Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fish slaughtering equipment, in particular to a vertical descaling structure.
Background
The fish meat is a high-nutrition and low-fat food and is more and more popular with people. Before cooking the fish flesh, the fish needs to be killed. At present, fish is generally killed in a pure manual mode, a single family can still use the fish killing mode, but for shops or restaurants specially selling fish, the fish killing mode is low in efficiency and high in labor intensity of workers, in addition, the fish killing mode is not beneficial to physical and psychological health of the workers in cold winter, and particularly chilblain or other diseases are easy to occur after palms are in contact with cold water for a long time.
In order to solve the technical problem, a mechanical device for killing fish is introduced, the existing fish killing device advances by pulling a fish head, and cuts the belly of the fish and removes scales in the device, but the fish are different in size and variety, so that the fish is different in width and size. When the side surfaces of the fish are descaled, the side surfaces of the fish are not easy to attach to each other during the descaling due to the fact that the descaling surfaces are cambered surfaces and the fish are wide. And the fish skin is softer, and the fish skin is also easily damaged when the scale is removed by a plurality of existing scale removing equipment.

Furthermore, lubricating oil is arranged on the supporting cylinder.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the fish enters from the fish inlet and is clamped by the chain type transmission mechanism to advance, and the scales on the side surfaces are scraped when the fish passes through the vertical descaling structure. The vertical descaling structure is vertically arranged, so that the vertical descaling structure comprises two descaling springs which are vertically arranged, the two descaling springs are parallel and have smaller distance, and after the descaling wiper blades are installed, the distance between the descaling wiper blades on the two different descaling springs is less than three centimeters or less. When the fish is descaled, the head enters between the two descaling springs, the descaling springs are rotatably arranged on the frame and the device base and are driven to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the springs are propped open towards two sides after the fish enters, the springs are tightly attached to the side faces of the fish, the descaling wiper is attached to the fish body, and the descaling can be carried out in the rotating process. The descaling scrapers are spread at intervals, so that the descaling scrapers cannot be attached and overlapped together, and the function of removing fish scales is realized.
The scale removing scraper can be tightly attached to the fish body through the scraper spring, the side scale removing effect of the fish is optimal, and meanwhile, the structure of the scale removing scraper cannot damage the fish skin.
