技术领域
本公开涉及一种电缆绑扎装置,该电缆绑扎装置能够在共享形成在面板上的固定孔的情况下,分别在该面板的相对侧绑扎电缆。
背景技术
车辆等中安装了用于信号传输、接地和电力供应的通常称为线束的多条电缆。电缆在被电缆绑扎装置绑扎的状态下固定到车身的面板等。
在车身的面板上,用于固定电缆绑扎装置的固定孔形成在沿布线方向间隔开的每个位置。电缆绑扎装置在绑扎电缆的状态下固定到车身的固定孔。
典型的电缆绑扎装置包括绑扎电缆的圆周的带状绑扎部件和连接到该绑扎部件的紧固部件。紧固部件在插入到车身的固定孔中之后卡住以紧固。紧固部件包括锁定部,该锁定部可弹性变形,以穿过固定孔突出到面板的相反侧并且被卡在面板的相反侧。
当使用如上电缆绑扎装置安装电缆时,每个电缆绑扎装置都需要一个固定孔,因此需要在车身的面板上沿布线路径设置多个固定孔。此外,当在彼此相邻的位置并排安装不同的电缆时,需要为每条电缆单独地安装电缆绑扎装置,因此需要在车身的面板上设置单独的固定孔。
然而,在以上的电缆安装方法中,由于需要彼此间隔开地形成固定孔,因此可能无法优化布线路径。由于需要在车身上加工多个孔,因此车身的制造成本可能会增加。形成在车身的面板上的多个固定孔还可能会降低车身的刚性。
发明内容
本公开的一方面在于提供一种电缆绑扎装置,该电缆绑扎装置能够在共享形成在面板上的固定孔的情况下,分别在该面板的相对侧绑扎电缆。
本公开的其它方面部分地在下面的描述中阐述,并且部分地应通过该描述而被理解,或者可以通过实践本公开而获知。
根据本公开的一方面,一种电缆绑扎装置包括第一绑扎构件,该第一绑扎构件包括绑扎第一电缆的圆周的第一绑扎部件和连接到第一绑扎部件的第一紧固部件。第一紧固部件紧固到形成在面板上的固定孔。第一紧固部件还突出到面板的相反侧。电缆绑扎装置还包括第二绑扎构件,该第二绑扎构件包括在面板的相反侧绑扎第二电缆的第二绑扎部件和连接到该第二绑扎部件的第二紧固部件。第二紧固部件紧固到突出到面板的相反侧的第一紧固部件。
第一紧固部件可以包括一个或多个第一锁定部,一个或多个第一锁定部发生弹性变形以在穿过固定孔之后被卡在面板的相反侧上。第一紧固部件还可以包括一个或多个第二锁定部,第二紧固部件被卡在一个或多个第二锁定部上并紧固到一个或多个第二锁定部。

下文中参照附图详细描述了本公开的实施例。通过示例的方式提供了以下描述的实施例,使得本领域普通技术人员能够完全理解本公开的思想。本公开不限于以下描述的实施例,而是可以以其它形式实现。为了清楚地说明本公开,已从附图中省略了与描述不相关的部件,并且为了方便起见,可能夸大了部件的宽度、长度、厚度等。
参照图1和图2,根据本公开的实施例的电缆绑扎装置包括第一绑扎构件100和第二绑扎构件200。
第一绑扎构件100可以在绑扎第一电缆10的圆周的状态下紧固到形成在车身的面板30等上的固定孔31。第二绑扎构件200可以在绑扎第二电缆20的状态下在面板30的相反侧紧固到第一绑扎构件100。
第一绑扎构件100包括:第一绑扎部件110,绑扎第一电缆10的圆周;以及第一紧固部件120,在连接到第一绑扎部件110的状态下紧固到形成在面板30上的固定孔31。
第一绑扎部件110可以利用树脂材料与第一紧固部件120一体地形成,并且可以形成为束紧并绑扎第一电缆10的圆周的带状。尽管作为示例,第一绑扎部件110可以形成为带状,但是第一绑扎部件110不限于此,可以是绑扎第一电缆10的圆周的环状夹具。
如图2和图4所示,第一紧固部件120包括第一锁定部121,第一锁定部121弹性变形,以穿过面板30的固定孔31突出到面板30的相反侧并且被卡在面板30的相反侧。第一锁定部121分别设置在第一紧固部件120的相对侧上。在紧固第一紧固部件120时,第一锁定部121穿过固定孔31后向两侧展开以被卡在面板30的相反侧上,从而将第一紧固部件120紧固到面板30的固定孔31。
第一紧固部件120包括从其侧面突出的一个或多个第二锁定部123,使得联接在面板30的相反侧上的第二绑扎构件200可以被卡在第一绑扎构件100上并紧固到第一绑扎构件100。第二锁定部123可以分别设置在第一紧固部件120的相对侧上,该相对侧分别是未设有第一锁定部121的侧面。
如图2至图4所示,第二绑扎构件200包括第二绑扎部件210,第二绑扎部件210绑扎安装在面板30的相反侧的第二电缆20的圆周。第二绑扎构件200还包括连接到第二绑扎部件210的第二紧固部件220。第二紧固部件220紧固到突出到面板30的相反侧的第一紧固部件120。
与第一绑扎部件110一样,第二绑扎部件210可以与第二紧固部件220一体地形成,并且可以形成为绑扎第二电缆20的圆周的带状。第二绑扎部件210也可以是绑扎第二电缆20的圆周的环状夹具。
如图1、图2和图4所示,第二紧固部件220包括容纳第一绑扎构件100的第一紧固部件120的紧固壳体221。第二紧固部件220还包括一个或多个第三锁定部223,第三锁定部223设置在紧固壳体221的内部并发生弹性变形以被卡在第一紧固部件120的外表面的第二锁定部123上。
如图4所示,第三锁定部223可以分别从邻近紧固壳体221的开口的相对内表面朝紧固壳体221的内部中心倾斜地延伸。因此,当紧固壳体221以容纳形成为突起形状的第一紧固部件120的形式联接到第一紧固部件120时,两侧第三锁定部223都可以发生弹性变形以被卡在第一紧固部件120的第二锁定部123上并紧固到第一紧固部件120的第二锁定部123。
由于本实施例的电缆绑扎装置具有这样的结构,即,在面板30的相反侧绑扎另一电缆的第二绑扎构件200紧固到第一绑扎构件100的突起形状的第一紧固部件120,因此不同的电缆10和20可以在共享面板30的固定孔31的情况下分别绑扎到面板30的相对侧。因此,当使用本实施例的电缆绑扎装置时,可以减少用于安装电缆的固定孔31的数量。还可以减少用于安装电缆的空间占用。
参照图5,第二绑扎构件200的紧固壳体221包括一个或多个开口225,以允许工具50从外部进入并释放第三锁定部223的锁定。
当将要分离第二绑扎构件200时,诸如螺丝刀的工具50通过开口225进入到紧固壳体221内部以释放第三锁定部223的锁定,从而可以容易地分离第二绑扎构件200。第三锁定部223可以包括工具卡止突起223a,工具50被卡在工具卡止突起223a上,以使得能够使用工具50释放锁定。
如图3所示,本实施例的电缆绑扎装置不仅可以在彼此不同的第一电缆10和第二电缆20安装在面板30的相对侧时使用,而且可以像传统的电缆绑扎装置那样,用于仅使用第一绑扎构件100来绑扎第一电缆10的目的。
如从以上显而易见的,根据本公开的实施例的电缆绑扎装置具有以下结构:在面板的相反侧绑扎另一电缆的第二绑扎构件紧固到第一绑扎构件的突起形状的第一紧固部件。不同的电缆可以在共享面板的固定孔的情况下分别绑扎到面板的相对侧。
当使用根据本公开的实施例的电缆绑扎装置时,可以减少用于安装电缆的固定孔的数量。还可以减少用于安装电缆的空间占用。
Claims (7)
1.一种电缆绑扎装置,包括:
第一绑扎构件,包括:
第一绑扎部件,绑扎第一电缆的圆周;以及
第一紧固部件,连接到所述第一绑扎部件,所述第一紧固部件紧固到形成在面板上的固定孔并突出到所述面板的相反侧;以及
第二绑扎构件,包括:
第二绑扎部件,在所述面板的相反侧绑扎第二电缆;以及
第二紧固部件,连接到所述第二绑扎部件,所述第二紧固部件紧固到突出到所述面板的相反侧的所述第一紧固部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆绑扎装置,其中,
所述第一紧固部件包括:
一个或多个第一锁定部,发生弹性变形以在穿过所述固定孔之后被卡在所述面板的相反侧上;以及
一个或多个第二锁定部,所述第二紧固部件被卡在一个或多个所述第二锁定部上并紧固到一个或多个所述第二锁定部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电缆绑扎装置,其中,
所述第二紧固部件包括:
紧固壳体,容纳突出到所述面板的相反侧的所述第一紧固部件;以及
一个或多个第三锁定部,设置在所述紧固壳体内部并发生弹性变形以被卡在所述第二锁定部上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电缆绑扎装置,其中,
所述紧固壳体包括一个或多个开口,以允许工具从所述紧固壳体的外部进入所述紧固壳体的内部以释放所述第三锁定部的锁定。
5.一种电缆绑扎装置,与在面板的一侧绑扎电缆的另一电缆绑扎装置联接,所述另一电缆绑扎装置具有紧固到所述面板的固定孔的突起形状的紧固部件,所述电缆绑扎装置包括:
紧固壳体,在所述面板的另一侧紧固到所述突起形状的紧固部件;以及
绑扎部件,在连接到所述紧固壳体的状态下绑扎另一电缆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电缆绑扎装置,其中,
所述紧固壳体在容纳所述突起形状的紧固部件的状态下紧固到所述突起形状的紧固部件。
