Description

Functional additive for aloe skin feed, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fish feed, and particularly relates to a functional additive for an aloe skin feed, a preparation method and application.
Background
The mould is widely distributed and various in nature, and most of the mould can cause the mildew and deterioration of the feed. The mildew inhibitor is an additive added into feed for inhibiting the growth of mildew and prolonging the storage period of the feed. The anti-mildew agent used in feed production is generally an organic acid such as propionic acid, sodium propionate, calcium propionate, acetic acid, sorbic acid, sodium sorbate, sodium benzoate, fumaric acid, and the like. These substances are generally chemical compounds, corrosive and irritating, poorly palatable to fish, even containing harmful substances, and risking residues in the aquatic products.
At present, the water content of common compound granulated feed is generally regulated to 11-12% in China, however, the dry-pressing granulated feed system commonly used by large-scale feed enterprises at present seriously loses the water in the raw materials in the processing process, and the water content of the granulated feed leaving the factory is about 8%. The feed particles have low water content, which is an economic loss for feed enterprises. The existing enterprises use a certain proportion of mixed organic acid to keep the moisture of feed particles, but the organic acid component is a chemical compound, so the price is high, the palatability to fish is poor, the residual risk exists, and the safety of the feed particles is always questioned.
Aloe (Aloe vera (Haw.) Berg, Aloe vera) is known as allium sativum, and as early as 1918, the U.S. food and drug administration has confirmed that Aloe is edible; aloe gel products have been widely used in the manufacture of beverages, jellies, yogurts, cans, and other food products. The aloe peel is a byproduct in the preparation of aloe gel products, and modern scientific researches prove that the aloe peel is rich in barbaloin, aloe polysaccharide and aloe crude fiber, and has the effects of sterilizing, enhancing animal physique, promoting wound healing, improving immunity and regeneration, detoxifying and resisting aging. The aloe resource is rich in China, and a large amount of aloe peels are generated every year. Therefore, the application research of the aloe peel in the aquatic feed is developed, the new application of the aloe peel is developed, the traditional aloe peel utilization structure is improved, the comprehensive utilization potential of the aloe peel is exerted, waste is turned into wealth, and the economic and social benefits of the aloe peel are improved, so that the aloe peel feed has very important significance. However, few reports about the aloe peel extract as the mildew-proof and water-retaining additive of fish feed exist at present.

After carp fries are purchased from local places, the carps are temporarily cultured in a culture room for one week. Carp fries 420 with equivalent weight (difference not more than 1%) were selected and randomly divided into 7 treatment groups, each group having 3 fish tanks, and 20 fish in each tank. The shape, size and color of each fish tank are the same, and the size is 30 multiplied by 40 cm; tap water is used as a water source, the volume of water in the tank is 30L, and one 800L/h flow aerator is arranged in the tank. The temperature of the culture room is controlled to be 22 +/-1 ℃, and the oxygen is continuously supplied by the oxygen increasing machine. The 7 treatment groups are respectively fed with feed containing 0.0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8% of aloe peel compound extract, and fed for 4 times per day. The hypoxia tolerance of carp was measured 7 days later.
The measuring method is an airless sealing method, 10 carps with the same weight of each treated group are respectively selected from each fish tank, 31.7ml of aerated tap water in the same tank is prepared for each g of carps, and the airless sealing method is carried out in a plastic bottle. The duration of time from normal to loss of balance (rollover) and oxygen consumption rate of 8 fish among them were measured and calculated. The results are shown in table 6 and fig. 3, the data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation of 3 replicates; the difference in the upper-case letters in the same column data indicates significant difference (P < 0.05). Oxygen consumption rate (end dissolved oxygen in water-initial dissolved oxygen in water) x water volume/fish body weight/duration. The expression regression analysis shows that the duration of the hypoxia tolerance of the carp is remarkably prolonged by feeding the aloe skin composite extract feed, and the optimal addition amount of the aloe skin composite extract feed is 1.22%.
