Description

Lip cosmetic composition
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lip cosmetic composition accompanied by reversible color change depending on the presence or absence of physical stimulation.
Background
As the lips age, the bright red lips become dull in color and thinner in thickness to become shriveled lips. Therefore, in order to improve the dullness and the dryness of the lips, there is an increasing interest in making vigorous and vivid red lips and plump lips, and thus the demand for related products is increasing.
In general, a lip cosmetic to which a water-dispersible lip cosmetic composition containing a dye dissolved in water and a water-phase humectant is applied is generally called lip glaze, and provides not only a moisturizing effect of lips but also a natural coloring effect. However, due to the characteristics of such a water-dispersible composition, there is a disadvantage in that it cannot exhibit various colors as an oil-dispersible lip cosmetic due to the limited amount of dyes dissolved in water.
The commercially available water-dispersible lip cosmetic composition has a disadvantage in that the kinds of colors developed using water-soluble pigments are extremely limited, which simply makes the lips thinly colored and cannot improve the feeling of use.
Recently, products accompanied with color change have been marketed for lip products in order to satisfy consumer demands in terms of use feeling.
For example, the following lipsticks were developed: when a lipstick of a specific color is applied to the lips, the color is changed by the pressure applied to the lips at the time of application, and remains on the lips as it is with the changed color.
However, since the color of the lip product, which changes by the physical stimulus, is completely changed by the physical stimulus, the reliability of the product quality is low and the commercialization of the lip product is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have developed a lip cosmetic composition having reversible color change characteristics in which the color changes by physical stimulation and changes to the original color again when the physical stimulation is removed.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a lip cosmetic composition having a property of reversibly changing color depending on the presence or absence of physical stimulation.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lip cosmetic composition comprising an oil, a film-forming agent, a silicone-based emulsifier, a powder, a silicone gel, and a pigment, and undergoing a reversible color change depending on the presence or absence of a physical stimulus.
(effect of the invention)
The lip cosmetic composition according to the present invention has a reversible color change property in which a color changes when a physical stimulus is applied and returns to an original color when the physical stimulus is removed. Thus, even if the color is temporarily changed by the physical stimulus applied to the lips when the cosmetic composition for lips is applied to the lips, the original color of the cosmetic composition for lips is returned to when the physical stimulus is removed by the end of the application, and thus the reliability of quality can be ensured.
Further, when the lip cosmetic composition is used together with a silicone emulsifier, not only reversible color change but also feeling of use such as spreadability, dryness and moisture retention can be further improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail so that those having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily carry out the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
The term "physical stimulus" used in the present specification means physical pressure generally generated during the use of the lip product, and may mean frictional force. For example, the physical stimulus may mean the pressure applied to the lips when they collide and a "kaemp (Umpah)" action is performed. In addition, the physical stimulation may mean pressure applied to the back of the hand when the lip product is applied to the back of the hand with fingers and rubbed to test the formulation or color of the lip product. The physical stimulus may be pressure applied in a state where the lip product is applied. For example, the physical stimulus may be a frictional force of 10gf to 60 gf. The frictional force may be a value obtained by extracting the third data after repeating measurements five times under the conditions of a speed of 3000mm/min, a smear length of 8cm, and a normal force of 300g using a frictional force measuring apparatus. The friction force measuring device is not particularly limited, and a device generally used in the art may be used, and in the present invention, a friction force measuring device (FW14) of the japan new east (HEIDON) company may be used for measurement.
The term "reversible color change" as used in the present specification means a phenomenon that a color is different from that before application during application of the lip cosmetic composition, but returns to that before application again after application. In addition, the term "reversible color change" may also mean a phenomenon in which, when the lips or the back of the hand are pressed under pressure in a state where the cosmetic composition for lips is applied to the skin such as the lips or the back of the hand, the color is different from that in the applied state before the pressure is applied, but the action of pressing the lips or the back of the hand is interrupted, that is, the color returns to the color before the pressure is applied again after the pressure is applied.
Lip cosmetic composition
The present invention relates to a lip cosmetic composition containing a silicone-based emulsifier and having a reversible color change depending on the presence or absence of physical stimulation.
Specifically, the cosmetic composition for lips may include an oil (oil), a film-forming agent, a silicone-based emulsifier, a powder (powder), a silicone gel (silicone gel), and a pigment (color), and may further include additives.
In the present invention, the degree of reversible color change caused by the presence or absence of physical stimulation of the lip cosmetic composition is defined as the amount of color difference change (Δ E) calculated by the following formula 1* ab) Amount of change in color difference (Δ E)* ab) May be 2.5 or more:
< formula 1>
Figure BDA0002772666880000031
In said formula 1, L* 1、a* 1、b* 1And L* 2、a* 2、b* 2Indicating the colorimeter values at two points different from each other. Said L*Represents the brightness, a*Indicating the degree of red (red) and green (green), b* 1Indicating the degree of yellow (yellow) and blue (blue).
For example, the L* 1、a* 1And b* 1May be a colorimeter value, L, without physical stimulus* 2、a* 2And b* 2May be a colorimeter value in a state where a physical stimulus is applied.
If the amount of color difference change (Δ E) calculated by said equation 1* ab) Less than 2.5, the degree of color change due to the presence or absence of physical stimulus may be not generated, and if 2.5, the degree of color change may be 2.5In the above, a color change due to the presence or absence of a physical stimulus, which indicates a color difference change amount (Δ E), can be confirmed* ab) The larger the color change caused by the physical stimulus.
In the present invention, the oil can impart a feeling of use and a feeling of moisture retention to the lip cosmetic composition and promote uniform mixing with other components.
The oil may comprise a silicone-based oil. Additionally, the oil may comprise both: a silicon-based oil; and at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon-based oils, higher fatty acid-based oils, ester-based oils, and glyceride-based oils.

The glyceride oil may be caprylic/capric triglyceride (caprylic/capric triglyceride).
In addition, the oil may be included at 10 wt% to 30 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, specifically, the content of the oil may be 10 wt% or more, 12 wt% or more, or 15 wt% or more, and may be 20 wt% or less, 25 wt% or less, or 30 wt% or less. If the oil content is less than 10% by weight, the moisturizing feeling of the lip cosmetic composition may be reduced, and if it is more than 30% by weight, the feeling in use may be reduced because excessive oil content may feel sticky.
In the invention, the film-forming agent greatly improves the skin adhesion of the pigment to play a role in improving the durability.
The film-forming agent may be a mixture selected from the group consisting of Trimethylsiloxysilicate (trimethliloxysilicate) and Cyclopentasiloxane (cyclophasiloxane); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and Isododecane (Isododecane); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and Cyclomethicone (Cyclomethicone); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and methyltrimethylsiloxane (Methyl Trimethicone); a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and polydimethylsiloxane (Dimethicone); and a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and propyltrimethicone (for example, a mixture of trimethylsiloxysilicate and cyclopentasiloxane may be used together; and mixtures of trimethylsiloxysilicate and isododecane.
The film-forming agent may be included at 10 wt% to 30 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, and specifically, the content of the film-forming agent may be 10 wt% or more, 12 wt% or more, or 15 wt% or more, and may be 20 wt% or less, 25 wt% or less, or 30 wt% or less. If the film former is less than 10% by weight, the durability of the lip cosmetic is reduced, and if it is more than 30% by weight, the cosmetic composition may not be smoothly applied.
In the present invention, the silicone-based emulsifier can control the degree of dispersion of the colorant in the lip cosmetic composition to exhibit a function of achieving reversible color change by physical stimulation.
The silicon emulsifier can be linear or branched. The linear or branched silicone-based emulsifier can control the degree of dispersion of the pigment contained in the lip cosmetic composition to achieve reversible color change by physical stimulation. For example, the silicone emulsifier may be a linear silicone emulsifier.
The linear silicone emulsifier may be one or more selected from the group consisting of CETYL PEG/PPG-10/1DIMETHICONE (CETYL PEG/PPG-10/1DIMETHICONE) and PEG-10DIMETHICONE (PEG-10DIMETHICONE), and may be, for example, CETYL PEG/PPG-10/1 DIMETHICONE.
The branched silicone emulsifier may be one or more selected from LAURYL PEG-9POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE (LAURYL PEG-9POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE) and LAURYL POLYGLYCERYL-3POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE (LAURYL POLYGLYCERYL-3POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE).
In addition, the silicon-based emulsifier may be included at 0.5 wt% to 10 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, and specifically, the content of the silicon-based emulsifier may be 0.5 wt% or more or 1 wt% or more, and may be 8 wt% or less or 10 wt% or less. If the silicone-based emulsifier is less than 0.5 wt%, the color change of the lip cosmetic composition does not occur, and if it is more than 10 wt%, an irreversible color change may occur.
In the present invention, the powder may function to improve the durability and feel in use of the lip cosmetic composition.
The Powder may comprise one or more selected from the group consisting of Dimethicone Crosspolymer (Dimethicone crosslinker), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone crosslinker), Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer (Vinyl Dimethicone/methyl silicone crosslinker), Diphenyl Dimethicone/Vinyl Diphenyl Dimethicone/Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer (Diphenyl Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone/silicone crosslinker), polysiloxane (silicone), silicone Crosspolymer (silicone crosslinker), polymethyl methacrylate (polymethacrylate), Nylon Powder (Nylon Powder), and Polyurethane (Polyurethane).
In addition, the powder may be included at 5 wt% to 20 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, and specifically, the content of the powder may be 5 wt% or more or 8 wt% or more, and may be 18 wt% or less or 20 wt% or less. If the powder is less than 5% by weight, the durability and the feeling in use of the lip cosmetic composition may be reduced, and if it is more than 20% by weight, the spreadability may not be excellent.
In the present invention, the silicone gel imparts a smooth feeling to the lip cosmetic composition to soften the lip curve, thereby realizing a rich and vigorous lip. In addition, the silicone gel may function to improve the spreadability and comfortable use feeling of the lip cosmetic composition.
The silicone gel may comprise one or more selected from the group consisting of Cyclopentasiloxane/Dimethicone Crosspolymer (cyclophasiloxane/Dimethicone crosslinker), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone crosslinker polymer), and Acrylate/Stearyl Acrylate/Dimethicone/Methacrylate Copolymer (Acrylate/stearylacrylate/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer).
In addition, the silicone gel may be included at 25 wt% to 45 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition, and specifically, the content of the silicone gel may be 25 wt% or more or 28 wt% or more, and may be 38 wt% or less or 45 wt% or less. If the silicone gel is less than 25% by weight, the smooth feeling may not be felt and the durability may be reduced when the lip cosmetic composition is applied to the lips, and if it is more than 50% by weight, the feeling in use may be reduced due to an excessive silicone gel content.
In the present invention, the pigment may allow the lip cosmetic composition to take various colors.
The pigment may include one or more pigments selected from the group consisting of inorganic pigments and organic pigments.
Examples of the inorganic pigment include: inorganic white pigments selected from Titanium dioxide (Titanium dioxide) and Zinc oxide (Zinc oxide); inorganic red pigments selected from Iron oxide (Iron oxide) (Bengala) and Iron titanate (Iron titanate); inorganic brown pigments such as gamma-Iron oxide (gamma-Iron oxide); inorganic Yellow pigments selected from Iron Oxide Yellow (ion Oxide Yellow) and loess; inorganic Black pigments selected from Black Iron Oxide (Iron Oxide Black), carbon (carbon), and Titanium suboxide (Titanium suboxide); and pearlescent pigments selected from Titanium oxide-coated mica (Titanium coated mica), Titanium oxide-coated bismuth oxychloride (Titanium coated bismuth oxychloride), Titanium oxide-coated talc (Titanium coated talc), Colored Titanium oxide-coated mica (Colored Titanium coated mica), bismuth oxychloride (bismuth oxychloride), and fish scales (fish scale).
The organic pigment (organic pigment) may be one or more selected from the group consisting of a colored pigment (colored pigment) and a lake pigment (lake pigment). The coloring pigment may be selected from red 201, red 202, red 223, red 103 (1), red 218, red 104 (1), red 226, red 227, red 228, yellow 4, yellow 5, yellow 203, and blue 1. The lake pigment may be selected from zirconium lake, barium lake, and aluminum lake.
In addition, the pigment may be included at 5 to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition. If the pigment is less than 5% by weight, the color of the lip cosmetic composition cannot be expressed, and if it is more than 20% by weight, the feeling of use of the lip cosmetic composition may be affected.
In the present invention, the lip cosmetic composition may further include an additive within a range not to impair the effects of the invention. The additive may include one or more selected from the group consisting of a dispersing agent, a wax, a humectant, an antioxidant, a nutrient, an ultraviolet absorber, a preservative, and a perfume. In addition, the additive may be appropriately selected and added in the range of 1 to 20% by weight or 1 to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
The dispersant may provide better dispersion of the insoluble pigment. In addition, by using the dispersing agent together with the silicone-based emulsifier, reversible color changes can be better exhibited. The dispersant is not particularly limited, but a silicon-based dispersant can be advantageously used.
The wax is not particularly limited, but one or more of vegetable wax and animal wax may be used. In the present invention, the formulation of the lip cosmetic composition is not particularly limited, but may be a liquid formulation. In this case, the "liquid state" means an amorphous form of the preparation which is filled in a container and stored in a sealed form. Generally, the state forms classified into solid, liquid and gaseous states are classified based on flowability, but in contrast to flowability, "liquid" in the present invention may mean an amorphous formulation that can be sealed in a container and stored in a sealed form. For example, the lip cosmetic composition of the liquid preparation may be stored in a can (jar) type container, and the liquid preparation may be applied by a tip end (tip) or by squeezing (squeeze) when stored in a container and used, such as a liquid lipstick, lip gloss, or lip glaze.
Method for producing lip cosmetic composition
The lip cosmetic composition of the present invention can be prepared into a liquid preparation such as a liquid lipstick, lip gloss, lip glaze or the like by heating, mixing, stirring or the like according to a usual preparation method.
The lip cosmetic composition can be produced at room temperature. In this case, the normal temperature may be 18 ℃ to 28 ℃, 20 ℃ to 27 ℃, or 24 ℃ to 26 ℃.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments are provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the following embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention, and various changes and modifications within the scope and technical idea of the present invention may be made, which will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and it is also apparent that the changes and modifications are within the scope of the appended claims.

Figure BDA0002772666880000101
Examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3
Lip gloss preparations of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were produced by mixing raw materials with the composition shown in table 2 below and dispersing them at room temperature using a mixer (KENWOOD, chef premier, KENWOOD). The emulsifiers in table 2 below are as described in table 1 above.
TABLE 2

Figure BDA0002772666880000111
Experimental example 1: observing the color change caused by the presence or absence of a physical stimulus
Experimental example 1-1: visual observation of color change
A physical stimulus was applied to the lip gloss manufactured in examples and comparative examples, and the color change caused by the presence or absence of the physical stimulus was observed with the naked eye.
The color of the lip gloss produced in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 applied to the lips (before pressurization), the color during application to the lips (during pressurization), and the color after the completion of application to the lips (after pressurization) were observed with the naked eye.
As a result, it was confirmed that the lip colors of examples 1 to 5 exhibited a color change from pink, which is the color before being applied to the lips, to orange when applied to the lips, and exhibited a color change again in pink after the application to the lips was completed.
In example 1 to example 5, the color change of example 1 was most clearly observed.
Fig. 1 is a photograph for observing a color change caused by the presence or absence of a physical stimulus of the lip gloss manufactured in example 1. At this time, the physical stimulus means pressure applied to the skin of the back of the hand while pressing the back of the hand with fingers after applying the lip gloss to the skin of the back of the hand.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the color before pressurization and the color during pressurization (see the gray scale in fig. 1) are different after the lip gloss of example 1 is applied to the back of the hand, and the color after pressurization returns to the color before pressurization (see the gray scale in fig. 1).
In contrast, the lip gloss of comparative example 1 and example 5 had almost no color change before and during pressurization.
Experimental examples 1-2: quantification of color change
In experimental example 1-1, the reversible color change observed with the color difference meter was confirmed for example 1 in which the reversible color change due to physical stimulus was most clearly observed with the naked eye.
The colorimeter value may be found by a series of processes including (1) a step of taking a photograph, (2) a step of deriving RGB values of the taken photograph, and (3) a step of converting the derived RGB values into colorimeter values.
(1) Step of taking a photograph
Photographs were taken of a state in which the lip gloss of example 1 was applied to the back of the hand and a state in which the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand was rubbed with fingers to apply a physical stimulus. At this time, the photograph was photographed using a camera (iPhone X10) under an indoor fluorescent lamp without an extra flash (flash) in a state where the distance between the camera lens and the photographing surface was maintained at 9cm to 9.5 cm.
(2) Step of deriving RGB values of the captured photograph
RGB values in the state where the lip gloss of example 1 was applied to the back of the hand and in the state where a physical stimulus was applied by rubbing the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand with fingers were derived using image editing software Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop CC 2014, 32 Bit).
(3) Step of converting the derived RGB values into colorimeter values
After the derived RGB values were converted into the colorimeter values, the amount of color difference change representing the color change in the state where the lip gloss of example 1 was applied to the back of the hand and in the state where the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand was rubbed with fingers to apply a physical stimulus was calculated. In this case, the conversion of the colorimeter values is based on the CIE Lab system (International Commission on Illumination Lab System), which is an international standard.
At this time, the color difference change amount (Δ E) is calculated by the following formula 1* ab)。
< formula 1>
Figure BDA0002772666880000121
In the formula 1, L* 1、a* 1、b* 1And L* 2、a* 2、b* 2Indicating the colorimeter values at two points different from each other.
Table 3 below shows the results of converting the RGB values into the colorimeter values, and table 4 below shows the results of calculating the amount of color difference change representing the color change of the lip color of example 1 caused by the presence or absence of the physical stimulus using the converted colorimeter values.
Before (Before)1 and Before (Before)2 mean that, in a state where no physical stimulus is applied to the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand, RGB values are measured once for two points different from each other, respectively, and a colorimeter value is derived therefrom.
After (After)1 and After (After)2 mean that RGB values are measured once for two points different from each other in a state where the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand is rubbed and a physical stimulus is applied, respectively, and a colorimeter value is derived therefrom.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002772666880000131
TABLE 4
ΔL Δa Δb ΔE* ab
Color difference 1 Color difference between previous 1 and previous 2 1 0 -2 2.23
Color difference 2 Color difference between before 1 and after 1 1 3 6 6.78
Color difference 3 Color difference between before 1 and after 2 11 3 5 12.45
Referring to the table 4, color difference 1 indicates the amount of color difference change of the previous 1 and the previous 2, color difference 2 indicates the amount of color difference change of the previous 1 and the subsequent 1, color difference 3 indicates the amount of color difference change of the previous 1 and the subsequent 2, and color difference 2 indicating the amount of color difference change caused by the presence or absence of the physical stimulus and color difference 3 have color difference change amounts of 6.78 and 12.45, respectively, whereby it can be confirmed that the color change is clearly presented.
Fig. 2 is a photograph showing color changes in a state where the lip gloss of example 1 is applied to the back of the hand without physical stimulus (previous 1 and previous 2) and in a state where the lip gloss of example 1 applied to the back of the hand is applied with physical stimulus by rubbing with a hand (previous 1 and subsequent 2).
As can be seen from fig. 2, the color of the lip gloss applied to the back of the hand (see the gray scale in fig. 2) changes clearly according to the presence or absence of the physical stimulus. In addition, it was confirmed that: if the physical stimulus is removed from the state (later 1 and later 2) where the physical stimulus is applied, that is, the act of rubbing the lip gloss with hands is completed, the color returns again to the state (earlier 1 and earlier 2) where the physical stimulus is not present (refer to the gray scale in fig. 2).
