After the steam oven is used, a user can open the water outlet to discharge the stored water in the water tank into the waste water box. When the steam oven is reused, the user may refill the water tank with clean water to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the cooked food. Because the position of the water outlet is lower than the bottom of the water tank, when a user opens the water outlet, residual water in the water tank can be discharged outwards through the water outlet, and therefore water accumulation at the bottom of the water tank is avoided.
Of course, it is necessary to provide a stop valve such as a ball valve at the drain port, so as to facilitate the opening and closing control of the drain port by the user. When a user needs to drain the residual water in the water tank, the tank door can be partially opened to enable the tank door to be inclined, then the stop valve is opened, and the residual water in the water tank can be drained into the waste water tank through the water outlet under the action of self gravity. Furthermore, a one-way valve which can lead the water injection pipeline to be conducted from outside to inside can be arranged in the water tank. That is, the water filling line allows only water to flow into the water tank from the water filling port, but water in the water tank cannot flow out of the water filling port through the water filling line. When water is injected into the water tank through the water injection port, the one-way valve is in an open state, and external water can smoothly flow into the water tank through the water injection pipeline; when the water tank finishes water injection, the one-way valve which is communicated in one way can effectively prevent the stored water in the water tank from flowing outwards through the water injection pipeline. The steam oven of claim 2, wherein a water inlet connected to the water tank through a water inlet line is formed at one side of the upper portion of the door frame support, a water guide member is provided in the water inlet to be laterally movable, and a water guide groove is formed at the upper side of the water guide member to extend to the inside.
10. The steam oven of claim 9, wherein a check valve is disposed in the water tank to allow the water injection line to be opened from the outside to the inside.
