Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a package order picking processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to the situation that the parcel list is invalidated. The method may be performed by a pick-up package order processing device, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware, for example, which may be configured in a computer device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, picking out the goods shortage information is obtained, according to the relocation of the goods shortage, whether goods shortage exists in the candidate goods picking area or not is judged, and according to the relocation result, whether a package bill needing to be voided exists or not is judged.
In this embodiment, picking backorder information may be entered by a user through a picking client. For example, when a user picks the goods according to the picking information displayed by the picking client, the number of the goods at the picking position may not satisfy the picking number, when the number of the goods at the picking position does not satisfy the picking number, the user may input picking out short-of-stock information on an operation interface of the picking client, the picking client acquires the picking out short-of-stock information input by the user and sends the picking out short-of-stock information to the picking package order processing device, and the picking package order processing device acquires the picking out short-of-stock information sent by the picking client, determines the short-of-stock number and the goods identification, and relocates the short-of-stock goods, that is, determines whether the short-of-stock goods exists in the candidate picking area. It will be appreciated that the candidate picking areas may be other areas within the picking warehouse than the current picking area.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the relocating the out-of-stock item according to the picking out-of-stock information to determine whether the out-of-stock item exists in a candidate picking area includes: and determining the quantity of the out-of-stock according to the picking out-of-stock information, and judging whether the quantity of the candidate items of the items corresponding to the item identifiers of the out-of-stock items in the candidate picking area meets the quantity of the out-of-stock. Generally, when picking, the goods have a relatively fixed picking position (i.e. the current picking area), when the quantity of the goods in the current picking area does not satisfy the picking quantity, it can be determined whether the candidate picking area has the out-of-stock goods with the out-of-stock quantity, optionally, the quantity of the goods identification (i.e. the candidate quantity) of the out-of-stock goods in the candidate picking area can be compared with the out-of-stock quantity to determine whether the out-of-stock goods exist in the candidate picking area.
On the basis of the above scheme, the determining whether the parcel bill needing to be invalidated exists according to the relocation result includes: if the quantity of the candidate items in the candidate sorting area meets the quantity of the out-of-stock, judging that no package bill needing to be voided exists; and if the candidate item quantity of the candidate picking area does not meet the stock shortage quantity, judging that a parcel bill needing to be voided exists.
In this embodiment, the quantity of the items corresponding to the item identifiers of the out-of-stock items in the candidate sorting area is used as the quantity of the candidate items, if the quantity of the candidate items meets the quantity of the out-of-stock items, the out-of-stock items are successfully repositioned in the candidate sorting area, it is determined that no parcel order which needs to be voided exists, if the quantity of the candidate items does not meet the quantity of the out-of-stock items, the repositioning of the out-of-stock items in the candidate sorting area fails, and it is determined that a parcel order which needs to be voided exists. For example, it is assumed that the picking task corresponding to the picking shortage information is a picking task a, the item identifier is an item a, the shortage quantity is H, the quantity of the stored items is J, if J is not less than H, it is determined that the quantity of the item a in the candidate picking area satisfies the shortage quantity of the shortage items, there is no parcel list that needs to be voided, and if J is less than H, it is determined that the quantity of the item a in the candidate picking area does not satisfy the shortage quantity of the shortage items, and there is a parcel list that needs to be voided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining the quantity of out-of-stock according to the picking out information and determining whether the quantity of candidate items of the items corresponding to the item identifiers in the candidate picking area satisfies the quantity of out-of-stock includes: determining a delivery position identifier, an article identifier and a backorder quantity corresponding to the picking backorder information; and determining the stock shortage quantity corresponding to the delivery position identification for each delivery position identification, and judging whether the stock item quantity of the item corresponding to the item identification in the candidate picking area meets the stock shortage quantity. Alternatively, the relocation of the out-of-stock items may be performed in units of the pick-up item concentration area. The goods picking article concentration area can be an area for placing picked articles after the goods picking personnel picks the goods so as to carry out the next processing on the picked articles, such as the delivery position of the articles. It should be noted that, after the out-of-stock item corresponding to one picking item concentration area is relocated, the number of items in the task area needs to be updated according to the positioning result, so as to ensure the accuracy of the positioning result of the next relocation. Illustratively, when the delivery positions are taken as units and the goods out of stock are relocated, the relocation result is used for judging whether a parcel bill needing to be voided exists or not according to each delivery position. By using the delivery position as a unit to reposition the out-of-stock item, partial orders can be delivered in the out-of-stock process, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the picking warehouse includes a current task area, the current task area includes a current picking area and a current storage area, the determining the stock shortage quantity according to the picking stock shortage information, and determining whether the candidate item quantity of the item corresponding to the item identifier in the candidate picking area satisfies the stock shortage quantity includes: judging whether the quantity of the stock items in the current storage area meets the backorder quantity; if the inventory item quantity meets the backorder quantity, determining that the candidate item quantity of the item corresponding to the item identification in the candidate picking area meets the backorder quantity; and if the inventory item quantity does not meet the backorder quantity, determining that the candidate item quantity of the item corresponding to the item identification in the candidate picking area does not meet the backorder quantity.
Optionally, the picking system includes a plurality of task areas, each task area includes a picking area for placing items to be picked by the user and a storage area for placing items, and when the number of items in the picking area is insufficient, the items placed in the storage area are placed in the picking area for the user to pick. Generally, when a picking task is obtained and an item is positioned, a picking parcel form processing device only judges whether an item corresponding to the picking task exists in a picking area, and when a user picks the item, the user usually picks the item in the picking area. In this embodiment, the candidate pick area is embodied as the current storage area of the current task area. When the picking package order processing device receives picking out goods shortage information sent by a picking client, the picking task, the item identifier and the goods shortage number corresponding to the picking out goods shortage information are determined, the goods shortage items are relocated in the current storage area of the task area (namely the current task area) of the picking task, and whether the stock item number corresponding to the item identifier in the current storage area of the current task area meets the goods shortage number of the goods shortage items is judged. And when the quantity of the inventory items in the current task area meets the quantity of the out-of-stock, judging that the quantity of the candidate items of the items corresponding to the item identifiers in the candidate picking area meets the quantity of the out-of-stock, and when the quantity of the inventory items does not meet the quantity of the out-of-stock, judging that the quantity of the candidate items of the items corresponding to the item identifiers in the candidate picking area does not meet the quantity of the out-of-stock.
And S120, if the parcel bill needing to be discarded exists, acquiring a bill identification corresponding to the parcel bill, and performing bill discarding treatment on the bill identification.
When the package bills needing to be discarded exist, the quantity of the bills needing to be discarded is determined, and the package bills with the quantity of the bills are subjected to bill discarding treatment. Alternatively, the order quantity may be determined based on the quantity of stock out and the quantity of candidate items within the candidate pick area. In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and if the candidate item quantity of the candidate picking area does not meet the stock shortage quantity, determining the order voiding quantity according to the candidate item quantity and the stock shortage quantity, and determining the order identifier needing voiding according to the order voiding quantity.
In the present embodiment, the difference between the out-of-stock quantity and the candidate item quantity is taken as the denomination waste quantity. If the quantity of the stock items is J, the quantity of the out-of-stock items is H, and J is smaller than H, the difference (H-J) between H and J is used as the bill making waste quantity, and the bill making waste treatment is performed according to the bill making waste quantity.
In order to enable the picking personnel to timely know the facial sheet waste information, after the facial sheet identification is used up, the facial sheet waste prompt information can be generated according to the waste facial sheet identification so as to prompt the picking personnel that part of the picking parcel facial sheets are used up.
In another embodiment of the invention, the bill as waste information can be generated directly according to the quantity of the bill as waste, and the bill as waste information is output to instruct the order picking personnel to carry out bill as waste treatment according to the bill as waste information.
According to the method and the device, selection shortage information is obtained, the shortage articles are relocated according to the selection shortage information, whether the shortage articles exist in a candidate selection area or not is judged, and whether a package bill needing to be voided exists or not is judged according to a relocation result; if there is the parcel bill of face that needs to make a waste, then acquire the bill of face sign that the parcel bill of face corresponds, and will the bill of face sign carries out the bill of face and makes a waste treatment, through relocating the out-of-stock article earlier, confirms whether there is the bill of face that needs to make a waste according to the result of relocating, has avoided the parcel bill of face that does not need to make a waste, has reduced the repeated printing quantity of parcel bill of face, has saved manpower and materials.
On the basis of the scheme, after the relocation of the out-of-stock articles is carried out, the method further comprises the following steps: and updating the actual goods picking quantity, the goods picking positioning information and the goods picking positioning detail according to the relocation result, wherein the goods picking positioning information comprises the quantity of successfully positioned goods corresponding to each delivery area, and the goods picking positioning detail comprises the quantity of successfully positioned goods corresponding to each order mark.
Optionally, the actual picking number updated according to the relocation result may be: the difference between the picking number and the single number of the rejection surface is used as the actual picking number. Updating the picking location information according to the relocation result may be: and generating a relocation result containing the item identification and the relocation quantity, and updating the item location quantity corresponding to the delivery area in the picking location information according to the relocation result. Updating the pick order list according to the relocation result may be: and updating the article positioning quantity corresponding to the order mark in the picking positioning information according to the repositioning result and the order mark. Optionally, after the goods shortage items are relocated, the actual goods picking quantity, the goods picking positioning information and the goods picking positioning details are updated according to the relocation result, and the accuracy of the information is guaranteed. In addition, when the goods shortage item is successfully relocated in the storage area of the current task area, the goods shortage item positioning information which is successfully relocated is sent to the goods picking client side, so that the user can pick the goods shortage item according to the goods shortage item positioning information output by the goods picking client side. When the goods shortage object is unsuccessfully positioned in the storage area of the current task area, if partial goods shortage objects exist in the current task area, the positioning information of the partial goods shortage objects is sent to the goods picking client, so that a user can pick the goods of the partial goods shortage objects according to the positioning information of the goods shortage objects output by the goods picking client.
Example two

As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210, picking out the information of the out-of-stock, relocating the out-of-stock articles according to the picking information of the out-of-stock articles to judge whether the out-of-stock articles exist in the current storage area of the current task area, and judging whether a parcel bill needing to be voided exists according to the relocation result.
S220, if the quantity of the stock articles in the current storage area of the current task area does not meet the quantity of the out-of-stock articles, determining the bill making waste quantity according to the quantity of the candidate articles and the quantity of the out-of-stock articles, determining a bill identification needing to be made waste according to the bill making waste quantity, and carrying out bill making waste treatment on the bill identification.
And S230, judging whether the other task areas have the articles corresponding to the article identification of the order waste amount.
In this embodiment, if the quantity of the stock items in the current task area does not satisfy the quantity of the out-of-stock items, the order-taking quantity is determined according to the quantity of the stock items and the quantity of the out-of-stock items, and whether an item corresponding to the item identifier of the order-taking quantity exists in the other task areas or not is judged. The item corresponding to the item identifier for judging whether the order is used as a waste quantity in the other task areas can be: and judging whether the picking areas of other task areas have the items corresponding to the item identifications with the single-face waste quantity.
And S240, if the articles corresponding to the article identification of the order form waste quantity exist in the other task areas, generating a picking task corresponding to the order form waste quantity, and sending the picking task corresponding to the order form waste quantity to the picking client corresponding to the other task areas.
When the items corresponding to the item identification of the order-made waste quantity exist in the picking areas of the other task areas, the picking task corresponding to the order-made waste quantity is generated, and the generated picking task is sent to the picking client corresponding to the other task, so that the users in the other task areas pick the items according to the received picking task. For example, if there are items corresponding to the item identifiers with the single-use-as-no-use quantity in the picking area of the other task area C, a picking task for indicating the items corresponding to the item identifiers with the single-use-as-no-use quantity in the picking area is generated, and the generated picking task is sent to the picking client corresponding to the other task area C.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when the quantity of the inventory items in the current storage area does not meet the quantity of the out-of-stock items, whether the operation of the items corresponding to the item identification of the quantity of the single-sided waste exists in other task areas is judged, the picking task corresponding to the quantity of the single-sided waste is generated when the items corresponding to the item identification of the quantity of the single-sided waste exist in other task areas, and the picking task corresponding to the quantity of the single-sided waste is sent to the picking client corresponding to the other task areas, so that the out-of-stock items in the current task area can be picked in the other task areas, and the items required to be picked by the picking task can be all picked.

EXAMPLE seven
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a picking system according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment is applicable to the situation that the parcel receipt is invalidated to the delivery and pick task, which corresponds to. As shown in fig. 6, the method includes: a pick-up client 610 and a warehouse management system 620, wherein:
the warehouse management system 620 is configured to obtain a picking task, determine picking information corresponding to the picking task, and send the picking information to a picking client, where the picking information includes an item identifier, a picking quantity, and at least one facial sheet identifier corresponding to the item identifier;
the picking client 610 is used for displaying the received picking information so that a user can pick the goods according to the picking information output by the picking client;
the picking client 610 is further configured to receive picking shortage information input by a user, and send the picking shortage information to the warehouse management system;
the warehouse management system 620 is further configured to obtain sorting out-of-stock information, relocate the out-of-stock item according to the sorting out-of-stock information to determine whether the out-of-stock item exists in the candidate sorting area, determine whether a parcel receipt needing to be voided exists according to a relocation result, obtain a receipt identifier corresponding to the parcel receipt if the parcel receipt needing to be voided exists, and perform receipt invalidation processing on the receipt identifier.
In this embodiment, the picking information includes an item identifier, a picking quantity and at least one order identifier corresponding to the item identifier. For example, the warehouse management system generates a picking task according to the order information, and determines picking information corresponding to the picking task, such as item identifiers, picking quantity, and order identifiers required for picking, and generally, the number of the order identifiers is the same as the picking quantity. After the picking information corresponding to the picking task is generated, the warehouse management system sends the picking information to the picking client so that the picking client outputs the received picking information, and a user picks the goods according to the picking information output by the picking client. Optionally, the number of the picking clients can be multiple.
Optionally, the picking information may further include positioning information corresponding to the article identifier, the picking task area is determined according to the positioning information corresponding to the article identifier, and the picking task is sent to the picking client corresponding to the picking task area. After obtaining the picking information output by the picking client, the user prints the parcel bill corresponding to the bill identification, determines the picking position according to the positioning information contained in the picking information, obtains the article corresponding to the article identification at the determined picking position, and pastes the printed parcel bill to the surface of the obtained article.
In this embodiment, each picking task may correspond to one order or a plurality of orders. After detecting the orders to be picked, a corresponding picking task may be generated for each order to be picked. Illustratively, if the item identifiers corresponding to the order a to be picked are item a and item B, and the item identifiers corresponding to the order B to be picked are item B and item C, then the order picking task 1, the order picking task 2, the order picking task 3 and the order picking task 4 are respectively generated. The picking task 1 is used for indicating to obtain an article A corresponding to the order A to be picked, the picking task 2 is used for indicating to obtain an article B corresponding to the order A to be picked, the picking task 3 is used for indicating to obtain an article B corresponding to the order B to be picked, and the picking task 4 is used for indicating to obtain an article C corresponding to the order B to be picked.
Optionally, the picking task may also be generated according to the item identifier corresponding to the order to be picked, and optionally, the same picking task may be generated by corresponding to the order to be picked having the same item identifier. Illustratively, if the item identifiers corresponding to the order a to be picked are item a and item B, and the item identifiers corresponding to the order B to be picked are item B and item C, the order picking task 1, the order picking task 2 and the order picking task 3 are respectively generated. The picking task 1 is used for indicating to obtain an article a corresponding to the order a to be picked, the picking task 2 is used for indicating to obtain an article B corresponding to the order a to be picked and an article B corresponding to the order B to be picked, and the picking task 3 is used for indicating to obtain an article C corresponding to the order B to be picked. Compared with the mode that each order to be picked generates the corresponding picking task, the mode that the picking task is generated according to the item identification corresponding to the order to be picked can reduce the picking times of the user and save the picking time.
In this embodiment, after the user picks the item according to the picking information, the picked item is placed in the total dialing area, and a staff member in the total dialing area determines a destination corresponding to the item by scanning a parcel receipt adhered to the item, transports the item to a delivery position corresponding to the destination, and delivers the item at the delivery position. That is, different orders may have different delivery locations, i.e., the picking task may have different delivery locations, since different orders may have different destinations. Optionally, after the warehouse management system locates the items corresponding to the picking task, the picking location information and the picking location details are generated according to the location result, wherein the picking location information includes the number of successfully located items corresponding to each delivery position, and the picking location details include the number of successfully located items corresponding to each order identifier.
Optionally, the warehouse management system obtains the picking task, and determines the picking information corresponding to the picking task, where the picking information may be: the method comprises the steps of obtaining item identifications and at least one order identification contained in a picking task, determining delivery position identifications corresponding to the order identifications according to destinations corresponding to the order identifications aiming at the order identifications, taking the sum of the quantity of items corresponding to the order identifications as the picking quantity corresponding to the picking task, and generating order identifications of the picking quantity. Each order mark corresponds to a package order, and the package order contains information such as delivery position marks, order marks, article marks and article quantity corresponding to the order.
In this embodiment, after the warehouse management system obtains the picking task, the order identifiers included in the picking task are obtained, when only one order identifier is included in the picking task, the delivery position identifier corresponding to the order identifier is determined, the quantity of the items of the order corresponding to the order identifier is used as the picking quantity of the picking task, and a parcel receipt including the delivery position identifier, the item identifier and the order identifier and a receipt identifier corresponding to the parcel receipt are generated for the items corresponding to each item identifier in the order corresponding to the order identifier. For example, if the picking task corresponds to the order a and the number of the items of the item a in the order a is M, M parcel lists and a list identifier corresponding to each parcel list are generated, where the M parcel lists respectively correspond to the M items in the order a. When the order picking task comprises a plurality of order identifications, the sum of the quantity of the items of the order corresponding to each order identification is used as the order picking quantity of the order picking task, and a parcel receipt comprising a delivery position identification, an item identification and an order identification and a receipt identification corresponding to the parcel receipt are generated for the items corresponding to each item identification in the order corresponding to each order identification. Illustratively, if the picking task corresponds to an order a and an order B, the number of items of the item a in the order a is M, and the number of items of the item a in the order B is N, then M + N parcel lists and a list identifier corresponding to each parcel list are generated, where the M + N parcel lists respectively correspond to the M items in the order a and the N items in the order B.
In this embodiment, the warehouse management system obtains the sorting shortage information, relocates the shortage items according to the sorting shortage information to determine whether the shortage items exist in the candidate sorting area, and determines whether the parcel list that needs to be voided exists according to the relocation result, if the parcel list that needs to be voided exists, the list identifier corresponding to the parcel list is obtained, and the operation of voiding the list identifier can refer to the above-mentioned embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The picking system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a picking client and a warehouse management system, picking out goods shortage information sent by the picking client is obtained through the warehouse management system, goods shortage is relocated according to the picking goods shortage information to judge whether goods shortage exists in a candidate picking area or not, whether a parcel list needing to be voided exists or not is judged according to a relocation result, if the parcel list needing to be voided exists, a list mark corresponding to the parcel list is obtained, the list mark is voided, the list mark is subjected to list voiding treatment, the parcel list needing no voiding is avoided being voided, and the repeated printing quantity of the parcel list is reduced.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed.
