Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the unpacking device 1 comprises an unpacking conveying mechanism 11 and an unpacking mechanism 12, wherein the unpacking conveying mechanism 11 is used for conveying coconut palm bundles and coconut palm fibers, and the unpacking mechanism 12 is used for scattering the coconut palm bundles into the coconut palm fibers. The bale opening conveying mechanism 11 conveys the coconut coir bundles to the bale opening mechanism 12; the bale opening mechanism 12 breaks up the coir bundles into coir fibers; the opening and conveying mechanism 11 receives the coir and conveys the coir to the fixed material device 2.
The unpacking and conveying mechanism 11 and the unpacking mechanism 12 are separately provided on the main frame 13, and the unpacking mechanism 12 is provided on the conveying path of the unpacking and conveying mechanism 11. The bale opening and conveying mechanism 11 conveys the coconut coir bundles to the bale opening mechanism 12, the bale opening mechanism 12 breaks up the coconut coir bundles into coconut coir fibers, and the bale opening and conveying mechanism 11 receives and conveys the broken coconut coir fibers.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the sizing device 2 comprises a sizing feeding mechanism 21 and a sizing mechanism 22, wherein the sizing feeding mechanism 21 is used for receiving and conveying coir fibers, and the sizing mechanism 22 is used for receiving and quantitatively conveying the coir fibers. The fixed material feeding mechanism 21 receives the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the unpacking conveying mechanism 11 and conveys the coconut palm fibers to the fixed material mechanism 22; the metering mechanism 22 receives the coconut palm fibers delivered by the metering feed mechanism 21 and quantitatively delivers the coconut palm fibers to the opening device.
The fixed material feeding mechanism 21 and the fixed material mechanism 22 are separately provided on the main frame 13, and the fixed material mechanism 22 is provided at the end of the conveying path of the fixed material feeding mechanism 21.
The fixed feed mechanism 21 includes a fixed feed conveyor 211, and the fixed feed conveyor 211 is installed in the main frame 13. The fixed feed conveyor 211 is positioned below the end of the unpacking conveyor 112 and the coir strands that reach the end of the unpacking conveyor 112 fall onto the fixed feed conveyor 211.
The sizing mechanism 22 comprises a sizing conveying component 221, a sizing component 222, a raking component 223 and a beating component 224, one end of the sizing conveying component 221 is connected with the sizing feeding mechanism 21, the other end of the sizing conveying component 221 is connected with the feeding end of the sizing component 222, the raking component 223 and the beating component 224 are arranged on the conveying path of the sizing conveying component 221, and the raking component 223 and the beating component 224 act on the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the sizing conveying component 221.
The fixed material conveying assembly 221 comprises a fixed material conveying belt 2211, the fixed material conveying belt 2211 is installed in the main frame 13, and the starting end of the fixed material conveying belt 2211 is connected with the tail end of the fixed material feeding conveying belt 211. The fixed material conveying belt 2211 is obliquely arranged, and a plurality of nails are arranged on the surface of the fixed material conveying belt 2211, so that the coconut palm fibers can be hung on the fixed material conveying belt 2211 and move along with the running of the fixed material conveying belt 2211.
The fixed material conveying motor 23 drives the fixed material conveying belt 2211 to operate, and the fixed material conveying belt 2211 operates to drive the fixed material feeding conveying belt 211 to operate.
The fixed material assembly 222 includes two fixed material baffles 2221, the two fixed material baffles 2221 are oppositely disposed in the main frame 13, and a fixed material output channel 2222 is formed between the two fixed material baffles 2221. The feeding end of the fixed material output channel 2222 is arranged near the tail end of the fixed material conveying belt 2211, the discharging end of the fixed material output channel 2222 faces to the opening device, and the coconut palm fibers reaching the tail end of the fixed material conveying belt 2211 can enter the fixed material output channel 2222. In addition, one of the sizing baffles 2221 is driven by a baffle drive motor 2223 to reciprocate relative to the other sizing baffle 2221, thereby compressing the coir in the sizing output channel 2222.
The skim coat assembly 223 includes a skim coat nail roller 2231 and a skim coat drive motor 2232, the skim coat nail roller 2231 being rotatably mounted within the main frame 13, the skim coat drive motor 2232 being mounted on the main frame 13. The staple roller 2231 is disposed on the conveying path of the fixed material conveying belt 2211, the staple driving motor 2232 drives the staple roller 2231 to rotate, and staples of the staple roller 2231 act on the coconut fibers on the fixed material conveying belt 2211 to thin the coconut fibers on the fixed material conveying belt 2211.
The stapling assembly 224 includes stapling rolls 2241 and stapling drive motors 2242, the stapling rolls 2241 being rotatably mounted in the main frame 13, the stapling drive motors 2242 being mounted on the main frame 13. The staple roller 2241 is disposed at the end of the fixed material conveyor 2211, and the staple driving motor 2242 drives the staple roller 2241 to rotate, so that the staple of the staple roller 2241 acts on the coconut fibers at the end of the fixed material conveyor 2211, and the coconut fibers at the end of the fixed material conveyor 2211 are beaten into the fixed material output channel 2222.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the first opening device 3 includes a first opening feed mechanism 31, a first clamping mechanism 32 and a first opening mechanism 33, the first opening feed mechanism 31 is used for receiving and conveying coir, the first clamping mechanism 32 is used for receiving and clamping the coir, and the first opening mechanism 33 is used for loosening the coir. The first opening feeding mechanism 31 receives the coconut palm fibers output by the sizing component 222 and conveys the coconut palm fibers to the first clamping mechanism 32; the first clamping mechanism 32 receives the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the first opening feeding mechanism 31 and clamps the coconut palm fibers; the first opening mechanism 33 breaks up the palm fibers held by the first clamping mechanism 32.
The first opening feeding mechanism 31, the first clamping mechanism 32 and the first opening mechanism 33 are separately arranged on the main frame 13, and the first clamping mechanism 32 is positioned between the first opening feeding mechanism 31 and the first opening mechanism 33.
The first open feed mechanism 31 includes a first open feed conveyor 311, and the first open feed conveyor 311 is mounted on the main frame 13. The first opening feeding conveyer belt 311 is obliquely arranged, and the first opening feeding conveyer belt 311 is positioned below the fixed material output channel 2222, and the coconut palm fibers output by the fixed material output channel 2222 fall onto the first opening feeding conveyer belt 311.
The first clamping mechanism 32 comprises two first clamping shaft rollers 321, the first clamping shaft rollers 321 are respectively rotatably installed in the main frame 13, and the two first clamping shaft rollers 321 are oppositely arranged up and down.
The first opening conveying motor 34 drives one of the first clamping shaft rollers 321 to rotate, and the first clamping shaft rollers 321 rotate to drive the other first clamping shaft roller 321 to rotate through the first opening conveying reverse transmission group 35 and drive the first opening feeding conveying belt 311 to rotate.
The first opening mechanism 33 comprises a first opening nail roller 331 and a first opening driving motor 332, the first opening nail roller 331 is rotatably installed in the main frame 13, the first opening driving motor 332 is installed in the main frame 13, the first opening driving motor 332 drives the first opening nail roller 331 to rotate, and opening nails of the first opening nail roller 331 act on palm fibers clamped by the first clamping mechanism 32.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, the lapping device 4 includes a lapping feed mechanism 41 and a lapping transport mechanism 42, the lapping feed mechanism 41 is used for receiving the coconut palm fibers and laying the coconut palm net, and the lapping transport mechanism 42 is used for carrying and transporting the coconut palm net. The net laying and feeding mechanism 41 receives and conveys the loose coir filaments which are spread by the first opening mechanism 33, and lays the coir filaments on the net-forming and conveying mechanism 42 to form a coir net, and the net-forming and conveying mechanism 42 conveys the coir net.
The web-laying feeding mechanism 41 includes a web-laying feeding conveying assembly 411 and a swing assembly 412, the web-laying feeding conveying assembly 411 has a feeding discharge end 4111, and the swing assembly 412 drives the feeding discharge end 4111 to reciprocate in a direction perpendicular to a conveying path of the web-forming conveying mechanism 42.
The lapping feed conveyor assembly 411 comprises a lapping feed conveyor drive motor 4112 and a plurality of groups of lapping feed conveyor belts 4113, wherein the lapping feed conveyor drive motor 4112 drives one group of the lapping feed conveyor belts 4113, and the group of the lapping feed conveyor belts 4113 drives the rest of the lapping feed conveyor belts 4113 through a lapping feed reverse transmission group 4114.
The swing assembly 412 includes a swing driving motor 4121 and a swing transmission assembly 4122, wherein the swing driving motor 4121 drives the swing transmission assembly 4122 to drive the feeding and discharging end 4111.
The web-forming conveyor mechanism 42 includes a web-forming conveyor drive motor and a web-forming conveyor belt 421, the web-forming conveyor drive motor driving the web-forming conveyor belt 421 to run to convey the coir net.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the present embodiment is preferably further provided with a scrap recycling device 9, the scrap recycling device 9 being adapted to receive dropped coir from the bale opener 1, the sizing device 2, the first opening device 3 and the lapping device 4.
The main frame 13 is located to crushed aggregates recovery unit 9, crushed aggregates recovery unit 9 includes crushed aggregates recovery conveyer belt 91 and crushed aggregates recovery driving motor 92, crushed aggregates recovery conveyer belt 91 is located the below at unpacking conveyer belt 112, fixed material feeding conveyer belt 211, fixed material conveyer belt 2211, first opening feeding conveyer belt 311 and the top of lapping material feeding conveyer belt 4113, the coconut palm silk that drops falls on the crushed aggregates recovery conveyer belt 91, crushed aggregates recovery driving motor 92 drives crushed aggregates recovery conveyer belt 91 operation, in order to carry the coconut palm silk to the top of unpacking conveyer belt 112, make full use of coconut palm silk.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the second opening device 5 includes a second opening feed mechanism 51, a second nip 52, a second opening discharge mechanism 53, and a second opening discharge mechanism 54, the second opening feed mechanism 51 for receiving and transporting the coir net, the second nip 52 for receiving and nipping the coir net, the second opening discharge mechanism 53 for opening the opened coir net, and the second opening discharge mechanism 54 for receiving and transporting the opened coir net. The second opening and feeding mechanism 51 receives the coconut palm fiber net output by the fixed material component 222 and conveys the coconut palm fiber net to the second clamping mechanism 52; the second clamping mechanism 52 receives the coconut palm fiber net conveyed by the second opening feeding mechanism 51 and clamps the coconut palm fiber net; the second opening mechanism 53 opens and loosens the coconut palm fiber net clamped by the second clamping mechanism 52; the second opening discharge mechanism 54 receives the opened coir and delivers the coir.
The second opening feeding mechanism 51, the second clamping mechanism 52, the second opening mechanism 53 and the second opening discharging mechanism 54 are respectively arranged on the second opening machine frame 55, and the second clamping mechanism 52 is arranged between the second opening feeding mechanism 51 and the second opening mechanism 53.
The second opening feed mechanism 51 includes a second opening feed conveyor 511, and the second opening feed conveyor 511 is mounted on a second opening frame 55. The second open-feeding conveyor belt 511 is disposed obliquely, and the start end of the second open-feeding conveyor belt 511 is connected to the end of the web-forming conveyor belt 421.
The second clamping mechanism 52 includes two second clamping shaft rollers 521, the second clamping shaft rollers 521 are respectively rotatably installed in the second opener frame 55, and the two second clamping shaft rollers 521 are disposed vertically opposite to each other.
The second opening conveying motor 56 drives one of the second clamping shaft rollers 521 to rotate, and the second clamping shaft roller 521 rotates to drive the other second clamping shaft roller 521 to rotate through the second opening conveying reversing transmission set 57 and drive the second opening feeding conveying belt 511 to operate.
The second opening mechanism 53 comprises a second opening nail roller 531 and a second opening driving motor 532, the second opening nail roller 531 is rotatably installed in the second opening machine frame 55, the second opening driving motor 532 is installed in the second opening machine frame 55, the second opening driving motor 532 drives the second opening nail roller 531 to rotate, and opening nails of the second opening nail roller 531 act on the coconut palm net clamped by the second clamping mechanism 52.
The second opening discharge mechanism 54 includes a second opening discharge conveyor 541 and a second opening discharge drive motor, the second opening discharge conveyor 541 being mounted on the second opening frame 55, the second opening discharge drive motor driving the second opening discharge conveyor 541 to operate. The second opening discharge conveyor 541 is located below the second opening spike roller 531 and the opened coir net falls to the second opening discharge conveyor 541. The second opening discharge conveyor 541 is connected to the needling conveyor 61 of the needling apparatus 6, or the second opening discharge conveyor 541 is connected to the spray drying conveyor 71 of the rubber spray drying apparatus 7 by a connecting conveyor.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the needling apparatus 6 is movably disposed in a field and includes a needling transport mechanism 61 for receiving and transporting flat mats of coir and a needling mechanism 62 for needling the flat mats of coir 62. The needling transport mechanism 61 receives and transports the flat coconut palm mats; the needling mechanism 62 needled the flat mats of coir on the needling transport mechanism 61.
The needling transport mechanism 61 and the needling mechanism 62 are separately provided on the needling frame 63, and the needling mechanism 62 is provided on the transport path of the needling transport mechanism 61.
The needling transport mechanism 61 includes two needling nip rolls 611 and a needling transport tunnel 612, the two needling nip rolls 611 being disposed opposite each other and between the second open discharge conveyor 541 and the needling transport tunnel 612. Two needling nip rolls 611 are rotatably mounted on the needling frame 63, respectively, wherein one needling nip roll 611 is driven to rotate by a needling nip drive motor 613. Two needle nip rolls 611 receive the coir web fed by the second open discharge conveyor 541 and deliver the coir web through needle feed channel 612.
The needling mechanism 62 includes a needling drive motor 621 and a needling assembly 622, the needling drive motor 621 driving the needling assembly 622, the needling assembly 622 acting upon the coir web upon the needling transport mechanism 61. In particular, the needling mechanism 62 is moved between the second opening device 5 and the rubber spray drying device 7 only when the product requires a needling process.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, the rubber spray drying apparatus 7 includes a spray drying conveying mechanism 71, a rubber spray mechanism 72, a rubber drying mechanism 73 and a spray drying discharging mechanism 74, the spray drying conveying mechanism 71 and the spray drying discharging mechanism 74 are used for conveying the coconut palm net/coconut palm flat mat, the rubber spray mechanism 72 is used for spraying rubber to the coconut palm net/coconut palm flat mat, and the rubber drying mechanism 73 is used for drying the rubber on the coconut palm net/coconut flat mat.
In this embodiment, the number of the spraying and drying conveying mechanisms 71 and the number of the rubber drying mechanisms 73 are three, and the number of the rubber spraying mechanisms 72 is two. The three groups of spraying and drying conveying mechanisms 71 and the rubber drying mechanism 73 are arranged on the spraying and drying rack 75 in a mode of being above, middle and lower in three layers, the spraying and drying discharging mechanism 74 is connected with the spraying and drying conveying mechanism 71 above, and the two groups of rubber spraying mechanisms 72 are respectively arranged on the spraying and drying rack 75 and correspond to the spraying and drying conveying mechanisms 71 in the middle and lower parts one by one.
The spray drying conveying mechanism 71 includes a spray drying conveying belt 711 and a spray drying conveying motor that drives the spray drying conveying belt 711 to operate.
The rubber spraying mechanism 72 comprises a rubber storage tank 721 and a rubber atomizing nozzle 722, the rubber atomizing nozzle 722 is arranged on the spraying drying rack 75, the rubber atomizing nozzle 722 is arranged above the starting end of the spraying drying conveying belt 711, and the rubber atomizing nozzle 722 atomizes and sprays the rubber of the rubber storage tank 721 on the coconut palm net/palm flat pad on the spraying drying conveying belt 711. In addition, a rubber recovery groove 712 is provided below the start end of the spray drying conveyor 711 to recover the leaked rubber.
The rubber drying mechanism 73 comprises a drying air outlet assembly 731, the drying air outlet assembly 731 is positioned above the corresponding spraying and drying conveying belt 711, the drying air outlet assembly 731 is provided with an air outlet end, and the air outlet end of the drying air outlet assembly 731 faces the corresponding spraying and drying conveying belt 711 so as to directly blow hot air to the coconut palm net/coconut palm flat pad on the spraying and drying conveying belt 711.
The spray drying discharging mechanism 74 comprises a spray drying discharging conveyor belt 741, and the spray drying discharging conveyor belt 741 is connected with the tail end of the spray drying conveyor belt 711 positioned at the uppermost part so as to convey the coconut palm fiber net to the cutting device 8.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 8, the cutting device 8 includes a cutting conveyor 81, a cutting carrier 82, and a cutting mechanism 83, the cutting conveyor 81 is configured to receive and convey the coconut palm fiber mat, the cutting carrier 82 is configured to carry the coconut palm fiber mat, and the cutting mechanism 83 is configured to cut the coconut palm fiber mat. The cutting conveyor 81 receives the coconut palm fibre flat mat conveyed by the spray drying discharge conveyor 741 and conveys the coconut palm fibre flat mat to the cutting carrier 82, and the cutting mechanism 83 cuts the coconut palm fibre flat mat.
The cutting conveying mechanism 81, the cutting bearing mechanism 82 and the cutting mechanism 83 are arranged on the cutting frame 84, and the cutting mechanism 83 is arranged between the cutting conveying mechanism 81 and the cutting bearing mechanism 82.
The cutting conveying mechanism 81 comprises a cutting conveying baffle 811 and two cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft rollers 812, one end of the cutting conveying baffle 811 is connected with the tail end of the spraying drying discharging conveying belt 741, the other end of the cutting conveying baffle 811 is connected with the two cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft rollers 812, the two cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft rollers 812 are respectively rotatably arranged on the cutting frame 84, and the two cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft rollers 812 are oppositely arranged up and down.
One of the cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft rollers 812 is connected to the fixed-thickness adjusting piece 813, and the fixed-thickness adjusting piece 813 drives the cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft roller 812 to move so as to adjust the distance between the two cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft rollers 812, and the thickness of the coconut palm flat cushion during cutting is set. The other cutting and conveying fixed-thickness shaft roller 812 is driven to rotate by a cutting and conveying motor so as to drive the coconut palm fiber flat cushion to convey. And the cutting conveying fixed-thickness shaft roller 812 is provided with a counting piece 814, and a certain length of coconut palm fiber flat cushion is conveyed to the cutting bearing mechanism 82 through the cooperation of the counting piece 814 and the counting piece 815.
Preferably, a width fixing mechanism 85 is arranged between the cutting conveying mechanism 81 and the cutting bearing mechanism 82, and is used for fixing the width during cutting of the coconut palm fiber flat mat. The fixed-width mechanism 85 comprises a fixed-width driving cylinder 851, a fixed-width cutter 852 and a fixed-width shaft 853, wherein the fixed-width driving cylinder 851 is installed on a fixed-width frame, the fixed-width cutter 852 is connected to an output shaft of the fixed-width driving cylinder 851, the fixed-width shaft 853 is installed on the cutter frame 84, and the fixed-width cutter 852 is arranged opposite to the fixed-width shaft 853.
A method for manufacturing the ultra-thin flat coconut palm mats comprises three steps of manufacturing a first coconut palm net, manufacturing a second coconut net and manufacturing the flat coconut mats by utilizing the production line of the ultra-thin flat coconut mats.
S1, manufacturing a first coconut palm net: the needling device 6 is not needed when the coconut palm fiber net is manufactured, so that the needling device 6 is removed firstly, and the connecting conveyer belt is moved between the second opening device 5 and the rubber spraying and drying device 7, so that the second opening and discharging conveyer belt 541 of the second opening device 5 is connected with the spraying and drying and discharging conveyer belt 741 positioned at the lowest part of the rubber spraying and drying device 7; firstly, a bale opening device 1 breaks up coconut coir bundles into coconut coir fibers and conveys the coconut coir fibers to a fixed material device 2; then the material fixing device 2 receives the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the opening device 1 and quantitatively conveys the coconut palm fibers to the first opening device 3; the first opening device 3 receives the coconut fibers conveyed by the material fixing device 2 and opens the coconut fibers; the net laying device 4 receives the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the first opening device 3, lays the coconut palm fibers into first coconut palm nets, and then conveys the first coconut palm nets to the second opening device 5; and then the second opening device 5 receives the coconut palm nets conveyed by the net laying device 4 and spreads and loosens the first coconut palm net, then the opened first coconut net is conveyed to the rubber spraying and drying device 7, the rubber spraying and drying device 7 sprays and dries the first coconut net, and finally the first coconut net is rolled.
S2, manufacturing a second coconut palm net: firstly, a bale opening device 1 breaks up coconut coir bundles into coconut coir fibers and conveys the coconut coir fibers to a fixed material device 2; then the material fixing device 2 receives the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the opening device 1 and quantitatively conveys the coconut palm fibers to the first opening device 3; the first opening device 3 receives the coconut fibers conveyed by the material fixing device 2 and opens the coconut fibers; the net laying device 4 receives the coconut palm fibers conveyed by the first opening device 3, lays the coconut palm fibers into a second coconut palm net, and then conveys the second coconut palm net to the second opening device 5; and the second opening device 5 receives the second coconut palm net conveyed by the lapping device 4, and opens the second coconut net, and outputs the opened second coconut net.
S3, manufacturing a needled coconut palm flat cushion: the connecting conveyor belt is removed, and the needling device 6 is moved between the second opening device 5 and the rubber spraying and drying device 7, so that the feeding end of the needling conveying passage 612 of the needling device 6 is connected with the second opening and discharging conveyor belt 541 of the second opening device 5, and the discharging end of the needling conveying passage 612 of the needling device 6 is connected with the lowest spraying and drying discharging conveyor belt 741 of the rubber spraying and drying device 7; firstly, spreading the rolled first coconut palm net on an opened second coconut net, and conveying the first coconut net and the second coconut net together to a needling device 6 by a second opening device 5; then the needling device 6 receives and conveys the first coconut palm net and the second coconut net conveyed by the second opening device 5, needling is carried out on the first coconut net and the second coconut net in the conveying process so as to connect the first coconut net and the second coconut net to obtain a semi-finished product of the coconut palm flat mat, and then the semi-finished product of the coconut flat mat is conveyed to the rubber spraying and drying device 7; then the rubber spraying and drying device 7 receives and conveys the semi-finished product of the coconut palm flat mat, sprays rubber and dries the rubber to the semi-finished product of the coconut flat mat in the conveying process, and outputs the finished product of the coconut flat mat; finally, the cutting device 8 receives the finished coconut palm fiber flat mat product output by the rubber spraying and drying device 7, and performs thickness, width and length cutting on the finished coconut fiber flat mat product.
In summary, according to the production line of the ultrathin coconut palm flat pad, the second opening device is additionally arranged on the lapping conveying path to open and break up the coconut palm net, so that the coconut palm net becomes particularly fluffy, glue can uniformly enter the middle layer of the coconut palm net in the glue spraying process, the dosage of coconut palm fibers can be reduced, the prepared coconut palm net is uniform compared with the existing coconut palm net, the produced coconut palm flat pad is thinner, the phenomenon of breakage does not occur, the product quality is improved, more requirements are met, and the coconut palm flat pad can be used as a snow anti-skid pad, a weed removing pad, a flower basket pad, a pet pad and the like. The manufacturing method of the coconut palm fiber flat pad comprises the steps of manufacturing the first coconut palm fiber net and the second coconut fiber net respectively, and then needling and spraying glue on the first coconut fiber net and the second coconut fiber net together to manufacture the coconut fiber flat pad, so that the coconut fibers in the coconut fiber flat pad can be more tightly connected, and layering phenomenon of the coconut fiber flat pad can be avoided.
