本发明涉及工业制造领域,具体涉及一种调心滚子轴承及其制造方法。
背景技术
调心滚子轴承具有双列滚子,外圈有1条共用球面滚道,内圈有2条滚道并相对轴承轴线倾斜成一个角度。这种巧妙的构造使它具有自动调心性能,因而不易受轴与轴承箱座角度对误差或轴弯曲的影响,适用于安装误差或轴挠曲而引起角度误差之场合。该轴承除能承受径向负荷外,还能承受双向作用的轴向负荷。调心滚子轴承在工业生产中应用广泛,因此本发明提出一种调心滚子轴承及其制造方法。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了调心滚子轴承及其制造方法。
调心滚子轴承,包括套圈、滚动体以及保持架,所述套圈包括内圈和外圈,所述滚动体和套圈材料为高碳铬轴承钢,所述保持架材料包括黑色金属、非金属、有色金属。
进一步地,所述有色金属包括青铜、铝合金、黄铜。
调心滚子轴承的制造方法,所述套圈的制造步骤如下:
步骤1:将高碳鉻轴承钢进行锻造加工、车削加工成想要的尺寸;
步骤2:将车削加工后的套圈在800℃~840℃进行淬火处理,之后再进行清洗,清洗之后在190℃下进行回火,产生已淬火半成品;
步骤3:将套圈放进磨床将其表面磨成精确的圆,加上水溶性溶液避免套圈过热;
步骤4:用带有油性冷却液的磨石机把套圈外径加工成精确圆度和尺寸;
步骤5:将加工好的套圈放进石头磨具中用油浸泡,然后用煤油清洗。
进一步地,所述滚动体为滚珠,所述滚珠的原材料为钢丝。
进一步地,所述滚珠的制造步骤如下:
步骤1:切割机器将钢丝切成一段一段;
步骤2:用冲磨床将一段段钢丝冲成毛坯珠;
步骤3:用研磨机割去毛坯珠两侧凸起,并将它们磨圆;
步骤4:将磨圆的滚珠经过火炉硬化后再用清洁剂清洁并进行质检。

步骤1:将质检后的滚珠放入组装机器的槽内,送球机将滚珠通过软管送到推料机,推料机将正确数量的滚珠推入内外圈间的滚道中,分球仪把滚珠均匀排列在滚道内;
步骤2:金属架将滚珠固定在滚道,第一台安装机器先安装半个保持架,这些保持架上有槽孔,接着另一台机器小心安装另一半保持架,这一半上有槽口;
步骤3:轴承测试机器让轴承旋转进行测试,然后把两个保持架完全连接起来,轴承至此完成安装;
步骤4:对安装好的轴承用自动控制测试仪进行质量检测,淘汰不符合重量要求的轴承;
步骤5:合格品送到激光机,激光机在轴承上刻上产品信息,包括编号和型号信息。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明操作容易,且对轴承质量有检测,最后在其表面刻上型号,方便使用。

步骤2:将车削加工后的套圈在800℃~840℃进行淬火处理,之后再进行清洗,清洗之后在190℃下进行回火,产生已淬火半成品;
