Abstract
The invention discloses an edible black ant health-care beverage or food and a preparation method thereof, wherein the health-care beverage is prepared from the following raw materials: ant juice accounting for 20% of the total volume of the beverage per 100 ml, 60-degree pure grain liquor accounting for 25% of the total volume of the beverage per 100 ml, and citric acid juice or purified water accounting for 55% of the total volume of the beverage per 100 ml. The health food is prepared from the following raw materials: the food comprises 50% of black ant powder, 35% of black rice powder, 12% of glutinous rice powder and 3% of edible bamboo charcoal powder. 3) adding water into the glutinous rice flour, decocting into paste, stirring with the mixture obtained in the step (2) to form dough, putting into a pill making machine, processing into small edible pills with the diameter of 6-12 mm, drying, sterilizing, and drying to remove water;
4) and (4) filling the edible pills obtained in the step (3) into a special food bottle, adding a water-absorbing drying bag, and sealing and packaging to form a product.
Preferably, the edible black ants are large-grain fresh wet ants;
preferably, the fineness of the black ant powder is 500 meshes;
