如果逐步指定并且逐步监测和记录安装,则是有利的。例如,软件例如借助于图片或附图来定义耦合器如何打算被推送到管道上,并且这借助于由软件所保存的照片来检验。优选地,焊缝的位置也通过对应坐标来捕获,由此始终有可能准确地跟踪焊缝的位置,即使它位于地下也是如此,正如铺设管线的大多数情况中通常的情况。
算法优选地包括基于待焊接组件来采用初始值。这意味着,例如,如果使用某个直径和材料的电熔合耦合器,则预定义数值由软件用作初始值。另外,值对于所检测的缺陷来计算,并且通过超声测试来存储。然后,从所采用的初始值中减去基于缺陷所计算的值,以得到被测试的焊缝的差值。将这个差值与参考值进行比较,该参考值同样对相关焊缝预先定义。参考值是基于先前破坏性长期测试的经验值,所述测试确定什么最小值必须存在以符合要求。如果差值相等或者高于参考值,则焊缝是可容许的;如果差值低于参考值,则焊缝是不容许的。
如果缺陷基于其尺寸来计算,则是有利的。这意味着,优选地,缺陷的宽度、长度和/或深度被检测并且适当地计算,以及作为对应值而结合在算法中并且从所采用初始值中扣除(deduct)。
已经证明软件采取app的形式是有利的。由此对用户施加并且指定用户必须满足的约束。例如,然后指定,强制文档、报告等打算被输入到app中,否则不批准焊接的接合处,或者通过软件的评定不是可能的。即使例如在测试之后,焊缝中没有缺陷是可检测的,并且焊缝实际被评定为良好,但是用于准许(clearance)的某些文档缺失,则情况也是这样。但是,对于app的这种设定也能够被改变并且是较少约束的。
数据优选地被收集并且例如在云或远程服务器中中央存储,并且通过软件来访问。数据经由WEB平台来访问也是有可能的。因此,数据能够不仅经由WEB平台而且还经由app或其他软件来访问。
优选地通过接收新数据来细化算法,或者系统是自学习的。

具体实施方式
图1中所呈现的附图示出按照本发明的方法需要评定焊接的接合处是否可容许的全部数据和证明文件。图1示出针对该方法软件和数据处理装置捕获的几个优选文档1。显然有可能在软件中准确定义哪些文档对评定是强制性的,而哪些文档是可选的。这些文档然后被捕获和存储。存储能够在数据处理装置中并且还在外部服务器上或在云中进行。管道和/或管件的安装过程2然后例如通过图像来监测,并且记录焊缝的位置或坐标。这也再次借助于软件来输入和管理。另外,来自超声焊接的数据被捕获3,其中焊接装置将数据传送给按照本发明的方法的软件或者传送给数据处理装置,以及使用软件来产生焊接报告3,或者焊接报告3已经通过焊接机器产生并且被传送给软件。然后超声测试焊缝4,其中测试提供与焊缝中的缺陷有关的信息。在软件中保存的算法5(流程图是纯粹象征性表示)以及所捕获的数据和文档用来产生报告5,该报告5优选地基于焊接的接合处质量来指示焊缝是可容许还是不容许的。

Claims (7)
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法能够适用于熔合对接焊缝和电熔合耦合器焊缝。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,逐步指定并且逐步监测和记录所述安装。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述算法包括下列步骤:
基于待焊接的组件来采用初始值;
基于所检测的缺陷和所存储的缺陷来计算值;
从所述初始值中减去用于所述缺陷的所计算的值;
检查所得到的差值是高于还是低于所定义的阈值,基于此,所述焊缝被认为是可容许或者不容许的。
5.如权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述缺陷基于其尺寸来计算。
6.如权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为了计算所述缺陷的目的而检测和评估所述缺陷的宽度、长度和/或深度。
7.如权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述软件通过app来形成。
