本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗衰嫩肤精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济发展以及现今步入老龄化社会的态势,抗衰除皱护肤品越来越受到关注。皮肤老化包括表皮萎缩,真皮与表皮界面的扁平化,真皮萎缩,功能减弱,以及产生各种病变如皮肤角化症,雀斑,皱纹和弹性组织变性。影响皮肤衰老的因素主要有两个方面,即内源性衰老和外源性衰老,其中内源性衰老是机体内不可抗拒的因素,如新陈代谢能力,内分泌和免疫功能等;而外源性衰老是由环境因素所引起的老化,如紫外线,风吹,微生物侵袭等,其中紫外线的反复照射是最重要的因素,导致暴露部位皱纹加深加粗,色素沉淀,皮肤角质增生,皮肤干燥,有鳞屑,皲裂等,外源性因素引起的皮肤衰老是可以控制和缓解的。
现代皮肤生物学的发展逐步揭示了皮肤衰老的生化过程,研究相对较多的是自由基衰老学说,正常情况下,机体内自由基的产生和消亡是处于动态平衡中,随着年龄的增大以及日光的照射,体内自由基逐渐增多,过剩的自由基会和体内的不饱和脂肪酸反应,令细胞膜中不饱和脂肪酸减少,饱和脂肪酸相对增多,因而降低膜的柔软性,导致细胞膜功能异常,使机体处于不正常状态,表现为皮肤干燥,出现皱纹;不饱和脂肪酸与自由基发生过氧化反应生成的最终产物(丙二醛)会进一步与体内蛋白质,核酸或磷脂类物质发生反应,生成荧光物质,而这些荧光物质积聚后表现在皮肤上就是老年斑。
在皮肤衰老过程中,蛋白质,特殊酶和起调节作用的细胞因子对细胞的生长,代谢等起决定作用,因此,可以利用仿生的方法,利用一些生化活性物质,参与细胞的组成和代谢,替代受损或衰老的细胞,使细胞处于最佳的健康状态,以达到抑制或延缓皮肤衰老的目的,基于此,我们提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液及其制备方法,本发明基于生物工程仿生原理,将细胞营养物质,酶类物质,天然植物提取物等活性物进行复配,达到协同增效的作用,兼顾了安全性和功能性,从皮肤老化机理上延缓了皮肤的衰老,促进新生,清除自由基,具有良好的补水保湿和防皱抗衰作用。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
保湿成分4-20%;水解胎盘提取物0.1-2%,肌肽0.1-2%,谷胱甘肽0.1-2%;超氧化物歧化酶0.4-3%,生育酚0.2-2%,抗坏血酸0.2-2.5%,α-熊果苷0.4-3%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯0.1-2%;红景天提取物0.8-4%,银杏叶提取物0.8-4%,葡萄皮提取物0.6-3%,黄芩提取物0.6-3%,银耳提取物0.6-3%;防腐体系0.2-0.8%;螯合剂0.02-0.1%;余量为水。

作为优选,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
本发明还提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液的制备方法,包含以下制备步骤:
(1)将EDTA二钠加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入癸二醇、吡咯烷酮羧酸,搅拌加热至85℃保温20min,得到第一混合液;
(2)将乙基己基甘油加入甘油中,均匀分散,加热至75℃保温25min,得到第二混合液;
(3)将第一混合液降温到75℃,将第二混合液在搅拌下缓慢加入到降温后的第一混合液中,搅拌至混合均匀,得到第三混合液;
(4)将第三混合液降温至65℃,加入乳酸、曲酸二棕榈酸酯,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合液;
(5)将第四混合液降温至55℃,依次加入尿囊素、神经酰胺、透明质酸、水解胎盘提取物、肌肽、谷胱甘肽、α-熊果苷,搅拌溶解,得到第五混合液;
(6)将第五混合液降温至45℃,依次加入超氧化物歧化酶、生育酚、抗坏血酸、红景天提取物、银杏叶提取物、葡萄皮提取物、黄芩提取物、银耳提取物,搅拌溶解均匀,保温10min,得到第六混合液;
(7)将第六混合液进行搅拌,降温至室温,抽真空脱气5min得到本发明所述的抗衰嫩肤精华液。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的抗衰嫩肤精华液基于生物工程仿生原理,将细胞营养物质,酶类物质,天然植物提取物等活性物进行复配,达到协同增效的作用,兼顾了安全性和功能性,从皮肤老化机理上延缓了皮肤的衰老,补充皮肤营养成分,促进新生,清除自由基,具有良好的补水保湿和防皱抗衰作用。
2.本发明中防腐剂没有采用准用防腐剂,而是采用多元醇防腐剂癸二醇与乙基己基甘油复配使用,除了具有广谱抗菌防腐作用外,还具有保湿护肤作用,避免了准用防腐剂带来的刺激性和毒性,同时本发明抗衰嫩肤精华液配方中的自由基清除剂曲酸二棕榈酸酯也具有防腐抑菌作用,通过与多元醇防腐剂癸二醇与乙基己基甘油复配,既能实现有效防腐,还能起到护肤作用,同时安全系数更高,使产品更温和,刺激性更小。
3.本发明根据原料的不同特性制定出了合适的抗衰嫩肤精华液的制备方法,在配置过程中采用了梯度式降温的方法,让不同的原料在不同的温度下进行配置,使各原料能够在最合适的温度下进行复配,从而降低了温度对原料中活性物质的损伤,减少了活性物质的挥发。
4.本发明中添加水解胎盘(羊)提取物,肌肽,谷胱甘肽等细胞营养物质,是促进胶原和弹性蛋白合成原料,能够渗入皮肤深层组织,刺激组织细胞分裂和活动,促进细胞分化增殖,赋予衰老细胞新的活力,并加快细胞更新速度,起到提亮肤色,延缓皮肤衰老的功效。
5.本发明中加入超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),生育酚(维生素E),抗坏血酸(维生素C),α-熊果苷,曲酸二棕榈酸酯作为抗氧化及自由基清除剂,可以抑制氧化反应,防止皮肤黑色素合成,从而减缓皮肤衰老,同时清除已产生的氧自由基,保护皮肤细胞不受氧自由基过度氧化的影响,延长皮肤细胞寿命,增强皮肤抗衰老及免疫力。

自由基可从多方面对皮肤造成损伤,加速皮肤的衰老;本发明中加入超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),生育酚(维生素E),抗坏血酸(维生素C),α-熊果苷,曲酸二棕榈酸酯;主要作用为抗氧化及自由基清除剂,抑制氧化反应,防止皮肤黑色素合成,从而减缓皮肤衰老。
天然植物提取物具有多重复合功能,具有作用温和且持久稳定,安全性高,刺激性小等优势;本发明中添加红景天提取物,银杏叶提取物,葡萄皮提取物,黄芩提取物,银耳提取物等天然植物成分,发挥多重作用,对多种因素造成的皮肤老化具有独特的功效。
其中,红景天提取物具有很强的抗衰老作用,对真皮成纤维细胞具有刺激作用,促进成纤维细胞分裂及其合成,使成纤维细胞分泌胶原蛋白及胶原蛋白酶能力增强。
银杏叶提取物含有的银杏黄酮是强有力的氧自由基清除剂,能保护皮肤细胞不受氧自由基过度氧化的影响,延长皮肤细胞寿命,增强皮肤抗衰老的能力,其所含有的内酯能够加速皮肤新陈代谢,改善皮肤血液循环,增强皮肤细胞活力,延缓皮肤衰老。
葡萄皮提取物的主要成分为原花青素,具有多羟基结构,具有极强的清除自由基作用,也是新型高效的抗氧剂。
进一步优选,所述防腐体系包含癸二醇和乙基己基甘油。
本发明中防腐体系没有采用准用防腐剂,因准用防腐剂具有明显的刺激性和毒性,其用量或使用范围具有限制,本发明采用多元醇防腐剂癸二醇与乙基己基甘油复配使用,除了具有广谱抗菌防腐作用外,也具有保湿护肤作用;同时配方中的曲酸二棕榈酸酯除了作为自由基清除剂也具有防腐抑菌作用,通过与癸二醇与乙基己基甘油形成复配体系,进一步起到协同增效的效果,既能实现安全防腐还能起到护肤作用。
更一步优选,所述保湿成分包含甘油,尿囊素,乳酸,吡咯烷酮羧酸,神经酰胺,透明质酸中的任意一种或几种。
本发明中的深层保湿成分有甘油,尿囊素,乳酸,吡咯烷酮羧酸,神经酰胺,透明质酸等,深层保湿成分与皮肤的亲和性好,能够与水分子结合,促进皮肤保持水分,防止水分丢失,从而充分发挥深层保湿效果,保持皮肤角质层中含水量在适宜范围内,软化皮肤,减少皱纹产生,延缓皮肤衰老。
更一步优选,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
本发明还提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液的制备方法,包含以下制备步骤:
(1)将EDTA二钠加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入癸二醇,吡咯烷酮羧酸,搅拌加热至85℃保温20min,得到第一混合液;
(2)将乙基己基甘油加入甘油中,均匀分散,加热至75℃保温25min,得到第二混合液;
(3)将第一混合液降温到75℃,将第二混合液在搅拌下缓慢加入到降温后的第一混合液中,搅拌至混合均匀,得到第三混合液;
(4)将第三混合液降温至65℃,加入乳酸,曲酸二棕榈酸酯,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合液;
(5)将第四混合液降温至55℃,依次加入尿囊素,神经酰胺,透明质酸,水解胎盘提取物,肌肽,谷胱甘肽,α-熊果苷,搅拌溶解,得到第五混合液;
(6)将第五混合液降温至45℃,依次加入超氧化物歧化酶,生育酚,抗坏血酸,红景天提取物,银杏叶提取物,葡萄皮提取物,黄芩提取物,银耳提取物,搅拌溶解均匀,保温10min,得到第六混合液;
(7)将第六混合液进行搅拌,降温至室温,抽真空脱气5min得到本发明所述的抗衰嫩肤精华液。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
甘油3%,尿囊素0.2%,乳酸0.3%,吡咯烷酮羧酸0.2%,神经酰胺0.4%,透明质酸0.4%,水解胎盘(羊)提取物0.2%,肌肽0.2%,谷胱甘肽0.6%;超氧化物歧化酶0.6%,生育酚0.3%,抗坏血酸0.3%,α-熊果苷0.6%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯0.4%;红景天提取物4%,银杏叶提取物0.8%,葡萄皮提取物2%,黄芩提取物0.6%,银耳提取物0.6%;癸二醇0.2%,乙基己基甘油0.4%;螯合剂EDTA二钠0.02%,其余为水,上述所有原料加和为100%。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
甘油8%,尿囊素0.1%,乳酸0.2%,吡咯烷酮羧酸0.2%,神经酰胺0.8%,透明质酸0.8%,水解胎盘(羊)提取物0.4%,肌肽0.6%,谷胱甘肽0.4%;超氧化物歧化酶0.4%,生育酚0.5%,抗坏血酸0.5%,α-熊果苷1%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯2%;红景天提取物3%,银杏叶提取物1%,葡萄皮提取物1.4%,黄芩提取物1%,银耳提取物1%;癸二醇0.2%,乙基己基甘油0.4%;螯合剂EDTA二钠0.04%,其余为水,上述所有原料加和为100%。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
甘油12%,尿囊素0.4%,乳酸0.2%,吡咯烷酮羧酸0.6%,神经酰胺0.2%,透明质酸0.2%,水解胎盘(羊)提取物0.1%,肌肽0.4%,谷胱甘肽0.8%;超氧化物歧化酶0.8%,生育酚0.2%,抗坏血酸0.2%,α-熊果苷2%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯1%;红景天提取物1.4%,银杏叶提取物2%,葡萄皮提取物1%,黄芩提取物3%,银耳提取物3%;癸二醇0.2%,乙基己基甘油0.4%;螯合剂EDTA二钠0.06%,其余为水,上述所有原料加和为100%。

本实施例提供一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
甘油15%,尿囊素0.4%,乳酸0.3%,吡咯烷酮羧酸0.6%,神经酰胺0.2%,透明质酸0.8%,水解胎盘(羊)提取物0.8%,肌肽0.4%,谷胱甘肽0.2%;超氧化物歧化酶0.4%,生育酚0.6%,抗坏血酸0.6%,α-熊果苷3%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯1.4%;红景天提取物0.8%,银杏叶提取物4%,葡萄皮提取物0.6%,黄芩提取物2%,银耳提取物2%;癸二醇0.2%,乙基己基甘油0.4%;螯合剂EDTA二钠0.1%,其余为水,上述所有原料加和为100%。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,按重量百分比计,原料组分中的水解胎盘(羊)提取物占1.6%,肌肽占1%,谷胱甘肽占0.6%。

本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,按重量百分比计,原料组分中的水解胎盘(羊)提取物占0.2%,肌肽占1.2%,谷胱甘肽占1.8%。

本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,按重量百分比计,原料组分中的水解胎盘(羊)提取物占1.6%,肌肽占0.2%,谷胱甘肽占1.4%。

本实施例与实施例3的不同之处在于,按重量百分比计,原料组分中的尿囊素占1.6%,肌肽占1.4%,乳酸占1.3%,神经酰胺占1.2%。

本实施例与实施例3的不同之处在于,按重量百分比计,原料组分中的神经酰胺占1.2%,透明质酸占1.2%。

本实施例与实施例3的不同之处在于,按重量百分比计,原料组分中的乳酸占1.6%,吡咯烷酮羧酸占1.4%,透明质酸占1.2%。
实施例11
上述实施例1-11中任一实施例所述的抗衰嫩肤精华液的制备方法,包含以下制备步骤:
(1)将EDTA二钠加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入癸二醇,吡咯烷酮羧酸,搅拌加热至85℃保温20min,得到第一混合液;
(2)将乙基己基甘油加入甘油中,均匀分散,加热至75℃保温25min,得到第二混合液;
(3)将第一混合液降温到75℃,将第二混合液在搅拌下缓慢加入到降温后的第一混合液中,搅拌至混合均匀,得到第三混合液;
(4)将第三混合液降温至65℃,加入乳酸,曲酸二棕榈酸酯,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合液;
(5)将第四混合液降温至55℃,依次加入尿囊素,神经酰胺,透明质酸,水解胎盘提取物,肌肽,谷胱甘肽,α-熊果苷,搅拌溶解,得到第五混合液;
(6)将第五混合液降温至45℃,依次加入超氧化物歧化酶,生育酚,抗坏血酸,红景天提取物,银杏叶提取物,葡萄皮提取物,黄芩提取物,银耳提取物,搅拌溶解均匀,保温10min,得到第六混合液;
(7)将第六混合液进行搅拌,降温至室温,抽真空脱气5min得到本发明所述的抗衰嫩肤精华液。
实验例1
参照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)斑贴试验方法,采用人体皮肤封闭斑贴试验方法。
按照受试者入选标准选择合格的参加试验的志愿者40名,用本研发产品原物进行斑贴试验,取0.025ml滴在放入斑试器中的滤纸片上,将加有受试物的斑贴器用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的上臂外侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀的贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h,对照组为空白对照(不置任何物质),分别于去除受试物斑试器后30min、24h和48h观察皮肤反应,封闭型斑贴试验皮肤不良反应分级标准和实验结果如表一和表二所示。

从表一和表二可以看出,从人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示,本发明提供的抗衰嫩肤精华液对人体皮肤无不良反应,可以安全使用。
实验例2
参照《中华人民共和国轻工行业标准QB/T2660-2004(化妆水)》进行微生物、感官、理化检测,结果如表三所示。

从表三可以看出,本发明提供的抗衰嫩肤精华液微生物指标、感官指标、耐寒耐热性以及pH均合格,产品性能稳定,可以安全使用。
实验例3
参照《化妆品保湿功效评价指南》(QB/T4256-2011)的测试标准,进行补水保湿效果试验。
测试环境:20-22℃,湿度40%-60%
测试仪器:电容法皮肤水分测定仪
试验材料:实施例1-4
受试对象:60名18-65周岁皮肤健康志愿者,男女比例1:1
试验方法:按照平行对照的原则,将志愿者随机分为2组,每组30人,分别试用本发明的抗衰嫩肤精华液,每日早晚洁面后在面部使用,使用4周后测试皮肤含水量,与使用前(0周)进行对比,实验结果如表四所示。

从表四可知,本发明提供的精华液可显著增加皮肤水分含量,保湿补水效果明显。
需要注意的是,本发明中所用到的原料均可外购获得,其中水解胎盘(羊)提取物来源于西安天瑞生物技术有限公司生产;红景天提取物、银杏叶提取物、葡萄皮提取物、黄芩提取物以及银耳提取物均采购自赣州佰珍堂生物科技有限公司,且总固性物含量为20%。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
保湿成分4-20%;水解胎盘提取物0.1-2%,肌肽0.1-2%,谷胱甘肽0.1-2%;超氧化物歧化酶0.4-3%,生育酚0.2-2%,抗坏血酸0.2-2.5%,α-熊果苷0.4-3%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯0.1-2%;红景天提取物0.8-4%,银杏叶提取物0.8-4%,葡萄皮提取物0.6-3%,黄芩提取物0.6-3%,银耳提取物0.6-3%;防腐体系0.2-0.8%;螯合剂0.02-0.1%;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,其特征在于,所述防腐体系包含癸二醇和乙基己基甘油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,其特征在于,所述保湿成分包含甘油、尿囊素、乳酸、吡咯烷酮羧酸、神经酰胺和透明质酸中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
甘油12%,尿囊素0.4%,乳酸0.2%,吡咯烷酮羧酸0.6%,神经酰胺0.2%,透明质酸0.2%,水解胎盘提取物0.1%,肌肽0.4%,谷胱甘肽0.8%;超氧化物歧化酶0.8%,生育酚0.2%,抗坏血酸0.2%,α-熊果苷2%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯1%;红景天提取物1.4%,银杏叶提取物2%,葡萄皮提取物1%,黄芩提取物3%,银耳提取物3%;癸二醇0.2%,乙基己基甘油0.4%;螯合剂0.06%,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包含以下原料组分:
甘油15%,尿囊素0.4%,乳酸0.3%,吡咯烷酮羧酸0.6%,神经酰胺0.2%,透明质酸0.8%,水解胎盘提取物0.8%,肌肽0.4%,谷胱甘肽0.2%;超氧化物歧化酶0.4%,生育酚0.6%,抗坏血酸0.6%,α-熊果苷3%,曲酸二棕榈酸酯1.4%;红景天提取物0.8%,银杏叶提取物4%,葡萄皮提取物0.6%,黄芩提取物2%,银耳提取物2%;癸二醇0.2%,乙基己基甘油0.4%;螯合剂0.1%,余量为水。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种抗衰嫩肤精华液,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
7.一种抗衰嫩肤精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下制备步骤:
(1)将EDTA二钠加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入癸二醇、吡咯烷酮羧酸,搅拌加热至85℃保温20min,得到第一混合液;
(2)将乙基己基甘油加入甘油中,均匀分散,加热至75℃保温25min,得到第二混合液;
(3)将第一混合液降温到75℃,将第二混合液在搅拌下缓慢加入到降温后的第一混合液中,搅拌至混合均匀,得到第三混合液;
(4)将第三混合液降温至65℃,加入乳酸、曲酸二棕榈酸酯,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合液;
(5)将第四混合液降温至55℃,依次加入尿囊素、神经酰胺、透明质酸、水解胎盘提取物、肌肽、谷胱甘肽、α-熊果苷,搅拌溶解,得到第五混合液;
(6)将第五混合液降温至45℃,依次加入超氧化物歧化酶、生育酚、抗坏血酸、红景天提取物、银杏叶提取物、葡萄皮提取物、黄芩提取物、银耳提取物,搅拌溶解均匀,保温10min,得到第六混合液;
(7)将第六混合液进行搅拌,降温至室温,抽真空脱气5min得到本发明所述的抗衰嫩肤精华液。
