Abstract
The invention relates to a water-based alkaline metal cleaner with high cleanness and coating adhesion force improvement, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 3-8% of a dibasic acid antirust agent; 20-35% of organic amine; 0.1-0.5% of non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor; 5-10% of low-foam organic isomeric short-chain acid; 1-15% of low-foam high-molecular surfactant; 0.1-1.0% of silane coupling agent; 0.1-1.0% of defoaming agent; the balance of water. The water-based alkaline metal cleaning agent provided by the invention can greatly improve the cleanliness of the metal surface, simultaneously improves the adhesive force of coatings such as water-based paint, electrophoretic paint and the like on the metal surface, and reduces the phenomena of shrinkage cavity and powder pit of a powder coating.

Polyether defoaming agent | 0.1% |

The specific preparation process of the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, weighing specified amount of dodecanedioic acid, 25% pure water, monoisopropanolamine, triethanolamine, 2-butylaminoethanol and benzotriazole, controlling the temperature to be 50 +/-5 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent; secondly, weighing specified amounts of fatty alcohol vinyl ether polyoxypropylene ether block copolymer, neodecanoic acid and gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane on the basis of the first step, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent; and thirdly, weighing the polyether defoaming agent and the residual pure water in specified amounts on the basis of the second step, and stirring the materials until the materials are uniform to obtain a finished product.
Claims (10)
2. the water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the dibasic acid antirust agent is one or more selected from dibasic acids with the carbon atom number not less than 8.
3. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the dibasic acid antirust agent is selected from one or more of dodecanedioic acid, undecanedioic acid and sebacic acid.
4. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the organic amine is selected from one or more of 2-butylaminoethanol, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, monoisopropanolamine, diisopropanolamine and triisopropanolamine.
5. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor is selected from one or more of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, diglycolamine and benzotriazole.
6. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the low-foam organic isomeric short-chain acid is selected from one or more of isooctanoic acid, isononanoic acid and neodecanoic acid.
7. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the low-foam high-molecular surfactant is selected from one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-polyoxypropylene ether block copolymers.
8. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of N-beta- (aminoethyl) -gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, beta- (3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane and gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane.
9. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the defoaming agent is one or more selected from polyether defoaming agent, polyether modified siloxane defoaming agent and polysiloxane defoaming agent.
10. The water-based alkaline metal cleaner for high cleaning and improving the adhesion of a coating as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared by the following steps:
s1, mixing a dibasic acid antirust agent, organic amine, a non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor and part of water, controlling the temperature to 50 +/-5 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent;
s2, adding a low-foam organic isomeric short-chain acid, a low-foam high-molecular surfactant and a silane coupling agent, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent;
s3, adding a defoaming agent and the balance of water, and stirring uniformly to obtain a product;
wherein the using amount ratio of the water in the step S1 to the water in the step S3 is 1: 1-10.
