Stirring at 3000 r/min for 10 min to obtain the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish.
Test one
The aqueous nail varnishes prepared in examples 1 to 3 according to the invention and the commercial products were evaluated for their properties. The drying time is detected according to the technical requirements of type II in QB/T2287-. The light transmittance is observed after the high-light-transmittance safe water-based nail polish is dried to form a film. Nail staining, odor and irritation were tested according to the application of nail polish to the nails and skin of volunteers, and the results are shown in Table 1.

From the test results, it was found that: the water-based nail polish is prepared by using the safe water-based polyurethane polymer dye and matching with other additives, all performance indexes conform to the specification of QB/T2287 plus 2011, the water-based polyurethane polymer dye has the characteristics of being completely dissolved in a water-based nail polish system, having large molecular size and being difficult to permeate through the skin cell walls of human bodies, the prepared water-based nail polish has the characteristics which are not possessed by the water-based nail polish on the market, does not dye nails, is not enriched in the human bodies, can completely ignore the damage of pigments to the human bodies, has high safety coefficient and high light transmittance, can have a glittering and translucent feeling after film forming, and cannot embody the advantages of the product on the market.

Claims (7)
2. The high light transmission safety aqueous nail polish of claim 1, wherein: the film-forming resin is one or the mixture of more than two of styrene-acrylic emulsion, acrylate emulsion, polyurethane emulsion and polyvinyl alcohol.

The high light transmission safety aqueous nail polish of claim 1, wherein: the film-forming assistant is one or the mixture of more than two of dipropylene glycol methyl ether (DPM), diethylene glycol butyl ether (BDG), ethylene glycol butyl ether (BCS), dipropylene glycol butyl ether (DPnB) and decaglycol ester.
4. The high light transmission safety aqueous nail polish of claim 1, wherein: the thickening suspending agent is one or the mixture of more than two of selectrium chloride hectorite, silica and carbomer.
5. The high light transmission safety aqueous nail polish of claim 1, wherein: the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
6. The high light transmission safety aqueous nail polish of claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary agent is one or the mixture of more than two of a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a water-based anti-settling agent and a water-based defoaming agent.
7. The preparation method of the high-light-transmission safety water-based nail polish as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) adding the film-forming resin, the film-forming additive and deionized water into a reaction kettle, and starting stirring at the stirring speed of 1500 revolutions per minute;
2) adding the auxiliary agent, the preservative and the thickening suspending agent in turn while stirring. When the addition is finished, the stirring speed is increased to 2000 rpm, and the mixing and stirring are continued for 15 minutes;
3) after the material bodies are uniformly stirred, defoaming the material bodies by using a homogenizer;
4) after defoaming, filtering the material body, and discharging to obtain the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish base material;
5) adding the pigment into the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish base material prepared from the step 4), and carrying out high-speed dispersion stirring for 20 minutes at a stirring speed of 3000 revolutions per minute. Grinding the uniformly mixed and stirred material body by a basket type sand mill for 3 times to obtain the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish color paste;
6) according to actual requirements, adding the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish base material prepared from the step 4), the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish color paste prepared from the step 5) and essence, mixing colors, adding fragrance, mixing and stirring. Stirring at 3000 r/min for 10 min to obtain the high-light-transmission safe water-based nail polish.
