The carob bean blood orange drink capable of regulating endocrine according to claim 1, comprising: by percentage, 51.5% of erythritol, 19.5% of isomalt, 16% of grapefruit juice powder, 4.5% of carob bean extract, 2% of anhydrous citric acid, 2% of red beet powder, 1.3% of vitamin C, 0.8% of instant green tea powder, 0.7% of blood orange powder, 0.7% of sour cherry concentrate powder, 0.4% of German chamomile extract, 0.4% of roselle powder and 0.2% of sucralose.

The carob bean blood orange drink capable of regulating endocrine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the carob bean extract is prepared by a method comprising the steps of: (1) primarily crushing carob, adding 60% ethanol, heating to 80-90 ℃, cooking and soaking overnight; (2) carrying out 8kgy irradiation treatment on the overnight soak solution by 60 Co-gamma rays for 0.5-1 h; (3) extruding the treated soak solution for 3-5 times; (4) treating the obtained treatment solution with anion exchange resin, drying, and grinding into powder.

The carob bean blood orange drink capable of regulating endocrine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the preparation method of the blood orange powder comprises the following steps: taking fresh blood orange pulp, chopping into large particles, carrying out ultrahigh pressure extrusion for 10-15 min under the pressure of 100-250 MPa, and drying.
