Test one
The environmentally friendly long-acting aqueous temperature change nail polish prepared in examples 1-6 of the present invention and commercially available products were evaluated for performance. The drying time is detected according to the technical requirements of type II in QB/T2287-. Odor and irritation were tested by applying nail polish to the nails and skin of volunteers. The temperature change effect is that the product is evenly coated on the nail plate and then put into warm water to observe the color change effect. The leveling method was according to the brush coating method. The results are shown in Table 1.
From the test results, it was found that: all performance indexes of the product accord with QB/T2287-2011 nail polish industry standard regulations, and the product has better leveling property and temperature change effect than the products sold in the market.
Test two
The performance evaluation of the environmentally friendly long-lasting aqueous temperature sensitive nail polish prepared in examples 1-6 of the present invention was compared to the discoloration and flocculation of commercially available samples as shown in Table 2 below

As is apparent from the above table, examples 1-6 of the present invention are superior to the commercial samples in both discoloration and flocculation.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that are not thought of through the inventive work should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-variable nail polish is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
aqueous film-forming resin: 65-85 parts by weight
Film-forming auxiliary agent: 3 to 10 parts by weight of
Defoaming agent: 0.5 to 2 parts by weight
Wetting and dispersing agent: 0.5 to 2 parts by weight
Thickening suspending agent: 2 to 5 parts by weight of
Preservative: 0.5 to 2 parts by weight
Cosmetic grade temperature change powder: 5 to 10 parts by weight of
Deionized water: 2 to 15 parts by weight of
Colorant: 0 to 5 parts by weight
The water-based film-forming resin is one or a mixture of more than two of styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyacrylic emulsion, polyurethane dispersoid, water-based wax emulsion and stearic acid emulsion.
2. The environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish according to claim 1, wherein: the film-forming assistant is one or a mixture of more than two of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether and tripropylene glycol n-butyl ether.
5. The environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish according to claim 1, wherein: the thickening suspending agent is one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, selea chloride hectorite and silica.
6. The environmentally friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish according to claim 1, wherein: the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
7. The environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish according to claim 1, wherein: the temperature change powder is cosmetic grade temperature change powder.
8. The environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish according to claim 1, wherein: the deionized water is the main solvent.
9. The environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish according to claim 1, wherein: the colorant is one or a mixture of more than two of inorganic pigment, organic pigment, pearl mica and colorful PET bright flake.
10. The preparation method of the environment-friendly long-acting aqueous temperature-sensitive nail polish as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the components of the aqueous film-forming resin, the film-forming additive and the deionized water, controlling the speed at 1000-2000 revolutions per minute, and adding auxiliary materials of a defoaming agent, a wetting dispersant, a thickening suspending agent and a preservative while stirring;
2) after the auxiliary materials are added, the speed of the high-speed dispersion machine is increased to 1500-2200 revolutions per minute, and the stirring time of the raw materials after the addition is not less than 10 minutes;
3) after the material body is stirred, the mixture is homogenized and defoamed to prepare a water-based ground nail polish base material;
4) the prepared temperature change nail polish base material is defoamed and kept stand for 24 hours, and temperature change powder and a coloring agent can be added for color mixing, so that the environment-friendly long-acting water-based temperature change nail polish is finally prepared.
