Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for lips, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition for lips characterized in that the color is changed by physical stimulus and the original color is again exhibited when the physical stimulus is removed. The cosmetic composition for lips comprises oil, film-forming agent, silicon-based emulsifier, powder, silicone gel and pigment, and is reversibly changed in color according to the presence or absence of physical stimulus.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for lips which undergoes reversible color change in response to the presence or absence of physical stimulus.
Background
As the lips age, the bright red lips become dark in color, thin in thickness and become flat. Accordingly, in order to improve the dullness and the deflation of lips, there is increasing interest in making the red lips and the plump lips that are full of vitality and vivid, and thus the demand for related products is increasing.
In general, a lip cosmetic to which a water-dispersible lip cosmetic composition containing a dye dissolved in water and an aqueous phase humectant is applied is generally called a lip enamel, which provides not only a moisturizing effect of lips but also a natural coloring effect. However, due to the characteristics of such a water-dispersible composition, there is a disadvantage in that various colors cannot be exhibited as in oil-dispersible lip cosmetics due to limited dyes dissolved in water.
The commercially available water-dispersible lip cosmetic composition has a disadvantage in that the variety of colors developed using water-soluble pigments is extremely limited, and it simply makes the lips thinly colored and cannot improve the feel in use.
Recently, in order to satisfy consumer demands in terms of use feeling, products accompanied by color change have been marketed as lip products.
For example, the following lipsticks were developed: when lipstick of a specific color is applied to lips, the color is changed by pressure applied to the lips at the time of application, and the changed color remains on the lips as it is.
However, in the case of a lip product whose color is changed by physical stimulus, the color is completely changed by physical stimulus, and thus the reliability of the quality of the product is low and commercialization is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have developed a cosmetic composition for lips having reversible color change characteristics that changes color by physical stimulus and changes again to the original color upon removal of the physical stimulus.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for lips having a property of reversibly changing color according to the presence or absence of physical stimulus.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for lips, which comprises oil, a film-forming agent, a silicone-based emulsifier, powder, silicone gel, and a pigment, and which undergoes reversible color change depending on the presence or absence of physical stimulus.
(Effects of the invention)
The cosmetic composition for lips according to the present invention has reversible color-changing characteristics in which the color changes upon application of physical stimulus and returns to the original color upon removal of the physical stimulus. Thus, even if the color of the physical stimulus applied to the lips is temporarily changed when the cosmetic composition for lips is applied to the lips, the original color of the cosmetic composition for lips is returned again when the physical stimulus is removed by the end of the application, so that the reliability of quality can be ensured.
In addition, when the cosmetic composition for lips is used together with a silicon-based emulsifier together with a dispersant, not only reversible color change but also feeling of use such as spreadability, dryness and moisturizing ability can be further excellent.

Detailed Description
The following is a detailed description so that a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily practice the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
The term "physical stimulus" as used in the present specification means a physical pressure which is generally generated during use of the lip product, and may mean a frictional force. For example, the physical stimulus may mean pressure applied to lips when the lips collide and perform a "kappaphasia (personification Umpah Umpah)" action. In addition, the physical stimulus may mean pressure applied to the back of the hand when applying the lip product to the back of the hand with fingers and rubbing to test the formulation or color of the lip product. The physical stimulus may be pressure applied in a state where the lip product is applied. For example, the physical stimulus may be a friction force of 10gf to 60 gf. The friction force may be a value obtained by extracting data of the third time after repeating measurement five times with a friction force measuring apparatus at a speed of 3000mm/min, a spread length of 8cm, and a normal force of 300 g. The friction force measuring apparatus is not particularly limited, and an apparatus generally used in the art may be used, and may be measured using a friction force measuring apparatus (FW 14) of the company new east japan (HEIDON) in the present invention.
The term "reversible color change" as used in the present specification means a phenomenon in which a color is different from that before application during application of the cosmetic composition for lips, but returns to the color before application again after application. In addition, the term "reversible color change" may also mean a phenomenon in which when the lips or back of the hand are pressed in a state in which the lip cosmetic composition is applied to the skin such as the lips or back of the hand and pressurized, the color is different from that in the applied state before the pressurization, but the behavior of pressing the lips or back of the hand is interrupted, that is, the color returns to that before the pressurization again after the pressurization.
Cosmetic composition for lips
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for lips comprising a silicone-based emulsifier (silicone-based emulsifier) and having a reversible color change according to the presence or absence of physical stimulus.
Specifically, the cosmetic composition for lips may contain oil (oil), film-forming agent, silicone-based emulsifier, powder (powder), silicone gel (silicone gel), and coloring agent (color), and may further contain additives.
In the present invention, the degree of reversible color change caused by the presence or absence of physical stimulus of the cosmetic composition for lips is defined as a color difference change amount (Δe * ab) calculated by the following formula 1, and the color difference change amount (Δe * ab) may be 2.5 or more:
< 1>
In the formula 1, L * 1、a* 1、b* 1 and L * 2、a* 2、b* 2 represent color difference meter values at two points different from each other. The L * represents the brightness, a * represents the degree of red (red) and green (green), and b * 1 represents the degree of yellow (yellow) and blue (blue).
For example, L * 1、a* 1 and b * 1 may be color difference values in a state where no physical stimulus is applied, and L * 2、a* 2 and b * 2 may be color difference values in a state where physical stimulus is applied.
If the color difference change amount (Δe * ab) calculated by the above formula 1 is less than 2.5, the degree of color change caused by the presence or absence of physical stimulus may not occur, and if it is 2.5 or more, the color change caused by the presence or absence of physical stimulus may be confirmed, which means that the larger the color difference change amount (Δe * ab) is, the larger the color change caused by physical stimulus is.
In the present invention, the oil can impart a sense of use and a moisturizing sense to the cosmetic composition for lips and promote uniform mixing with other compositions.
The oil may comprise a silicone-based oil. In addition, the oil may contain both: silicon-based oil; and at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon oil (hydro-based oil), higher fatty acid oil (HIGHER FATTY ACID-based oil), ester oil (ester-based oil), and glyceride oil (glyceride-based oil).
The silicone oil may include one or more selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxane (dimethicone), phenyl trimethicone (phenyl trimethicone), polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl dimethicone cross polymer (dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer), and acrylate/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane/methacrylate copolymer (ACRYLATES/STEARYL ACRYLATE/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer).
The hydrocarbon oil may include one or more selected from the group consisting of squalane (squalane), polybutene (Polybutene), polyisobutene (Polyisobutene), polydecene (Polydecene), and hydrogenated polyisobutene (Hydrogenated Polyisobutene).
The higher fatty acid-based oil may include one or more selected from the group consisting of cetyl alcohol (Cetyl Alcohol), stearyl alcohol (Stearyl Alcohol), behenyl alcohol (Behenyl alcohol), 2-octyldodecanol (2-Octyldodecanol), and isocetyl alcohol (Isocetyl Alcohol).
The ester oil may include one or more selected from the group consisting of isopropyl palmitate (iospropyl palmitate), 2-octyldodecanol myristate (2-Octyldodecyl myristate), isopropyl myristate (Isopropyl Myristate), butyl octanol salicylate (Butyloctyl Salicylate), cetyl octanoate (Cetyl Octanoate), cetyl octyl octanoate (Cetyloctyl Octanoate), coco-caprylate/caprate (Coco-CAPRYLATE/Caprate), decyl cocoate (Decyl Cocoate), isostearyl isostearate (Isostearyl Isostearate), pentaerythritol tetra (ethylhexanoate) (PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRATHYLHEXANOATE), and dioctyl carbonate (DICAPRYLYL CARBONATE).
The glyceride oil may be caprylic/capric triglyceride (caprylic/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE).
In addition, the oil may be contained in an amount of 10 to 30 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, specifically, the content of the oil may be 10 wt% or more, 12 wt% or more, or 15 wt% or more, and may be 20 wt% or less, 25 wt% or less, or 30 wt% or less. If the oil content is less than 10% by weight, the moisturizing feel of the lip cosmetic composition may be reduced, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, the use feel may be reduced due to the excessive oil content.
In the invention, the film forming agent greatly improves the skin adhesion of pigment to play a role in improving durability.
The film former may be a mixture selected from the group consisting of trimethylsiloxysilicate (Trimethylsiloxysilicate) and cyclopentasiloxane (Cyclopentasiloxane); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and isododecane (Isododecane); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and cyclomethicone (Cyclomethicone); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and methyl trimethicone (Methyl Trimethicone); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and polydimethylsiloxane (Dimethicone); and a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and propylpolytrimethylsiloxane (Propyl Trimethicone), for example, a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and cyclopentasiloxane may be used simultaneously; and trimethylsilyloxy silicate and isododecane.
The film former may be contained in an amount of 10 to 30 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, specifically, the film former may be contained in an amount of 10 to 12 wt% or 15 wt% and may be 20 to 25wt% or 30 wt% inclusive. If the film former is less than 10 wt%, durability of the cosmetic for lips is reduced, and if it is more than 30 wt%, the cosmetic composition may not be smoothly applied.
In the present invention, the silicon-based emulsifier can control the degree of dispersion of the coloring matter in the lip cosmetic composition to perform a function of realizing reversible color change by physical stimulus.
The silicon-based emulsifier may be a linear (linear) or branched (branched) silicon-based emulsifier. The linear or branched silicon-based emulsifier can control the dispersivity of the pigment contained in the cosmetic composition for lips to achieve reversible color change due to physical stimulus. For example, the silicon-based emulsifier may be a linear silicon-based emulsifier.
The linear silicone emulsifier may be one or more selected from the group consisting of CETYL PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane (CETYL PEG/PPG-10/1 DIMETHICONE) and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane (PEG-10 DIMETHICONE), and may be CETYL PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, for example.
The branched silicon emulsifier may be at least one selected from the group consisting of LAURYL PEG-9 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone (LAURYL PEG-9POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE) and LAURYL polyglycerin-3 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone (LAURYL POLYGLYCERYL-3POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE).
In addition, the silicon-based emulsifier may be contained in an amount of 0.5 to 10 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, specifically, the content of the silicon-based emulsifier may be 0.5 to 1 wt% and may be 8 to 10 wt%. If the silicon-based emulsifier is less than 0.5 wt%, a color change of the cosmetic composition for lips does not occur, and if it is more than 10 wt%, an irreversible color change may occur.
In the present invention, the powder may function to improve durability and feel of use of the cosmetic composition for lips.
The Powder may include one or more selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer (Dimethicone Crosspolymer), polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer (Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer), vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polydimethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer (Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer), diphenylpolydimethylsiloxane/vinyl diphenylpolydimethylsiloxane/silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer (Diphenyl Dimethicone/VINYL DIPHENYL Dimethicone/Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer), polysiloxane (Polysilicone), polysiloxane cross-linked polymer (Polysilicone Crosspolymer), polymethyl methacrylate (Polymethylmethacrylate), nylon Powder (Nylon Powder), and Polyurethane (Polyurethane).
In addition, the powder may be contained at 5 to 20wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, and specifically, the content of the powder may be 5 to 8wt% and 18 to 20wt% inclusive. If the powder is less than 5wt%, durability and use feeling of the cosmetic composition for lips may be reduced, and if it is more than 20wt%, spreadability may be not excellent.
In the present invention, the silicone gel imparts a smooth feel to the lip cosmetic composition to soften the lip curve, thereby enabling realization of a plump and energetic lip. In addition, the silicone gel may function to improve spreadability and comfortable feel of use of the cosmetic composition for lips.
The silicone gel may comprise one or more selected from the group consisting of cyclopentasiloxane/polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer (Cyclopentasiloxane/Dimethicone Crosspolymer), polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer (Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone cross polymer), and acrylate/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane/methacrylate copolymer (ACRYLATES/STEARYL ACRYLATE/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer).
In addition, the silicone gel may be contained at 25 to 45 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, and specifically, the content of the silicone gel may be 25 to 28 wt% and may be 38 to 45 wt% inclusive. If the silicone gel is less than 25 wt%, the smooth feeling may not be felt and the durability may be reduced when the cosmetic composition for lips is applied to lips, and if it is more than 50 wt%, the feeling of use may be reduced due to the excessive silicone gel content.
In the present invention, the pigment may cause the cosmetic composition for lips to exhibit various colors.
The pigment may contain one or more pigments selected from the group consisting of inorganic pigments and organic pigments.
As the inorganic pigment, there can be exemplified: an inorganic white pigment selected from Titanium dioxide (Titanium dioxide) and Zinc oxide (Zinc oxide); an inorganic red pigment selected from Iron oxide (bengal) and Iron titanate (Iron titanate); inorganic brown pigment such as gamma-Iron oxide (gamma-Iron oxide); an inorganic yellow pigment selected from iron oxide yellow (Iron Oxide Yellow) and loess; an inorganic Black pigment selected from Iron Oxide Black (Iron Oxide Black), carbon (carbon), and low-order Titanium Oxide (Titanium Sub-Oxide); and pearlescent pigments selected from titanium oxide-coated mica (Titanium coated mica), titanium oxide-coated bismuth oxychloride (Titanium coated bismuth oxychloride), titanium oxide-coated talc (Titanium coated talc), colored titanium oxide-coated mica (Colored titaniumcoated mica), bismuth oxychloride (bismuth oxychloride), and fish scales (FISH SCALE).
The organic pigment (organic pigment) may be one or more selected from the group consisting of a coloring pigment (colored pigment) and a lake pigment (LAKE PIGMENT). The coloring pigment may be selected from red 201, red 202, red 223, red 103, (1), red 218, red 104, (1), red 226, red 227, red 228, yellow 4, yellow 5, yellow 203, and blue 1. The lake pigment may be selected from zirconium lakes, barium lakes, and aluminum lakes.
In addition, the pigment may be contained in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. If the pigment is less than 5wt%, the color of the cosmetic composition for lips cannot be expressed, and if it is more than 20 wt%, the sense of use of the cosmetic composition for lips may be affected.
In the present invention, the cosmetic composition for lips may further contain an additive within a range that does not impair the effect of the invention. The additive may include one or more selected from the group consisting of a dispersant, a wax, a humectant, an antioxidant, a nutrient component, an ultraviolet absorber, a preservative, and a perfume. In addition, the additive may be appropriately selected and added in the range of 1 to 20 wt% or 1 to 10 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition.
The dispersant may allow for better dispersion of the insoluble pigment. In addition, by using the dispersant together with the silicon-based emulsifier, a reversible color change can be made to be better exhibited. The dispersant is not particularly limited, but a silicon-based dispersant can be advantageously used.
The wax is not particularly limited, but one or more of vegetable wax and animal wax may be used. For example, it may be selected from the group consisting of ozokerite (Ozokerite), beeswax (Beeswax), candelilla wax (CANDELILLA WAX), siloxine (Ceresin), carnauba wax (Carnauba wax), paraffin wax (Paraffin wax), montan wax (Montan wax), japan wax (Japan wax), rice bran wax (Rice bran wax), microcrystalline wax (Microcrystalline Wax), synthetic wax (SYNTHETIC WAX), polyethylene wax (Polyethylene wax) and various silicon waxes (Silicone wax), but is not limited thereto as long as it can be used in general cosmetic compositions.
In the present invention, the formulation of the lip cosmetic composition is not particularly limited, but may be a liquid formulation. At this time, the "liquid state" means an amorphous form of the preparation filled in a container and stored in a sealed form. In general, the state forms classified into solid, liquid and gas are classified based on fluidity, but in contrast to fluidity, the "liquid" in the present invention may mean an amorphous preparation that can be sealed in a container and stored in a sealed form. For example, the lip cosmetic composition of the liquid formulation may be stored in a jar (jar) container, such as a liquid lipstick, a lip gloss, or a lip gloss, and may be applied by applying the liquid formulation with a tip (tip) or by squeezing (squeeze) when stored in a container for use.
Method for producing cosmetic composition for lips
The cosmetic composition for lips of the present invention can be formulated into a liquid preparation, for example, a liquid lipstick, a lip gloss, or the like by heating, mixing, stirring, or the like by a usual manufacturing method.
The cosmetic composition for lips may be produced at normal temperature. At this time, the normal temperature may be 18 to 28 ℃,20 to 27 ℃, or 24 to 26 ℃.
In the following, preferred embodiments are provided for the purpose of aiding in understanding the present invention, but the following embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and various changes and modifications may be made within the scope and technical spirit of the present invention, and it is apparent to those skilled in the art that these changes and modifications also fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Table 1 below shows the emulsifiers used in the examples and comparative examples.
TABLE 1
Examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3
Examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared by mixing the raw materials in the composition shown in Table 2 below and dispersing them with a mixer (Kenwood, CHEF PREMIER, kenwood). The emulsifiers in table 2 below are shown in table 1 above.
TABLE 2
Experimental example 1: observing the color change caused by the existence of physical stimulus
Experimental example 1-1: visual observation of color changes
Physical stimulus was applied to the lips produced in examples and comparative examples, and color change caused by the presence or absence of the physical stimulus was visually observed.
The colors before the lips were applied (before pressing), during the application on the lips (during pressing), and after the application on the lips (after pressing) were observed with the naked eye.
As a result, it was confirmed that the lip gloss of examples 1 to 5 changed from the color before application to the lips, i.e., pink, to orange when applied to the lips, and changed again in pink after the lips were applied.
In examples 1 to 5, the color change of example 1 was most clearly observed.
Fig. 1 is a photograph for observing a color change caused by the presence or absence of physical stimulus of the lip gloss manufactured in example 1. At this time, the physical stimulus means pressure applied to the skin of the back of the hand when the back of the hand is scratched while being pressed by a finger after applying the lip gloss to the skin of the back of the hand.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the color before pressurization and the color during pressurization (see the gray scale in fig. 1) after the lip gloss of example 1 is applied to the back of the hand are different, and the color returns to the color before pressurization (see the gray scale in fig. 1) after pressurization.
In contrast, the lips of comparative example 1 and example 5 have little color change before and during pressurization.
Experimental examples 1-2: quantification of color change
In experimental example 1-1, for example 1 in which the reversible color change caused by physical stimulus was most clearly observed with the naked eye, the observed reversible color change was confirmed with a color difference meter.
The color difference meter value can be obtained by a series of processes including (1) a step of taking a photograph, (2) a step of deriving RGB values of the taken photograph, and (3) a step of converting the derived RGB values into color difference meter values.
(1) Photo taking step
A photograph was taken of the state of the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand and the state of the physical stimulus applied by rubbing the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand with a finger. At this time, the photograph was taken with a camera (iPhone X10) under an indoor fluorescent lamp without an additional flash (flash) in a state where the distance between the camera lens and the photographing surface was maintained at 9cm to 9.5 cm.
(2) Deriving RGB values of a photographed photo
The state of applying the lip gloss of example 1 to the back of the hand and the RGB values of applying physical stimulus by rubbing the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand with a finger were derived by using the image editing software Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop CC 2014, 32 Bit).
(3) Converting the derived RGB values into color difference values
After converting the derived RGB values into color difference values, color difference change amounts indicating the state in which the lip gloss of the example 1 was applied to the back of the hand and the state in which physical stimulus was applied by rubbing the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand with a finger were calculated. At this time, the conversion of the color difference meter value is based on the CIE Lab system (international commission on illumination laboratory, internationl Commision on Illumination Lab system), which is an international general standard.
At this time, the color difference change amount (Δe * ab) is calculated by the following equation 1.
< 1>
In the formula 1, L * 1、a* 1、b* 1 and L * 2、a* 2、b* 2 represent color difference meter values at two points different from each other.
Table 3 below shows the result of converting the RGB values into color difference meter values, and table 4 below shows the result of calculating the color difference variation amount representing the color variation of the lip gloss of example 1 caused by the presence or absence of physical stimulus using the converted color difference meter values.
The former (Before) 1 and the former (Before) 2 mean that RGB values were measured once for each of two points different from each other and color difference meter values were derived therefrom in a state where no physical stimulus was applied to the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand.
The following (After) 1 and the following (After) 2 mean that RGB values were measured once for each of two points different from each other and color difference meter values were derived therefrom in a state where physical stimulus was applied by rubbing the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand.
TABLE 3 Table 3
TABLE 4 Table 4
ΔL | Δa | Δb | ΔE* ab | ||
Color difference 1 | Color difference of previous 1 and previous 2 | 1 | 0 | -2 | 2.23 |
Color difference 2 | Color difference of 1 before and 1 after | 1 | 3 | 6 | 6.78 |
Color difference 3 | Color difference of before 1 and after 2 | 11 | 3 | 5 | 12.45 |
Referring to the table 4, the color difference 1 represents the color difference variation amounts of the previous 1 and the previous 2, the color difference 2 represents the color difference variation amounts of the previous 1 and the subsequent 1, the color difference 3 represents the color difference variation amounts of the previous 1 and the subsequent 2, the color difference 2 representing the color difference variation amounts caused by the presence or absence of the physical stimulus and the color difference variation amount of the color difference 3 are 6.78 and 12.45, respectively, whereby it can be confirmed that the color variation is clearly exhibited.
Fig. 2 is a photograph showing a state in which the lip gloss of example 1 is applied to the back of the hand without physical stimulus (previous 1 and previous 2) and a state in which the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand is rubbed by hand to apply physical stimulus (next 1 and next 2).
As can be seen from fig. 2, the color of the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand (see the gray scale in fig. 2) changes clearly depending on the presence or absence of the physical stimulus. In addition, it was confirmed that: if the physical stimulus is removed from the state (after 1 and after 2) where the physical stimulus is applied, that is, the action of rubbing the lip gloss by hand is completed, the color (refer to the gradation in fig. 2) is returned again to the state (before 1 and before 2) where the physical stimulus is not present.
