Abstract

In an optional manner, the data access request includes an IP address and a device ID of the display terminal; the above apparatus 200 further comprises:
a recording module 270, configured to record the IP address and the device ID of the display terminal, and associate the store ID; and when the data in the display database associated with the store ID is changed, sending the changed data to the display terminal according to the IP address and the equipment ID of the display terminal.
In an alternative mode, the house source exhibition information includes: displaying the additional information; the above apparatus 200 further comprises:
a determining module 280, configured to determine a priority of the house source according to the sale heat of the cell where the house source is located, the sale heat of the house type, the sale time on shelf, and/or user feedback information; and determining the display additional information of the house source according to the priority.

In an alternative mode, the information display attribute of the store comprises a display distance range; the acquiring of the display information of the house source associated with the store ID includes:
acquiring an on-sale house source within the display distance range according to the position information of the store, and generating display information for the on-sale house source;
and associating the display information of the house selling source with the store ID.
In an optional manner, after receiving the exhibition information of the house source associated with the store ID, the method further includes:
receiving a request to remove the exhibition information of the house source, including the store ID;
and deleting the display information of the house source from the display database associated with the store ID.
In an optional manner, the data access request includes an IP address and a device ID of the display terminal; after receiving the data access request sent by the display terminal, the method further includes:
recording the IP address and the equipment ID of the display terminal, and associating the store ID;

The information display equipment can execute the information display method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects. Claims (10)
1. An information display method is applied to a real estate management platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving information display attributes of stores and storing the information display attributes into a display database associated with the store IDs;
acquiring display information of the house source associated with the store ID, and storing the display information into the display database;
receiving a data access request sent by a display terminal, wherein the data access request comprises the store ID;
and sending the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source in the display database to the display terminal according to the store ID so that the display terminal can display according to the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the store information presentation attributes comprise: a screen display mode and a display duration; the display information of the house source comprises: the display content of the house source and the display attribute of the house source.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the store information presentation attribute comprises a presentation distance range; the acquiring of the display information of the house source associated with the store ID includes:
acquiring an on-sale house source within the display distance range according to the position information of the store, and generating display information for the on-sale house source;
and associating the display information of the house selling source with the store ID.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the presence information of the house source associated with the store ID, further comprising:
receiving a request to remove the exhibition information of the house source, including the store ID;
and deleting the display information of the house source from the display database associated with the store ID.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the data access request includes an IP address and a device ID of the exhibition terminal; after receiving the data access request sent by the display terminal, the method further includes:
recording the IP address and the equipment ID of the display terminal, and associating the store ID;
and when the data in the display database associated with the store ID is changed, sending the changed data to the display terminal according to the IP address and the equipment ID of the display terminal.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the house source presentation information comprises: displaying the additional information; before sending the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source in the display database to the display terminal according to the store ID, the method comprises the following steps:
determining the priority of the house source according to the district selling heat, the house type selling heat, the sale time on shelves and/or the user feedback information of the house source;
and determining the display additional information of the house source according to the priority.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein presenting additional information of the origin comprises: displaying the time length extension value; the step of displaying the display terminal according to the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source comprises the following steps:
and the display terminal increases the display duration extension value according to the screen display mode in the display period to display the display content of the house source.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein presenting additional information of the origin comprises: displaying the frequency; the step of displaying the display terminal according to the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source comprises the following steps:
and the display terminal displays the display content of the house source according to the screen display mode and the display frequency in the display period.
9. An information display device, applied to a property management platform, the device comprising:
the storage module is used for receiving the information display attribute of the store and storing the information display attribute into a display database associated with the store ID;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the display information of the house source associated with the store ID and storing the display information into the display database;
the receiving module is used for receiving a data access request sent by a display terminal, wherein the data access request comprises the store ID;
and the sending module is used for sending the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source in the display database to the display terminal according to the store ID so that the display terminal can display according to the information display attribute of the store and the display information of the house source.
10. An information presentation apparatus, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
