), wherein the blanking plate (410) is arranged at the upper part of one side of the cleaning box (41), and one side of the blanking plate (410) is connected with one side of the charging hopper (36);
the air cylinder (411) is arranged on the ground, the top of a piston rod of the air cylinder (411) penetrates through the first bracket (1), the top of the piston rod of the air cylinder (411) is connected with the bottom of the filter screen (49), and the piston rod of the air cylinder (411) is rotationally and slidably connected with the sleeve (44).
