本发明涉及一种超低密度的浮皂及其制备方法,包括脂肪酸皂、甘油、纯水、丙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂基葡糖苷;本发明浮皂的密度为0.2g/cm3;浮皂为具有多空洞固体香皂质地,从配料制作到脱模,到抽湿包装可在24‑48小时内完成,相比传统手工浮皂需要一个月左右的成熟期具有明显高效的优势,在同样体积的前提下,相比普通香皂减少80%的原料用量,对于节约环保意义非凡,应用于旅游业中的酒店居住中所使用的一次性香皂,在能够发挥香皂功能的情况下节约了大量的资源消耗以及成本,具有十分重大的意义。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学产品的技术领域,特别是一种浮皂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的浮皂需要大量的时间等待皂化成熟,生产效率比较低。同时旅游业对于香皂的损耗非常大,通常是使用了数次之后就丢弃,严重浪费,所以此发明从两个需求入手:一是明显的缩短制作时间,从开始配料制作到脱模,抽湿,包装可在24-48小时内完成,相比传统手工浮皂需要一个月左右的成熟期具有明显高效的优势。二是极大的降低香皂的比重,此浮皂在同样体积的前提下比普通香皂减少80%的原料用量,对旅游业降低一次性香皂的消耗和成本具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开一种超低密度的浮皂,其另一目的在于提供一种超低密度浮皂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种超低密度的浮皂,包括皂液组合物,其特征是所述皂液组合物包括脂肪酸皂、甘油、纯水、丙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂基葡糖苷;所述皂液组合物包含足量的水和多元醇以形成流体组合物;在70℃以上具有流动性,在适当50℃至室温下搅拌混入空气,形成具有多空洞固体浮皂,所述浮皂的密度为0.2g/cm3
进一步地,组合含量按重量百分比为脂肪酸皂32%、甘油20%、纯水30%、丙二醇3%、羟乙基纤维素1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠5%、月桂基葡糖苷4%。
进一步地,本发明还包括香精和色素组分。
进一步地,还包括香精和色素组分的含量为香皂行业内通行的适量。
进一步地,所述脂肪酸皂包括月桂酸皂、肉豆蔻酸皂、棕榈酸皂或硬脂酸皂或它们的全部。
进一步地,本发明还包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷表面活性剂,含量至少1%。
进一步地,所述多元醇为山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇。
一种超低密度的浮皂的制备方法,将所有组分按含量混合在一起,在合适的温度和搅拌条件下,空气被带入组合物中形成相对稳定的液泡混合物,加入约80%的空气,所得组合物的比重为0.2克/厘米3,之后被倾倒至模具中室温静置8小时候脱模,抽湿24小时候即可包装为成品。
本发明的制作从配料制作到脱模,到抽湿包装可在24-48小时内完成,相比传统手工浮皂需要一个月左右的成熟期具有明显高效的优势,在同样体积的前提下,相比普通香皂减少80%的原料用量,对于节约环保意义非凡,应用于旅游业中的酒店居住中所使用的一次性香皂,在能够发挥香皂功能的情况下节约了大量的资源消耗以及成本,具有十分重大的意义。

1.一种超低密度的浮皂,包括皂液组合物,其特征是所述皂液组合物包括脂肪酸皂、甘油、纯水、丙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂基葡糖苷;所述皂液组合物包含足量的水和多元醇以形成流体组合物;在70℃以上具有流动性,在适当50℃至室温下搅拌混入空气,形成具有多空洞固体浮皂,所述浮皂的密度为0.2g/cm3
2.如权利要求1所述的超低密度的浮皂,其特征是:组合含量按重量百分比为脂肪酸皂32%、甘油20%、纯水30%、丙二醇3%、羟乙基纤维素1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠5%、月桂基葡糖苷4%。
