本发明属于塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种抗刮高透光率光学保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,触摸屏的发展极为迅速,随着对多媒体信息查询的与日俱增,人们对触摸屏的应用越来越多;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的电子液晶屏用抗刮高透光率光学保护膜是一种在电容屏玻璃上(或者下)加贴的一种功能型PET塑胶薄膜,保护平面显示器之面板(LCD、OLED、EL、PDP)、CRT、触摸式屏幕、手机、数码相机及PDA面板,于使用中避免刮伤,达到保护萤幕面板效果;由光学级透明聚酯薄膜(PET)涂布硅胶后,再贴合透明聚酯(PET)离型膜所构成。不易有指纹,且容易清除;表面硬化(HC)处理达3H,防刮及耐磨,超高透光率之光学效果,且移除后无残胶。
中国专利CN201610574936.4公开了一种高透光率玻璃用保护贴膜,包括一透明基材层,此透明基材层的上、下表面分别涂覆有抗刮涂层、防蓝光胶粘层,所述防蓝光胶粘层与透明基材层相背的表面贴覆有离型材料层;所述防蓝光胶粘层由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂、异氰酸酯固化剂、丁酮、纳米CeO2:Er荧光粉、六甲基磷酰三胺、过氧化苯甲酰、硅油;所述异氰酸酯固化剂型号为拜耳L-75;所述的丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围200-800万。本发明高透光率玻璃用保护贴膜既具有抗蓝光的作用,对蓝紫高能短波有吸收转化的功能,360nm-500nm蓝光波段过滤率达90%以上。该专利的缺点在于,抗刮涂层并没有具体描述。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种抗刮高透光率光学保护膜及其制备方法,该膜透明性好,防指纹,硬度高,耐刮擦。
一种抗刮高透光率光学保护膜,包括三层,外层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)层,中间层为抗刮层,内层为离型膜。
其中中间层抗刮层,以重量份数计,由以下成分制成:
聚丙烯酸酯乳液40-50份;环氧丙烯酸酯乳液60-70份,纳米二氧化钛3-5份,纳米纤维素1-2份,光引发剂1-2份,流平剂4-5份,分散剂6-8份,消泡剂2-4份。
其中所述聚丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-40%。
其中所述环氧丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为35-45%。
其中所述光引发剂为二苯甲酮。
所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸分散剂。
所述中间层抗刮层混合料的制备方法如下:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯乳液和环氧丙烯酸酯乳液共混均匀;
(2)然后加入其它成分,在超声波存在的条件下共混均匀,得到抗刮层混合料。
所述超声波的功率为20-30KW。
本发明所述抗刮高透光率光学保护膜的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗刮层混合料涂布于PET膜层上,并于90-100℃下加热5-6min;
(2)然后对涂层进行UV照射;
(3)将中间层的另一面涂上低粘胶层,并覆上离型膜。
本发明的有益效果如下:由光学级透明聚酯薄膜(PET)涂布抗刮层后,再贴合透明聚酯(PET)离型膜,不易有指纹,且容易清除,表面硬化(HC)处理达3H,防刮及耐磨,超高透光率之光学效果,且移除后无残胶。

一种抗刮高透光率光学保护膜,包括三层,外层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)层,中间层为抗刮层,内层为离型膜,
其中中间层抗刮层,以重量份数计,由以下成分制成:
聚丙烯酸酯乳液50份;环氧丙烯酸酯乳液70份,纳米二氧化钛4份,纳米纤维素2份,光引发剂1份,流平剂5份,分散剂8份,消泡剂3份;
其中所述聚丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为35%;
其中所述环氧丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为35%;
其中所述光引发剂为二苯甲酮;
所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸分散剂;
所述中间层抗刮层混合料的制备方法如下:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯乳液和环氧丙烯酸酯乳液共混均匀,加入水中;
(2)然后加入其它成分,在超声波存在的条件下共混均匀,得到抗刮层混合料;
所述超声波的功率为20-30KW。

其中所述聚丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为40%;
其中所述环氧丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为35%;
其中所述光引发剂为二苯甲酮;
所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸分散剂;
所述中间层抗刮层混合料的制备方法如下:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯乳液和环氧丙烯酸酯乳液共混均匀,加入水中;
(2)然后加入其它成分,在超声波存在的条件下共混均匀,得到抗刮层混合料;
所述超声波的功率为20-30KW。
本实施例所述抗刮高透光率光学保护膜的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:

以上实施例达到的指标如下:
1)剥离力:10-20gf/25mm;
2)透光率:90%-95%;
3)防刮硬度:≥4H;
4)防指纹效果:不易留下指纹,一旦留下指纹,使用清洁布可轻易清除;
5)外观:无晶点、无彩虹纹、无划痕、无气泡。
