Claims (10)

1. A gripper for gripping a pallet (10), said pallet (10) having a plurality of workpieces (20) disposed thereon, said gripper comprising:
a mounting (30);
the adsorption mechanism (40) comprises a plurality of adsorption pieces (41), the adsorption pieces (41) are arranged on the mounting piece (30) at intervals, and the adsorption pieces (41) are used for adsorbing the supporting plate (10);
a clamping mechanism (50), a first clamping assembly (51) and a second clamping assembly (52), wherein at least part of the second clamping assembly (52) and at least part of the first clamping assembly (51) are arranged on two opposite sides of the mounting piece (30), the second clamping assembly (52) and the first clamping assembly (51) are connected with the mounting piece (30) and are arranged opposite to the mounting piece (30) in a swinging mode so as to clamp or release the supporting plate (10);
the clamping end of the first clamping component (51) is provided with a first supporting plate component (57), the clamping end of the second clamping component (52) is provided with a second supporting plate component (58), and the first supporting plate component (57) and the second supporting plate component (58) are used for supporting the supporting plate (10).
2. The clamp according to claim 1, wherein the suction member (41) has a connection end and a suction end which are oppositely arranged, the connection end is used for connecting with the mounting member (30), and the suction end is used for sucking the pallet (10); the adsorption mechanism (40) further includes:
a supporting plate (42), supporting plate (42) set up adsorb the end with between the link, supporting plate (42) and a plurality of all connect adsorbing piece (41).
3. The clamp of claim 2, wherein the suction mechanism (40) further comprises:
and the buffer piece (43) is arranged on the supporting plate (42), and the buffer piece (43) is positioned on one side, close to the adsorption end, of the supporting plate (42).

The clamp according to claim 2, characterized in that the suction member (41) comprises a suction cup (411) and a gas guide rod (412), the suction cup (411) forming the suction end; the air guide rod (412) is connected and communicated with the sucker (411), one end, far away from the sucker (411), of the air guide rod (412) forms the connecting end, and the air guide rod (412) is used for supplying air; the support plate (42) is connected with the air guide rod (412).

The clamp according to claim 4, wherein the suction mechanism (40) comprises a plurality of suction assemblies (44), the plurality of suction assemblies (44) being arranged at intervals along a first preset direction; the adsorption component (44) comprises a plurality of adsorption pieces (41), and the adsorption pieces (41) are arranged at intervals along a second preset direction; the first preset direction and the second preset direction form a preset included angle; the adsorption mechanism (40) further includes:
the air guide blocks (45) are arranged on the mounting piece (30), each air guide block (45) is provided with an air inlet channel (451), and the air inlet channels (451) are communicated with a vacuum air supply piece; the air guide blocks (45) and the adsorption components (44) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the air guide rods (412) of the adsorption parts (41) of the adsorption components (44) are connected with the air guide blocks (45) and communicated with the air inlet channel (451).
6. The clamp of claim 2, wherein the suction mechanism (40) further comprises a support rod (46), one end of the support rod (46) being connected to the mounting member (30) and the other end of the support rod (46) being connected to the support plate (42).
7. The clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the suction mechanism (40) is plural, and the plural suction mechanisms (40) are provided at intervals in a first preset direction on the mount (30).
8. A gripper according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said first gripping assembly (51) comprises a first jaw (511) and a second jaw (512); the gripping mechanism (50) further comprises:
the first rotating rod (53) is connected with the mounting piece (30) and is rotatably arranged relative to the mounting piece (30), and the first clamping jaw (511) and the second clamping jaw (512) are both connected with the first rotating rod (53);
a first driving piece (54), wherein the output end of the first driving piece (54) moves in a reciprocating manner, and the output end of the first driving piece (54) is hinged with the first clamping jaw (511).
9. The clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said second gripping assembly (52) comprises a third jaw (521) and a fourth jaw (522); the gripping mechanism (50) further comprises:
a second rotating rod (55) connected with the mounting part (30) and rotatably arranged relative to the mounting part (30), wherein the third clamping jaw (521) and the fourth clamping jaw (522) are both connected with the second rotating rod (55);
the output end of the second driving piece (56) moves in a reciprocating mode, and the output end of the second driving piece (56) is hinged to the third clamping jaw (521).
10. The clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the mounting member (30) comprises a first mounting plate (31), a second mounting plate (32) and a mounting side plate (33), the suction mechanism (40) and the gripping mechanism (50) being connected to the first mounting plate (31); the second mounting plate (32) is arranged on one side, away from the adsorption mechanism (40), of the first mounting plate (31), and the second mounting plate (32) is used for being connected with a transfer device; the mounting side plate (33) is connected with the first mounting plate (31) and the second mounting plate (32) to form a containing space (34), and part of the structure of the clamping mechanism (50) is arranged in the containing space (34).
