referring to fig. 1-10, a crushing device for concrete construction waste treatment comprises a bottom plate 1, a water tank 2, a first L-shaped supporting plate 201 and a crushing box 202, wherein the water tank 2, the first L-shaped supporting plate 201 and the crushing box 202 are all connected to the bottom plate 1, the first L-shaped supporting plate 201 is respectively provided with a supporting rod 302 and a first supporting plate 4, the first L-shaped supporting plate 201 is provided with a spray nozzle 303, the water tank 2 is internally provided with a pressurizer 3, a hollow pipe 301 is connected between the output end of the pressurizer 3 and the spray nozzle 303, the first supporting plate 4 is slidably connected with a movable rod 404, the bottom of the movable rod 404 is fixedly connected with a crushing plate 406, the bottom plate 1 is respectively provided with a first conveyor belt 505 and a second conveyor belt 506, the inner wall of the crushing box 202 is respectively rotatably connected with a first crushing roller 9, a second crushing roller 901, a third crushing roller 902 and a fourth crushing roller 903, the second crushing roller 901, a fourth rotating shaft 1101 and a fifth rotating shaft 1102 are further rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the crushing box 202, a third conveying belt 1103 is connected between the fourth rotating shaft 1101 and the fifth rotating shaft 1102, and a first baffle 12 and a second baffle 1201 are further respectively arranged on the inner wall of the crushing box 202.
The driving mechanism comprises a third motor 10, a second gear 1002 and a fourth gear 1005, the third motor 10 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the crushing box 202, the output end of the third motor 10 is connected with a first gear 1001 meshed with the second gear 1002, the second gear 1002 is fixedly connected to a fourth crushing roller 903, the fourth gear 1005 is fixedly connected with the third crushing roller 902, the fourth gear 1005 is meshed with a third gear 1004, and the third gear 1004 is fixedly connected with the fourth crushing roller 903.
The side walls of the two sides of the crushing box 202 are fixedly connected with a first protective cover 1003 and a second protective cover 1006 respectively.
The side wall of the crushing box 202 is also fixedly connected with a first motor 11, the output end of the first motor 11 is fixedly connected with a fourth rotating shaft 1101, and the side wall of the crushing box 202 is also fixedly connected with a recovery plate 1202.
The bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a second supporting plate 5 and a supporting block 501 respectively, the second supporting plate 5 is rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft 503 and a second rotating shaft 504 respectively, a first conveying belt 505 is arranged on the first rotating shaft 503, the second supporting plate 5 is fixedly connected with a second L-shaped supporting plate 502, and the first rotating shaft 503 is rotatably connected with the second L-shaped supporting plate 502.
The bottom plate 1 is provided with a second motor 6, the output end of the second motor 6 is respectively and fixedly connected with a first belt pulley 601, a second belt pulley 602 and a fifth belt pulley 14, a second rotating shaft 504 is fixedly connected with a third belt pulley 605, a first belt 603 is connected between the third belt pulley 605 and the first belt pulley 601, the side wall of the second supporting plate 5 is rotatably connected with a fourth belt pulley 606, a second belt 604 is connected between the fourth belt pulley 606 and the second belt pulley 602, a second rotating disc 7 is fixedly connected to the fourth belt pulley 606, a poking tooth 701 is arranged on the second rotating disc 7, a third rotating disc 702 is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 503, and a poking groove 703 matched with the poking tooth 701 is arranged on the third rotating disc 702.
The side wall of first backup pad 4 rotates and is connected with sixth pivot 401, the one end of sixth pivot 401 is connected with first carousel 402, it is connected with dwang 403 to rotate on the first carousel 402, the spacing section of thick bamboo 405 of lateral wall fixedly connected with of first backup pad 4, carriage release lever 404 slides in spacing section of thick bamboo 405, the one end that first carousel 402 was kept away from to dwang 403 rotates with carriage release lever 404 to be connected, the one end that first carousel 402 was kept away from in sixth pivot 401 is connected with sixth band pulley 1402, be connected with third belt 1401 between sixth band pulley 1402 and the fifth band pulley 14.
The inner wall of the crushing box 202 is rotatably connected with a third rotating shaft 8, and a second conveyor belt 506 is arranged between the third rotating shaft 8 and the second rotating shaft 504.
Smash case 202 bottom and be equipped with discharge gate 13, fixedly connected with third backup pad 1301 on the bottom plate 1, the one end and the crushing case 202 fixed connection of bottom plate 1 are kept away from to third backup pad 1301.
The bottom plate 1 is provided with a metal box 15, the metal box 15 is provided with an electromagnet 1501, and the electromagnet 1501 is matched with the second conveyor belt 506.
