Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment cleaning, in particular to a cleaning agent for traditional Chinese medicine granulating equipment.
Background
In the production process of the traditional Chinese medicine granules, the cleaning of equipment is an important link in the production process rules of products, and the simple and quick cleaning method can shorten the production period and improve the production efficiency. Because the raw and auxiliary materials used for granulating the traditional Chinese medicine contain complex material components, for example, the raw traditional Chinese medicine contains a large amount of substances such as carbohydrate substances, lipid substances, proteins and the like, and the auxiliary materials also contain starch components, the components form a complex viscous mixture with water in the granulating process and are adhered to the surface of equipment, and the adhesion is firmer due to high-strength extrusion and friction. In the wet granulation production process of part of traditional Chinese medicine products, the common problems of equipment such as a groove type mixer, a swinging granulator, a high-speed stirring granulator and the like in the process of clearing away the field are as follows: the equipment rubs the materials for a long time in the running process, and the surface of the equipment in contact with the materials is covered with a layer of hard materials; the mode of soaking with water or shoveling is often used in the field cleaning; some equipment is inconvenient to soak in water, and the inside of the equipment with narrow space is not thoroughly cleaned; the field cleaning time is too long; the surface smoothness of the equipment is easy to damage, and further the material mixing process and the service life of the equipment are influenced.
Therefore, the cleaning of the traditional Chinese medicine granulating equipment is a great industrial problem. The prior art uses water, ethanol, or a scraper blade for cleaning. When the water is used for cleaning the field, the surface layer substances are soaked in water, the saccharides and the lipid substances in the surface layer substances are dissolved to form a layer of hydrated film, and the hydrated film has the effect of surface tension, so that the external water is prevented from entering the interior of the device, when the dissolved layer on the surface is scraped, the interior of the device is still dry, the device needs to be soaked for a long time and repeatedly wiped, when the water is used for cleaning the field, the mode of a scraper and a shovel is adopted, the space of the device is narrow, the field is not thoroughly cleaned, and the surface of the device is easily damaged due to over-high force.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cleaning agent for traditional Chinese medicine granulation equipment, which solves the problems that the field cleaning is not thorough, the field cleaning time is too long, and the service life of the equipment is influenced in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the traditional Chinese medicine granulating equipment cleaning agent is applied to the refractory stains on the inner surfaces of the ground, doors, windows and parts.
The principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the active ingredients of the cleaning agent are pharmacopeia pharmaceutic adjuvant varieties, and the cleaning agent has no harmful residues and is safe to use.
2. The cleaning agent is divided into a part A and a part B, wherein the cleaning agent A is a 5.5-11% sodium bicarbonate solution and plays a role in providing a carbon (alkali) source in the cleaning process; the cleaning agent B is a mixed solution of ethanol, citric acid/malic acid and polysorbate-80, and is used as a wetting agent and an emulsifying agent in the cleaning process, and has the effects of reducing surface tension, providing a hydrogen (acid) source and promoting disintegration.
3. The components of the cleaning agent have no corrosion effect on the surface of equipment, and the smoothness of the surface of the equipment is not damaged; the water consumption is small, the water can be saved, the cleaning agent can be used for cleaning various traditional Chinese medicine products with complex components, and particularly the cleaning effect of products with water-insoluble components (such as essential oils and alcohol-dipped materials) is better; the device has the advantages of comprehensively cleaning no dead angle, saving time and labor, shortening the production period and improving the production efficiency.
4. The invention also provides a special using method aiming at the special formula of the invention, when in use, the cleaning agent B is firstly sprayed on the surface of the equipment, and then the cleaning agent A is further sprayed, thereby further ensuring the cleaning effect, and the dosage of the cleaning agent is less, and the evaluation standard of the dosage is the special 'visible water drop on the surface' of the formula of the invention.
5. At present, the cleaning of the traditional Chinese medicine granulation equipment comprises soaking in water or shoveling with a shovel, the cleaning effect is poor and the service life of the equipment is influenced.
6. In the formula of the invention, the component A is sodium bicarbonate, and the component B contains citric acid or malic acid, which are acidic substances. When the two are mixed, an acid-base reaction occurs, so that the cleaning effect cannot be achieved. Therefore, the skilled person will not think of combining two components which can be neutralized by acid and alkali for cleaning, but the present invention overcomes the technical prejudice of using the acid and alkali separately by a unique method to exert the respective effects to the maximum. Meanwhile, in the research process, the applicant finds that the cleaning agent B must be used firstly and then the cleaning agent A is used to obtain the efficient cleaning effect, and the problem of poor effect exists when the cleaning agent B and the cleaning agent A are exchanged in sequence.
