Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of golden fungus planting, and relates to a golden fungus culture medium and a method for culturing golden fungus by using the same.
Background
The Tremella aurantia is named Tremella aurantia and belongs to Tremellales, Tremellaceae and Tremella in the fungus classification; because of their golden color, they are also called golden fungus, golden tremella and golden tremella, and also called brain fungus and brain-shaped tremella because they are similar to human brain.
The tremella aurantialba is rich in protein, amino acids essential to human bodies, multiple vitamins, tremella aurantialba polysaccharide and trace elements such as manganese, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium and the like, is a nutritional tonic, can be eaten or used as a medicine, is a rare edible fungus used as both food and medicine, has a nutritional value superior to that of colloidal fungi such as tremella, black fungus and the like, and is an ideal high-grade delicacy and health care product.
China successfully explores the artificial cultivation technology of the tremella aurantialba from the 80 th of the last century, starts to popularize nationwide, develops over twenty years, and is mature along with the increase of market demand by the large-scale cultivation technology of the tremella aurantialba by double-bacterium composite inoculation and bag cultivation. However, in the actual production process of tremella aurantialba, due to the growth characteristics of tremella aurantialba, the bag material is very easy to be infected with sundry fungi in the early fruiting stage, the reproduction of the sundry fungi not only affects the fruiting rate, but also generates a large amount of spores which are diffused into the air in the carrying process of fungus bags, so that the infection risk of other healthy fungus bags is further increased, and the problem restricts the large-scale factory cultivation of the tremella aurantialba.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a culture medium that can reduce the risk of contaminating microbes during the cultivation of Tremella aurantialba.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the golden fungus culture medium consists of 30-50% of cottonseed hulls, 30-50% of wood chips, 10-20% of bran, 1-5% of monopotassium phosphate, 1-5% of gypsum and 0.5-1% of lactate by taking the total mass of the golden fungus culture medium as 100%.
As a specific embodiment of the invention, the golden fungus culture medium consists of 41% of cottonseed hulls, 42% of wood chips, 14% of bran, 1% of monopotassium phosphate, 1% of gypsum and 1% of lactate, wherein the total mass of the golden fungus culture medium is 100%.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for culturing tremella aurantialba, comprising culturing tremella aurantialba using the medium for tremella aurantialba according to the first aspect.
The culture method comprises the following steps: and (2) preparing a tremella aurantialba fungus bag by using the tremella aurantialba culture medium of the first aspect, and then carrying out inoculation culture to obtain the tremella aurantialba.
The inoculation, culture and the like of the invention are all conventional methods at present.
The culture method of the invention also comprises the step of sterilizing the fungus bags before inoculation, preferably sterilizing the fungus bags at the temperature of 120-125 ℃ for 60-70 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
