Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging box processing, and discloses an improved production process from an inner box to an outer box, which comprises the following steps: preparing the inner box by an inner box machine, and then transferring the inner box to an outer box machine by configuring a transfer channel to prepare an outer box; a marking mechanism is disposed on the transport path to mark the inner cartridge. This traditional passageway is connected interior box discharge area of box machine and the interior box input area of outer box machine, through mark in order to make things convenient for the operator to remember the transportation gesture of interior box on the box. When the outer box machine is in fault shutdown, the inner box needs to be manually shut down, the inner box accumulated in the conveying channel is taken out at the moment, and after the equipment fault is eliminated, the inner box is put again in the original state marked in the conveying channel to continue processing.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging box processing, and particularly relates to an improved production process from an inner box to an outer box in an open box type production process.
Background
The manufacturing scheme of the three-side knife opening box generally comprises the following steps: the inner mold is combined with the top cover and the bottom cover to manufacture an inner box, the inner box is used as a mold to cover the facial tissue to manufacture an outer box, and then the inner mold is taken out along three side openings of the outer box. Therefore, the mature production scheme usually includes an inner box machine, an outer box machine and an opening box machine, and each machine can operate independently. The inner box machine and the outer box machine are connected through the conveying device, and when the inner box machine works normally and the outer box machine is in fault shutdown, a large number of inner boxes are accumulated on the conveying device leading to the outer box machine.
Therefore, in workshop production, the accumulated inner boxes need to be taken out and stacked, and the conventional treatment method is to restart the production line after the faults are eliminated. However, the original state of the inner box on the transmission line cannot be known by workshop operators, the pose of the inner box is reversed, and then the opening direction of the inner box is opposite to the original direction in the box opening step, so that a defective product is formed, and the manual work and the material waste are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an improved production process from an inner box to an outer box, so as to facilitate the production of materials by an operator in the original output posture of the inner box during the restarting production process.
The invention is implemented as follows:
an improved process for manufacturing an inner case to an outer case, comprising: preparing the inner box by an inner box machine, and then transferring the inner box to an outer box machine by configuring a transfer channel to prepare an outer box; a marking mechanism is disposed on the transport path to mark the inner cartridge. This traditional passageway is connected interior box discharge area of box machine and the interior box input area of outer box machine, through mark in order to make things convenient for the operator to remember the transportation gesture of interior box on the box. The improved process from the inner box to the outer box provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
under the condition of not changing the original box type manufacturing principle and the supplied material design, the problem of material waste in the existing production process is solved.
And (II) the top surface of the inner box is marked, so that the visualization of the mark is realized, and the reference system is convenient to identify and set.
The marking mark does not affect the production rhythm in the original production process and can be realized by means of the advancing stroke of the inner box.
And (IV) the detachable installation is provided, so that the marking mechanism is convenient to replace and adjust.
And (V) the pencil is selected to realize the marking, so that the influence of the mark penetrating through the paper on the appearance of the other surface is avoided.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the field of fully open type packaging box processing, those skilled in the art use a production line consisting of an inner box machine, an outer box machine and an opening machine to complete the automatic preparation of the box type. The inner box 41 can be assembled by the inner mold, the surrounding strips 44a and the top and bottom covers, the inner box 41 enters the outer box machine to be assembled with the face paper 42 to form the outer box 43, the outer box 43 finally enters the box opening machine to cut the top and bottom covers along the cut 44b and take out the inner mold, and the finished open box 44 is obtained.
The length of the transfer channel is much greater than the size of a single inner box, so that in the transfer channel there are usually more than ten inner boxes to be transported slowly, while in the event of a malfunction of the outer box machine, the ejection is still carried out at the input interruption. According to the output efficiency of the common inner box machine, calculated according to about 30/second, if the reaction of people is about ten seconds, hundreds of inner boxes are accumulated on the conveying belt, and even overflow and scattering phenomena occur. In the traditional box type process, marks are not made on the supplied materials of the surface paper or other reference standards exist, operators do not know which boxes are in correct poses, all inner boxes are fed into a production line in a claimed mode, defective products are removed after opening, and material loss is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present invention provides an improved process for producing an inner case to an outer case, wherein the process for producing the inner case is not changed by the original inner case machine, and the inner case 41 is marked by a marking mechanism after the inner case 41 is formed, so as to obtain a marked inner case 41N. Then, the inner label case 41N is combined with the cover paper 42 to obtain an outer label case 43N. The mark 41b is hidden between the face paper and the top cover, and even if the opening box mark opening box 44N is obtained after the opening of the box opener, the mark is still hidden in the turnover cover, and the quality of the whole box product is not affected.
With the above process, this can be achieved in various forms:
the top surface 41a of the inner box can be marked, and the two side surfaces of the inner box can also be marked, so that the effect of identification can be achieved.
Marking can be realized by a marking machine, and a suspended pencil or a marking pen can be configured to realize marking.
The lines may be scribed or dotted/continuous.
The preferred embodiments are: the height of the suspended pencil is preset at the top of the inner box, and then the front travel of the inner box is used for engraving a marking mark 41b on the top surface 41a of the inner box, wherein the marking mark is the same as the travel direction. When the above problem is repeated, the operator only needs to put the surface with the mark 41b on the upper part, and then compares the edge with the position of the pencil to know the placement state of the original inner box, and then restarts the production line for continuous processing. Finally, when the open box is formed, it can be verified by observing whether the seam of the foxing 44a is inside the box.
With this kind of mode realization, can be under the condition that does not influence interior box output efficiency, normal production. The marking 41b made by the pencil does not penetrate into the inner surface of the flip, and therefore, the quality of the box product is not affected.
Referring to fig. 5-6, the corner attaching machine 31 has a function of attaching tapes to four corners of the inner box, a corner attaching passage of the corner attaching machine is in a vertical state, one end of the bottom of the corner attaching machine is provided with a power mechanism 32, the power mechanism is preferably a cylinder, one end of the cylinder is provided with a push block, and the push block periodically pushes out of the inner box 41 from the bottom of the corner attaching passage to enter a conventional passage. The conventional tunnel includes an inner box machine output section 3 and an outer box machine input section 1. A plurality of inner boxes 41 pushed out by the air cylinders are lined and laid on the output section 3 of the inner box machine, and the top surface is marked by marking through the marking mechanism 2. Then the inner boxes 41 sequentially enter the ascending input section 1 of the outer box machine, and finally enter the outer box machine for processing.
The marking mechanism 2 comprises a column 21, a pencil 22, an extension arm 23 and a mounting seat 24. The extension arm 23 is removably mounted with the pencil by the mount and extends into the upper portion of the transport path. Of course, the mechanism can be above the input section 1 of the outer box machine or above the output section 3 of the inner box machine.
The mounting seat 24 is provided with a through hole concentrically matched with the pencil, one side of the through hole is provided with a screw hole vertical to the lead, and the pencil is adjustable through a screw.

Claims (6)
1. An improved production process from an inner box to an outer box is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing the inner box by an inner box machine, and then transferring the inner box to an outer box machine by configuring a transfer channel to prepare an outer box; a marking mechanism is disposed on the transport path to mark the inner cartridge.
2. An improved process for the production of an inner case to an outer case as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the marking mechanism marks the top surface of the inner box.
3. An improved process for the production of an inner case to an outer case as claimed in claim 2 wherein: the marks are scribe marks.
4. An improved process of manufacturing an inner case to an outer case according to claim 3, wherein: the marking mechanism comprises an extension arm extending into the area above the conveying channel and a marking pen for marking, and the marking pen is detachably mounted at the end part of the extension arm.
5. An improved process for the production of an inner case to an outer case as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the marking pen is a pencil.
6. An improved process for the production of an inner case to an outer case as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the inner box is arranged in the conveying channel and is pushed by a push block configured by a power mechanism or driven by a conveying belt.
