A cleaning device for medical instruments mainly comprises an outer frame (1), a top shell (2), a water level gauge (3), a bottom shell (4), an end shell (5), a water spraying head (7), a motor (10), a tool rack and a reversing module, and is characterized in that a first rotating plate is rotatably mounted in the middle of the front side of the outer frame (1), the water level gauge (3) is fixedly mounted in the middle of the front side of the first rotating plate, the water level gauge (3) is communicated with the inner part of the outer frame (1), an ultrasonic generator (44) is fixedly mounted at the right lower part of the front side of the first rotating plate, the top shell (2) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the outer frame (1) in a penetrating manner, a first lead screw (28) is rotatably mounted at the inner side of the top shell (2), a lead screw nut (29) is sleeved at the outer side of the first lead screw (28), the water spraying head (7) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the lead screw nut (29), and is in sliding contact with the inner wall of the top shell (2), the water spraying head (7) is fixedly communicated with external water supply equipment through a hose, a double-tube light source (22) is fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the inner wall of the rear side of the outer frame (1), a bottom shell (4) with an upward opening is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the outer frame (1) in a penetrating mode, a second lead screw (12) is rotatably mounted in the middle of the inner wall of the bottom shell (4) in a penetrating mode, a lead screw sleeve (35) is rotatably mounted in the middle of the outer side of the second lead screw (12), a limiting ring (13) is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the lead screw sleeve (35), the outer side wall of the limiting ring (13) is in sliding contact with the inner wall of the bottom shell (4), a protective sleeve (15) is fixedly mounted between the left end and the right end of the lead screw sleeve (35) and the left inner wall and right end of the bottom shell (4), a corrugated pipe (16) is fixedly mounted between the left end and right end of the limiting ring (13) and the inner wall of the bottom shell (4), and the top end of the corrugated pipe (16) is fixedly mounted with a second one-way valve (34), the bottom end of the corrugated pipe (16) is fixedly provided with a first check valve (14) in a penetrating manner, the first check valve (14) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the bottom end of the bottom shell (4) in a penetrating manner, the middle part of the inner side of the outer frame (1) is rotatably provided with a second rotating plate (20) which is bilaterally symmetrical, the edge of the inner side of the second rotating plate (20) is rotatably provided with a planet shaft (40) which is symmetrically arranged, the end part of the planet shaft (40) is fixedly provided with a planet wheel (33), the middle part of the left side wall of the outer frame (1) is fixedly provided with a gear ring (18) matched with the planet wheel (33), one end of the planet shaft (40) close to the center of the outer frame (1) is fixedly provided with a tool holder, the middle part of the second rotating plate (20) is fixedly provided with a middle shaft (19), the left outer wall of the middle shaft (19) is fixedly provided with two wheels (9), the left outer wall of the outer frame (1) is fixedly provided with a reversing module matched with a first lead screw (28) and a second lead screw (12), the reversing module is connected with the double wheels (9) in a meshed mode through a belt (11), an end shell (5) is fixedly mounted on the left side of the outer frame (1), a motor (10) is fixedly mounted in the middle of the inner side of the end shell (5), and a motor shaft of the motor (10) is fixedly connected with the left end of a middle shaft (19).
