According to the steam oven provided by the invention, the water baffle 220 is erected on the heat insulation bottom plate frame 210, so that when the water tank body 100 is arranged on the front side of the water baffle 220, the water baffle 220 can block a water source sloshed from the water storage tank 110, water is prevented from splashing to the control circuit board, and the control circuit board is protected from water.
Further, through cross-flow fan 230 at the bottom of thermal-insulated bottom plate frame 210 formation air current that flows forward, the air current makes thermal-insulated bottom plate frame 210's heat concentrate forward through wind channel 211, the realization is blocked the moisture that falls on thermal-insulated bottom plate frame 210 and is flowed and is heated the evaporation by breakwater 220, simultaneously, cross-flow fan 230 still forms the air current that flows forward at thermal-insulated bottom plate frame 210's top, make vapor flow forward, in order to avoid vapor to flow to the rear side of breakwater 220 in the gap at the front side of breakwater 220, the realization carries out water protection to the control circuit board, in order to avoid the control circuit board to wet the short circuit, improve the safety in utilization of oven steaming.
Because the steaming and baking box provided by the invention has a good waterproof effect on the control circuit board, the top end surface of the water box body 100 can be provided with the water storage tank 110 for storing water sources, the water storage part in the water box structure is integrated with the water box body 100, and the technical problem of high sealing requirement among the components of the existing water box structure is solved.

1. A water tank mechanism with a water retaining structure is characterized by comprising a water tank body and a water retaining assembly;
the water tank body is provided with a water storage tank, and the water storage tank is sunken downwards relative to the top end face of the water tank body;
the water retaining assembly comprises a heat insulation bottom plate frame, a water retaining plate and a cross flow fan;
the bottom of the heat insulation bottom plate frame is provided with an air duct, one end of the air duct is positioned at the front end of the heat insulation bottom plate frame, and the other end of the air duct is positioned at the rear end of the heat insulation bottom plate frame;
the heat insulation bottom plate frame is arranged at the top of the outer side of a cooking box chamber of the steaming oven, and the water baffle is vertically arranged on the top end surface of the heat insulation bottom plate frame;
the water tank body is relatively movably arranged on the front side of the water baffle and is positioned above the heat insulation bottom plate frame; the control circuit board of the steaming and baking oven is arranged on the heat insulation bottom plate frame and is positioned at the rear side of the water baffle;
the cross-flow fan is arranged on the rear side of the water baffle and located at the rear end of the heat insulation bottom plate frame, and the cross-flow fan is used for forming forward flowing air flow at the top and the bottom of the heat insulation bottom plate frame.
2. The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top end face of the heat insulating bottom plate frame has a slope, and the rear edge of the heat insulating bottom plate frame is higher than the front edge of the heat insulating bottom plate frame.
3. The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a screen assembly, wherein the screen assembly comprises a screen module and a mounting seat;
the screen module is arranged on the front end face of the mounting seat;
the mounting seat is installed at the front end face of the water tank body, and the top end face of the mounting seat is higher than the top end face of the water tank body.

The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water retaining assembly further comprises a water retaining rim, the water retaining rim is convexly disposed at a rear side of the water storage tank with respect to a top end surface of the water tank body, for blocking a water source from flowing backward.
5. The water tank mechanism with water retaining structure of claim 1, wherein the water retaining assembly further comprises a cover body covering the top of the reservoir.
6. The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cover body is provided with a water injection hole and a plug body, and the plug body is detachably connected with the water injection hole in a sealing manner.

The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein the two side walls of the water storage tank are respectively provided with steps, the steps are raised relative to the bottom surface of the water storage tank, the top end surface of the steps is provided with water limiting marks, and the bottom surface of the cover body is in contact with the top end surface of the steps.

The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a telescopic driving member, wherein the telescopic driving member is in transmission connection with the water tank body and is used for driving the water tank body to be pushed out forwards and retracted to reset relatively; the telescopic driving piece is provided with a limiting assembly, and the limiting assembly is used for preventing the water tank body from separating from the telescopic driving piece.
9. The water tank mechanism with the water retaining structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the water tank body is provided with a water outlet connection pipe, and the water outlet connection pipe is communicated to the inside of the water storage tank.
10. A steaming oven comprising a water tank mechanism having a water retaining structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
the water tank body extends outwards relative to the steaming oven and is movably arranged inside the steaming oven in a return reset mode;
the heat insulation bottom plate frame is arranged at the top of the outer side of the cooking box chamber of the steaming and baking oven;
a water pump of the steaming and baking box is connected with the water tank body through a connecting hose and is used for leading the water source of the water storage tank to a heating station;
the control circuit board of the steaming and baking box is arranged on the heat insulation bottom plate frame and is positioned at the rear side of the water baffle.
