Abstract
一种检测电路(10)及其驱动方法、驱动电路(02)、装置(100),检测电路(10)包括开关子电路(101)和模数转换子电路(102)。开关子电路(101)可以根据外部补偿电路(01)提供的控制信号,控制感测线(SL)与参考电源端(Vref)、复位电源端(RST)以及模数转换子电路(102)之间的通断状态。其中,感测信号可以包括像素特征值或者可以为参考电源信号。感测信号包括像素特征值时,外部补偿电路(01)可以根据感测信号对像素特征值进行可靠补偿;感测信号为参考电源信号时,外部补偿电路(01)可以根据感测信号对模数转换子电路(102)的转换性能进行可靠补偿。检测电路(10)的功能较为丰富,补偿精度较高。
