本发明提供一种新型鞋子,主要涉及制鞋技术领域。一种新型鞋子,包括鞋底与鞋帮,所述鞋底与鞋帮一体成型,所述鞋底包括大底与中底,所述大底镂空,并由橡胶、TPU材料制成,所述中底由聚氨酯材料制成,所述鞋帮包括多种颜色的塑料膜、TPU膜与尼龙帮面,所述鞋底原料包括A组分与B组分。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明不但实现了大多数客户所需求鞋底的轻,软,弹的效果,同时还有很好的耐低温及很好的撕裂强度,中底色彩多样化,满足了不同颜色的搭配要求,无需喷漆、避免了色差;能够适用于任何帮面,无限制要求;模内一体成型较人工组合鞋,版型更标准、无差异化、粘合强度高完全无开胶风险,降低了人工成本,节约了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及制鞋技术领域,具体是一种新型鞋子。
背景技术
目前现有的鞋子存在以下问题:色彩单一;底帮有分模线,影响外观;工艺流程复杂,喷涂脱模剂、模内漆且不环保;鞋底穿着时污染不易护理;穿着后风化黄变;聚氨酯鞋底表面有针孔、缺料、发泡线等影响美观,且鞋子的密度较大,硬度高,回弹效果差,穿着舒适度低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型鞋子,本发明不但实现了大多数客户所需求鞋底的轻,软,弹的效果,同时还有很好的耐低温及很好的撕裂强度,中底色彩多样化,满足了不同颜色的搭配要求,无需喷漆、避免了色差;能够适用于任何帮面,无限制要求;模内一体成型较人工组合鞋,版型更标准、无差异化、粘合强度高完全无开胶风险,降低了人工成本,节约了生产成本。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型鞋子,包括鞋底与鞋帮,所述鞋底与鞋帮一体成型,所述鞋底包括大底与中底,所述大底镂空,并由橡胶、TPU材料制成,所述中底由聚氨酯材料制成,所述鞋帮包括多种颜色的塑料膜、TPU膜与尼龙帮面,所述鞋底原料包括A组分与B组分,所述A组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚40-50份,2官能4000分子量EO封端聚醚25-30份,3官能6000分子量EO封端聚醚15-25份,聚醚匀泡剂0.5-2份,甘油0.5-1份,永久性抗静电剂2-3份,所述B组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚35-40份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯60-65份。
一种鞋子成型前预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:套帮,将楦卡在桌手槽固定,将帮面套在楦头上摆正;将套好帮的楦头放在烤箱内烤5分钟后拿出放在机台挂楦处;将定好型的带帮面的楦头,挂卡在模具上板;
步骤二:挂膜、烘烤,将挂好楦头的模具下板挂上膜,将膜平铺在模具表面,并四点固定;将挂好膜的模具转进烤灯区,进行烘烤,膜烤至松软;膜烤制发亮松软后立即打开抽真空阀门,将膜抽至模具内腔表面。
进一步的,上述步骤中的模具包括上板、楦头与底模,所述上板包括顶板、楦头定位挡板、定位钉、楦头锁紧装置与支撑柱,所述楦头包括楦头底座与塑料楦体,所述底模包括压板、底模与封板。
进一步的,所述顶板底面安装楦头定位挡板,所述楦头定位挡板上安装定位钉,所述顶板底面一侧安装楦头锁紧装置,所述楦头锁紧装置一侧带有斜度,所述顶板底面四角均安装支撑柱,位于顶板一侧的两根所述支撑柱一侧均安装导向板,所述楦头包括楦头底座与塑料楦体,所述楦头底座位于支撑柱下方,所述楦头底座内设有塑料楦体,所述底模包括压板、底模与封板,所述压板与楦头底座铰接,所述压板一侧设有模锁,所述楦头底座底部安装底模,所述底模底面安装封板。
一种新型鞋子鞋底成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将A组分与B组分原料恒温40℃,按质量比A/B=100/62的比例,高速搅拌混和;
步骤二:将混合后的A组分与B组分原料注入预热后的模具中,硫化5分钟后取模,即得鞋底。
进一步的,所述步骤二中模具预热温度为50-55℃。
一种新型制鞋工艺,包括如下步骤:前处理;套帮;挂膜;烤膜;抽真空;灌注;取鞋;后处理后得到成型后的鞋子。

如图1-4所示,本发明所述一种新型鞋子,包括鞋底与鞋帮,所述鞋底与鞋帮一体成型,所述鞋底包括镂空橡胶大底与聚氨酯中底,所述鞋帮包括多种颜色的塑料膜、TPU膜与尼龙帮面,所述鞋底原料包括A组分与B组分,所述A组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚40-50份,2官能4000分子量EO封端聚醚25-30份,3官能6000分子量EO封端聚醚15-25份,聚醚匀泡剂0.5-2份,甘油0.5-1份,永久性抗静电剂2-3份,所述B组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚35-40份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯60-65份。
实施例:
步骤一:机台准备,模具固定在圆盘机台车上,打开并加温,烤灯打开,将TPU膜裁剪成38CM段备用,帮面领取放套帮处;
步骤二:套帮,将楦卡在桌手槽固定,将帮面套在楦头上摆正;将套好帮的楦头放在烤箱内烤5分钟后拿出放在机台挂楦处;将定好型的带帮面的楦头,挂卡在模具上板;
步骤三:挂膜、烘烤,将挂好楦头的模具下板挂上膜,将膜平铺在模具表面,并四点固定;将挂好膜的模具转进烤灯区,进行烘烤,膜烤至松软;膜烤制发亮松软后立即打开抽真空阀门,将膜抽至模具内腔表面;
步骤四:将A组分与B组分原料恒温40℃,按质量比A/B=100/62的比例,高速搅拌混和;
步骤五:将混合后的A组分与B组分原料注入预热后的模具中,硫化5分钟后取模,即得鞋底,然后将鞋底与鞋帮在模具中一体成型;
步骤六:保温10分钟料熟后,将模具打开,用手握紧楦头底将楦头从下模取出;将做成的鞋从楦头上脱下,放修边处;用专用修边机将多余的膜沿牙边处修剪;修边后再进行品检,修整即可包装。

由表一可以看出,实施例中的鞋子,密度低,硬度低,回弹率高,能够满足大多数客户的需求。

1.一种新型鞋子,包括鞋底与鞋帮,其特征在于:所述鞋底与鞋帮一体成型,所述鞋底包括大底与中底,所述大底镂空,并由橡胶、TPU材料制成,所述中底由聚氨酯材料制成,所述鞋帮包括多种颜色的塑料膜、TPU膜与尼龙帮面,所述鞋底原料包括A组分与B组分,所述A组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚40-50份,2官能4000分子量EO封端聚醚25-30份,3官能6000分子量EO封端聚醚15-25份,聚醚匀泡剂0.5-2份,甘油0.5-1份,永久性抗静电剂2-3份,所述B组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚35-40份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯60-65份。
2.一种鞋子成型前预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:套帮,将楦卡在桌手槽固定,将帮面套在楦头上摆正;将套好帮的楦头放在烤箱内烤5分钟后拿出放在机台挂楦处;将定好型的带帮面的楦头,挂卡在模具上板;
步骤二:挂膜、烘烤,将挂好楦头的模具下板挂上膜,将膜平铺在模具表面,并四点固定;将挂好膜的模具转进烤灯区,进行烘烤,膜烤至松软;膜烤制发亮松软后立即打开抽真空阀门,将膜抽至模具内腔表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种鞋子成型前预处理工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤中的模具包括上板、楦头与底模,所述上板包括顶板、楦头定位挡板、定位钉、楦头锁紧装置与支撑柱,所述楦头包括楦头底座与塑料楦体,所述底模包括压板、底模与封板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种鞋子成型前预处理工艺,其特征在于:所述顶板底面安装楦头定位挡板,所述楦头定位挡板上安装定位钉,所述顶板底面一侧安装楦头锁紧装置,所述楦头锁紧装置一侧带有斜度,所述顶板底面四角均安装支撑柱,位于顶板一侧的两根所述支撑柱一侧均安装导向板,所述楦头包括楦头底座与塑料楦体,所述楦头底座位于支撑柱下方,所述楦头底座内设有塑料楦体,所述底模包括压板、底模与封板,所述压板与楦头底座铰接,所述压板一侧设有模锁,所述楦头底座底部安装底模,所述底模底面安装封板。
5.一种新型鞋子鞋底成型工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将A组分与B组分原料恒温40℃,按质量比A/B=100/62的比例,高速搅拌混和;
步骤二:将混合后的A组分与B组分原料注入预热后的模具中,硫化5分钟后取模,即得鞋底。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型鞋子鞋底成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中模具预热温度为50-55℃。
7.一种新型制鞋工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:前处理;套帮;挂膜;烤膜;抽真空;灌注;取鞋;后处理后得到成型后的鞋子。
