本发明提供一种抗压防雾膜,其依次包括PET膜层和离型膜层,所述PET膜层与离型膜接触的一面涂布有黏胶层,PET膜层的另一面涂布有防雾层,所述防雾层按重量份由以下原料制得:紫外线吸收剂,纳米级TiO2,乙醇,丙酮,丙烯酸树脂,UV固化光引发剂,失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,烷基酚聚氧化乙烯醚。所述的一种抗压防雾膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按要求重量称取防雾层的各原料,并将各原料混合在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;(2)将混合浆料涂布于PET膜上,并于110‑120℃下加热1‑2min;(3)然后对涂层进行UV照射;(4)在PET膜的另一侧涂布黏胶层,并覆上离型膜。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护膜,特别涉及一种抗压防雾膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃窗膜,英文名称是glass windows film,初期又叫太阳膜、控光膜,随着其应用范围的拓展,又叫防爆膜、防暴膜、隔热膜,按其使用功能,又叫汽车膜、建筑膜、安全膜等,厚度从0.0125mm到0.5毫米厚pc防暴膜,它是一种多层的功能化的聚酯复合薄膜材料,贴在玻璃表面上用于改善玻璃的性能和强度,使其具有保温、隔热、节能、防爆、防紫外线、美化外观、遮避私密、安全及安全防护等功能,主要用于汽车玻璃和建筑物门窗、隔断、顶棚等。玻璃窗膜是在多层超薄高透明聚酯薄膜上经染色、磁控溅射、层压复合等工艺加工而成,具有超强韧性,可缓解玻璃抗折强度低、受冲击易碎的缺陷,极大地提高了玻璃的抗冲击强度,可避免因玻璃碎裂和脱落、碎片飞溅而造成人身伤害事故;同时具有防护、防盗等功能。但是现有的窗膜很多使用效果并不好,存在诸多问题,防雾效果也不太好。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种抗压防雾膜。
一种抗压防雾膜,其依次包括 PET膜层和离型膜层,所述PET膜层与离型膜接触的一面涂布有黏胶层,PET膜层的另一面涂布有防雾层,所述防雾层按重量份由以下原料制得:
紫外线吸收剂UV-0 15-25份
纳米级TiO2 10-20份
乙醇 5-12份
丙酮 5-12份
丙烯酸树脂 10-20份
UV固化光引发剂 3-8份
失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 1-3份
烷基酚聚氧化乙烯醚 1-3份。
优选所述防雾层按重量份由以下原料制得:
紫外线吸收剂UV-0 20 份
纳米级TiO2 15份
乙醇 10份
丙酮 10份
丙烯酸树脂 15份
UV固化光引发剂 5份
失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 2份
壬基酚聚氧化乙烯醚 2 份。
优选所述纳米级TiO2的粒径为 8-20 纳米。
优选所述UV固化光引发剂为苯偶酰类和硫杂蒽酮类。
进一步优选所述UV固化光引发剂为二苯基乙酮。
本发明所述的一种抗压防雾膜的制备方法,其包括以下步骤 :
(1)按要求重量称取防雾层的各原料,并将各原料混合在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)将混合浆料涂布于PET膜上,并于110-120℃下加热1-2min;
(3)然后对涂层进行UV照射;
(4)在PET膜的另一侧涂布黏胶层,并覆上离型膜。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的基于纳米二氧化钛的抗压防雾膜,是一种贴在室内玻璃上的一种高分子保护膜,具有优秀的防雾性及净化空气功能,它不仅可以有效防止玻璃表面遇到温差产生雾化,而且还可以净化室内周围环境空气,对于甲醛、异味及细菌均具有一定的中和和消灭功能,此外,由于此款防雾膜基材所使用的是高强度类聚酯基材,此类基材可以极大限度的减少玻璃破碎时的碎片飞散,减少玻璃的隐性伤害,以保障人身安全。

实施例1
一种抗压防雾膜,其依次包括 PET膜层和离型膜层,所述PET膜层与离型膜接触的一面涂布有黏胶层,PET膜层的另一面涂布有防雾层,所述防雾层按重量份由以下原料制得:
紫外线吸收剂UV-0 20 份
纳米级TiO2 15份
乙醇 10份
丙酮 10份
丙烯酸树脂 15份
二苯基乙酮 5份
失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 2份
基酚聚氧化乙烯醚 2 份。
本发明所述的一种抗压防雾膜的制备方法,其包括以下步骤 :
(1)按要求重量称取防雾层的各原料,并将各原料混合在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)将混合浆料涂布于PET膜上,并于115℃下加热1.5min;
(3)然后对涂层进行UV照射;
(4)在PET膜的另一侧涂布黏胶层,并覆上离型膜。
所述纳米级TiO2的粒径为10纳米。
实施例2
一种抗压防雾膜,其依次包括 PET膜层和离型膜层,所述PET膜层与离型膜接触的一面涂布有黏胶层,PET膜层的另一面涂布有防雾层,所述防雾层按重量份由以下原料制得:
紫外线吸收剂UV-0 15份
纳米级TiO2 20份
乙醇 12份
丙酮 6份
丙烯酸树脂 10份
二苯基乙酮 8份
失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 1份
壬基酚聚氧化乙烯醚 3份 。
所述纳米级TiO2的粒径为15纳米。
所述的一种抗压防雾膜的制备方法,其包括以下步骤 :
(1)按要求重量称取防雾层的各原料,并将各原料混合在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)将混合浆料涂布于PET膜上,并于120℃下加热1min;
(3)然后对涂层进行UV照射;
(4)在PET膜的另一侧涂布黏胶层,并覆上离型膜。
将实施例1和2进行相关性能测试,结果汇总如下:
1)剥离力:≥600~900gf/25mm;
2)厚度:70±2um;
3)透光率:≥90%;
4)雾度:≤1.0;
5)水滴角:≤15°且液面快速均匀摊开,经与70℃以上的水蒸气接触5S再分离(往返10次)。
