Abstract
The invention discloses a 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.0001-60% of 28-high brassinolide, 0.1-5% of wetting agent, 0.1-8% of dispersing agent, 1-6% of antifreezing agent, 0.1-3% of thickening agent, 0.1-3% of defoaming agent, 3-5% of capsule wall material, 0.1-10% of pH regulator and the balance of water, and the microcapsule suspending agent is beneficial to the stability and the efficacy of the 28-high brassinolide in a preparation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide compositions, in particular to a 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent and application thereof.
Background
At present, the planting area of apples is getting bigger and bigger in China, the traditional method of using a single-dose 24-epibrassinol pesticide variety has no obvious yield increase and more use times; the 28-high brassinolide can promote cell division and elongation, improve enzyme activity, improve seed activity and promote early development, and can be well used for crop nutrition, and can be used for relieving harmful conditions during crop growth, freezing injury, drought and phytotoxicity. 28-high brassinolide is one of steroid compounds with higher biological activity, and is widely present in plants. During each stage of plant growth and development, it can promote the vegetative growth and is favorable for fertilization. The artificially synthesized brassinolide has high activity, can be absorbed by leaves, stems and roots of plants and then is conducted to acting parts, has extremely trace acting concentration, is a high-efficiency plant growth regulator, and can remarkably increase the growth of nutrient bodies of the plants and promote fertilization under very low concentration. It is suitable for grain crops, economic crops, vegetables and fruits, etc. to promote growth and increase yield.
However, the application of 28-high brassinolide is not ideal at present, the efficacy of the 28-high brassinolide cannot be exerted, the slow release effect is poor, the lasting effect is short, and the large-scale application in agriculture is not facilitated.
Therefore, how to provide a 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent and apply the suspending agent to crop regulation is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

In view of the above, the invention provides a 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent, wherein auxiliary components are added in the microcapsule suspending agent, which is beneficial to the stability and the drug effect of the 28-high brassinolide in a preparation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.0001-60% of 28-high brassinolide, 0.1-5% of wetting agent, 0.1-8% of dispersing agent, 1-6% of antifreezing agent, 0.1-3% of thickening agent, 0.1-3% of defoaming agent, 3-5% of capsule wall material, 0.1-10% of pH regulator and the balance of water.
The functions of the components are as follows:
wetting agent: wetting 28-high brassinolide and wetting the surface of the leaves of the crops when in use;
dispersing agent: forming a stable dispersion of 28-homobrassinolide in the content composition, maintaining the stability of the stored system;
an antifreezing agent: preventing the content composition from curing under low ambient conditions;
thickening agent: preventing delamination of the content composition during storage;
defoaming agent: the foam generated in the processing process is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved;
capsule wall material: the 28-high brassinolide is wrapped inside to form small particles which are slowly released on the surface of crops to continuously exert the drug effect;
pH regulator: adjusting the environment suitable for stabilizing 28-high brassinolide.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wetting agent comprises: one or more of sodium butyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, Morwet EFW and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the dispersant comprises: one or more of formaldehyde condensate of methyl sodium naphthalene sulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, p-methoxy fatty amido benzenesulfonic acid, desugarized and graded sodium lignosulfonate, sodium salt of naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate, sodium salt of alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfuric acid.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the antifreezing agent comprises: one or more of glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thickener comprises: one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, bentonite and white carbon black.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the defoaming agent includes: one or more of silicone compound, methanol, silicone oil and cason.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the capsule wall material includes: gelatin, Arabic gum starch, cyclodextrin inclusion compound, chitosan, alginate, polyhydroxyalkyl ester, polyurea resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine monopolymer resin, polypropylene carbonate, methacrylate, carboxymethyl cellulose, maltodextrin, polydopamine, cardanol and/or phenolic resin.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the pH regulator comprises: one or more of ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, citric acid, and phosphoric acid.
A preparation method of 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following steps: mixing wetting agent, dispersant, antifreeze, thickener, defoamer and pH regulator, shearing in a shearing machine for 30min, mixing, adding 28-high brassinolide, grinding in a ball mill for 2h to make the particle diameter below 5mm, and adding capsule wall material to obtain 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspension.
The microcapsule suspending agent prepared by the preparation method is applied to preparation of a crop yield increasing medicine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent has the advantages of regulating effect, environmental friendliness, long acting period and obvious effect of increasing the yield of crops after being used;
(2) the 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent has a unique dosage form, and can prolong the drug effect period;
(3) the 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent has the effects of regulating crops, is environment-friendly, and reduces the pollution to the environment after being used.
In conclusion, the 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent composition has obvious synergistic effect, environment-friendly effect and reduced pesticide residue compared with the existing missible oil, and is worthy of popularization and application in agricultural production.

A28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide 60%, sodium dodecyl sulfate 1%, sodium lignosulfonate 0.2%, ethylene glycol 2%, magnesium aluminum silicate 0.5%, methanol 0.7%, chitosan 4%, potassium hydroxide 0.2%, and water 31.4%.
Example 3
A28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide 20%, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether 5%, calcium lignosulphonate 8%, propylene glycol 6%, bentonite 3%, silicone oil 3%, sodium alginate 5%, sodium hydroxide 10% and water 40%.
Example 4
A28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide 0.015%, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate 1%, p-methoxy fatty amido benzenesulfonic acid 1%, sorbitol 4%, white carbon black 2%, Kathon 1%, polyhydroxyalkyl ester 3.5%, hydrochloric acid 2%, and water 85.485%.
Example 5
A28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide 2%, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate 2%, sodium lignosulfonate 3%, polyethylene glycol 5%, bentonite 0.15%, methanol 2%, melamine monopolymer resin 4.5%, acetic acid 3%, and water 78.35%.
The preparation method of the microcapsule suspending agent comprises the following steps: mixing wetting agent, dispersant, antifreeze, thickener, defoamer and pH regulator, shearing in a shearing machine for 30min, mixing, adding 28-high brassinolide, grinding in a ball mill for 2h to make the particle diameter below 5mm, and adding capsule wall material to obtain 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspension.

The microcapsule suspension prepared in example 4 was destroyed under the ultrasonic action for 0min, 10min, 20min, 30min, 60min and 120min, and then the release amount of 28-high brassinolide was measured, and the results are shown in table 3 below;

Comparing tables 3, 4 and 5, the experimental data of ultrasonic capsule wall damage of the 0.015 percent 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent show that after ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 30min, the capsule wall is completely damaged, the 28-high brassinolide active ingredients are completely released, and the natural free time is as long as 20 days. The drug effect is prolonged through the natural free time; the capsule wall detection data is destroyed by ultrasonic waves, and the 28-high brassinolide forms the capsule wall after the capsule wall material is added, so that a good slow release effect is achieved; compared with the data of a natural free test and a capsule wall destruction test, the 28-high brassinolide encapsulated by the microcapsule can continuously exert the drug effect after being continuously released.

A28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspending agent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.0001-60% of 28-high brassinolide, 0.1-5% of wetting agent, 0.1-8% of dispersing agent, 1-6% of antifreezing agent, 0.1-3% of thickening agent, 0.1-3% of defoaming agent, 3-5% of capsule wall material, 0.1-10% of pH regulator and the balance of water.
2. The suspension of 28-high brassinolide microcapsules according to claim 1, wherein said wetting agent comprises: one of sodium butyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.
3. The suspension of 28-homobrassinolide microcapsules of claim 1, wherein said dispersing agent comprises: one of a formaldehyde condensate of sodium methylnaphthalenesulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, p-methoxy fatty amido benzenesulfonic acid and sodium lignosulfonate.
4. The 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspension according to claim 1, wherein the cryoprotectant comprises: one of glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol.
5. The suspension of 28-high brassinolide microcapsules according to claim 1, wherein said thickening agent comprises: one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, bentonite and white carbon black.
6. The 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspension according to claim 1, wherein the antifoaming agent comprises: one of silicone compound, methanol, silicone oil and cason.
7. The suspension of 28-high brassinolide microcapsules according to claim 1, wherein the wall material comprises: gelatin, chitosan, alginate, polyhydroxyalkyl ester, and melamine monopolymer resin.
8. The suspension of 28-homobrassinolide microcapsules of claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting agent comprises: one of ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid and acetic acid.
9. A method of making a 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspension according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising: mixing wetting agent, dispersant, antifreeze, thickener, defoamer and pH regulator, shearing in a shearing machine for 30min, mixing, adding 28-high brassinolide, grinding in a ball mill for 2h to make the particle diameter below 5mm, and adding capsule wall material to obtain 28-high brassinolide microcapsule suspension.
10. Use of the microcapsule suspension prepared by the preparation method according to claim 9 for the preparation of a crop yield increasing medicament.
