In the embodiment of the invention, two driving mechanisms 4 are arranged, the two driving mechanisms 4 are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side inside the first box body 2, each driving mechanism 4 comprises a rotatably installed telescopic rod 41 and a clamping head 43 fixedly installed at the telescopic end of the telescopic rod 41, the telescopic rods 41 are adjusted to be telescopic, the clamping heads 43 are driven to clamp and fix the medical instrument, and the telescopic rods 41 are controlled to rotate, so that the medical instrument is driven to rotate;
in order to keep the two telescopic rods 41 to synchronously rotate, the bottom plate 1 is further provided with a connecting mechanism 5 for driving the telescopic rods 41 to rotate, the connecting mechanism 5 comprises a second rotating shaft 51 rotatably mounted on the bottom plate 1, the telescopic rods 41 are rotatably mounted on the first box body 2 through the first rotating shaft 41, synchronous belt wheels are mounted on the first rotating shaft 41 and the second rotating shaft 51, and the two synchronous belt wheels on the same side are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt 53 so as to enable the two first rotating shafts 41 to synchronously rotate;
in addition, the second rotating shaft 51 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 1 through a bearing 52 with a seat, and a driving motor 54 for driving the second rotating shaft 51 to rotate is further mounted on the base plate 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the invention is different from embodiment 1 in that:
the disinfection mechanism 6 comprises a second box body 61, a feed opening 63 for cleaned medical instruments to enter is formed in the second box body 61, and at least one ultrasonic cleaner 62 is mounted on the inner wall of the second box body 61, so that it can be understood that disinfectant is stored in the second box body 61 and is fully contacted with the medical instruments through the ultrasonic cleaner 62, and the disinfection efficiency is improved;
furthermore, at least one disinfection roller 64 is rotatably mounted inside the second box body 61, so that medical instruments inside the second box body 61 are driven to move, and the disinfection efficiency is further improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiments 1-2 in that:
in order to make the cleaning roller 37 better fit with medical instruments, the rack 31 is provided with a sliding groove 311, a bearing seat is slidably mounted inside the sliding groove 311, the bearing seat is connected with the sliding groove 311 through a spring 312, and a rotating shaft of the cleaning roller 37 is rotatably connected with the bearing seat.
