本发明涉及一种切条装置,尤其涉及一种豆腐自动切条装置。提供一种可以安全的对豆腐进行切条、切条均匀的豆腐自动切条装置。一种豆腐自动切条装置,包括有:支架;动力组件,安装在支架上;横向切割组件,安装在支架上;纵向切割组件,安装在支架上。本发明通过动力组件与横向切割组件的配合,可以带动钢丝线自动的前后移动对豆腐进行切条;本发明通过下料组件,可以快速的取下切条好的豆腐;本发明通过触发组件,可以自动对豆腐进行纵向切割,同时还可以自动的将切条好的豆腐取下,设备使用非常方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切条装置,尤其涉及一种豆腐自动切条装置。
背景技术
豆腐又称水豆腐,是最常见的豆制品,相传为汉朝淮南王刘安发明。它是中国传统食品,味美而养生,也是素食菜肴的主要原料,被誉为“植物肉”。在将豆腐制作成菜肴时,经常需要对豆腐进行切条。
目前在对豆腐进行切条时,首先将块状的豆腐放置在桌面上,然后使用刀具,先将豆腐横向切几刀,然后再将豆腐纵向切几刀,使得豆腐分成均匀大小的块,然后再将切好的豆腐推走,并换上新的豆腐进行切条。这样的方式虽然能对豆腐进行切条,但是非常危险,同时不能保证豆腐切条均匀。
因此,亟需研发一种可以安全的对豆腐进行切条、切条均匀的豆腐自动切条装置。
发明内容
为了克服目前的豆腐切条方式非常危险、豆腐切条不均匀的缺点,要解决的技术问题:提供一种可以安全的对豆腐进行切条、切条均匀的豆腐自动切条装置。
技术方案如下:一种豆腐自动切条装置,包括有:支架;动力组件,安装在支架上;横向切割组件,安装在支架上;纵向切割组件,安装在支架上。
进一步地,动力组件包括有:减速电机,安装在支架上;扇形齿轮,安装在减速电机输出轴上。
进一步地,横向切割组件包括有:安装板,滑动式安装在支架上;第一齿条,安装在安装板上,第一齿条与扇形齿轮啮合;第二齿条,安装在安装板上,第二齿条与扇形齿轮啮合;钢丝线,钢丝线至少两根,安装在安装板上。
进一步地,纵向切割组件包括有:第三齿条,滑动式安装在支架上;切刀,切刀至少两个,安装在第三齿条上;第一弹簧,安装在第三齿条与支架之间。
进一步地,还包括有:下料组件,安装在支架上;下料板,转动式安装在支架上;导套,安装在支架内;挡块,滑动式安装在导套内;第二弹簧,安装在挡块与支架之间。
进一步地,还包括有:触发组件,安装在横向切割组件与支架之间;触发组件包括有:转动轴,转动式安装在支架内;小齿轮,安装在转动轴上;大齿轮,安装在转动轴上,大齿轮与第三齿条啮合;连接板,安装在安装板上;小齿条,安装在连接板上,小齿条与小齿轮配合;楔形块,安装在小齿条上。
本发明的有益效果:1、本发明通过动力组件与横向切割组件的配合,可以带动钢丝线自动的前后移动对豆腐进行切条。
2、本发明通过下料组件,可以快速的取下切条好的豆腐。
3、本发明通过触发组件,可以自动对豆腐进行纵向切割,同时还可以自动的将切条好的豆腐取下,设备使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步地进行说明。
实施例1
一种豆腐自动切条装置,如图1-图4所示,包括有支架1、动力组件2、横向切割组件3和纵向切割组件4,支架1右侧安装有动力组件2,支架1前侧安装有横向切割组件3,支架1后部安装有纵向切割组件4。
在需要使用该装置对豆腐进行切条时,首先将豆腐放置在支架1顶部,然后控制动力组件2开始工作,动力组件2触发横向切割组件3对豆腐进行横向切割,在豆腐横向切割完毕后,通过纵向切割组件4对豆腐进行纵向切割,在豆腐切割完毕后,控制动力组件2停止工作,然后将切条好的豆腐取下。
动力组件2包括有减速电机21和扇形齿轮22,支架1右侧通过螺栓固接有减速电机21,减速电机21左侧的输出轴上通过转杆键连接有扇形齿轮22。
在需要对豆腐进行切条时,控制减速电机21顺时针转动,进而带动扇形齿轮22顺时针转动,扇形齿轮22触发横向切割组件3,对豆腐进行横向切条,在豆腐切条完毕后,控制减速电机21停止工作。
横向切割组件3包括有安装板31、第一齿条32、第二齿条33和钢丝线34,支架1前部滑动式设有安装板31,安装板31后侧右部下方焊接有第一齿条32,安装板31后侧右部上方焊接有第二齿条33,第二齿条33、第一齿条32与扇形齿轮22啮合,安装板31上部焊接有两根钢丝线34。
在扇形齿轮22顺时针转动时,首先扇形齿轮22与第二齿条33啮合,带动第二齿条33向后移动,进而带动安装板31向后移动,从而带动钢丝线34向后移动对豆腐进行横向切割,在扇形齿轮22转动到与第一齿条32啮合时,此时豆腐切条完毕,扇形齿轮22转动带动第一齿条32向前移动,使得安装板31及其上装置向前移动复位。如此,通过第一齿条32、第二齿条33与扇形齿轮22的配合,可以带动钢丝线34自动的前后移动对豆腐进行切条。
纵向切割组件4包括有第三齿条41、切刀42和第一弹簧43,支架1后部中间滑动式设有第三齿条41,第三齿条41下部与支架1之间连接有第一弹簧43,第三齿条41顶端焊接有三块切刀42。
在豆腐横向切条完毕后,向下移动切刀42,带动第三齿条41向下移动,第一弹簧43拉伸,切刀42向下移动对豆腐进行切条,在豆腐切条完毕后,松开切刀42,在第一弹簧43复位的作用下,带动第三齿条41及其上装置复位。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图1、图4和图5所示,还包括有下料组件5,支架1上部安装有下料组件5,下料组件5包括有下料板51、导套52、挡块53和第二弹簧54,支架1上部转动式设有下料板51,支架1内顶部后侧通过螺栓固接有导套52,导套52内滑动式设有挡块53,挡块53与支架1内顶部后侧之间连接有第二弹簧54。
在豆腐切条完毕后,向后侧移动挡块53,第一弹簧43压缩,在挡块53离开下料板51下方时,在重力的作用下,下料板51向下摆动,使得下料板51上的豆腐滑下,豆腐全部取下后,松开挡块53,在第一弹簧43复位的作用下,带动挡块53复位,挡块53推动下料板51复位。如此,可以快速的取下切条好的豆腐。
还包括有触发组件6,横向切割组件3与支架1之间连接有触发组件6,触发组件6包括有转动轴61、小齿轮62、大齿轮63、连接板64、小齿条65和楔形块66,支架1内底部后侧通过轴承座转动式设有转动轴61,转动轴61右部键连接有小齿轮62,转动轴61左部键连接有大齿轮63,大齿轮63与第三齿条41啮合,安装板31下部焊接有连接板64,连接板64右部焊接有小齿条65,小齿条65与小齿轮62配合,小齿条65顶部焊接有楔形块66。
在安装板31向后移动时带动连接板64向后移动,进而带动小齿条65向后移动,在小齿条65向后移动到与小齿轮62啮合时,带动小齿轮62顺时针转动,通过转动轴61带动大齿轮63顺时针转动,此时豆腐横向切条完毕,大齿轮63带动第三齿条41向下移动,使得切刀42向下移动对豆腐进行纵向切条,在豆腐切条完毕后,此时楔形块66推动挡块53向右移动,在挡块53向右移动到脱离下料板51下方时,下料板51向下摆动将切条完毕后的豆腐取下,在连接板64向前移动复位时,在挡块53的作用下下料板51复位。如此,可以自动对豆腐进行纵向切割,同时还可以自动的将切条好的豆腐取下,设备使用非常方便。

减速电机(21),安装在支架(1)上;
扇形齿轮(22),安装在减速电机(21)输出轴上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种豆腐自动切条装置,其特征在于,横向切割组件(3)包括有:
安装板(31),滑动式安装在支架(1)上;
第一齿条(32),安装在安装板(31)上,第一齿条(32)与扇形齿轮(22)啮合;
第二齿条(33),安装在安装板(31)上,第二齿条(33)与扇形齿轮(22)啮合;
钢丝线(34),钢丝线(34)至少两根,安装在安装板(31)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种豆腐自动切条装置,其特征在于,纵向切割组件(4)包括有:
第三齿条(41),滑动式安装在支架(1)上;
切刀(42),切刀(42)至少两个,安装在第三齿条(41)上;
第一弹簧(43),安装在第三齿条(41)与支架(1)之间。

下料组件(5),安装在支架(1)上;
下料组件(5)包括有:
下料板(51),转动式安装在支架(1)上;
导套(52),安装在支架(1)内;
