Abstract

一种新型防水保温隔热涂料及制备方法:它是由底涂(A涂料)和面涂(B涂料)两者配合使用而成,其中底涂(A涂料)是由纳米改性乳液、钛白粉、中空玻化微珠、陶瓷粉、改性处理后的稻壳粉、锯末粉、助剂等组成。面涂(B涂料)是由纳米改性乳液、钛白粉、铝粉、紫外线吸收液、紫外线反射液、助剂组成。底涂(A涂料)具有成本低、变废为宝的保温隔热效果,面涂(B涂料)具有良好的防水、防污、抗老化、反射隔热效果,两者配合使用,真正能起到节能防水的效果。

新型防水保温隔热涂料
技术领域:
本发明属于保温隔热涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型防水保温隔热涂料的生产制备方法。
技术背景
随着能源紧缺,节能减排在国民经济中的,位将越来越高,现有的外墙保温隔热涂料或多或少地存在着一些弊端,要么保温隔热性能不好,要么价格昂贵,更没有把廉价的废物加以利用,因此需要研制出一种即经济实用又能达到良好的保温隔热效果的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决现有技术的不足,又能把废弃的稻壳和锯末加以利用变废为宝,降低生产成本。本发明提供一种新型防水保温隔热涂料的生产制备方法。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种新型防水保温隔热涂料,它是由底涂(A涂料)和面涂(B涂料)配合使用。
其中底涂(A涂料)是由下述材料按重量百分比组成:
20-25%的纯净水,10-15%的金红石型钛白粉,5-10%的煅烧高岭土,5-10%的漂珠,15-20%的中空陶瓷微珠,10-15%的改性后的稻壳粉或锯末粉,15-25%的纳米改性乳液,5-10%的中空遮盖物乳液,0.3-0.5%的分散剂,0.2-0.3%的消泡剂,0.1-0.2%的防腐杀菌剂,1-2%的成膜助剂,0.5-1%的丙二醇,0.3-0.6%的增稠剂,0.1-0.2%的PH调节剂组成。
其中:1、漂珠选用60-100目的漂珠,中空陶瓷微珠选用300-500目的,遮盖物乳液选用中空核壳的聚合物乳液。
2、稻壳或锯末是提前经改性处理干燥后粉碎成40-60目的粉末。其处理方法是:把稻壳或锯末加到硫氧镁水泥和水玻璃溶液中搅拌均匀,进行防火防腐处理,干燥后,粉碎成40-60目的粉末添加。
其中A涂料的生产方法是:将上述材料按重量百分比,在水中依次加入杀菌剂、分散剂、钛白粉、高岭土、消泡剂、成膜助剂、丙二醇,边加边高速分散30-40分钟(800-1000转/分),再低速(300-400转/分),加入PH值调节剂、乳液、中空陶瓷微珠、漂珠、稻壳粉,搅拌均匀后,用增稠剂调到所需稠度即可。
面涂(B涂料)是由下述材料按重量百分比组成:
20-30%的纯净水,10-15%的金红石型钛白粉,5-10%的铝粉,40-50%的纳米改性硅丙乳液,10-15%的中空聚合物乳液,2-4%的紫外线吸收剂,3-6%的紫外线反射剂,2-4%的成膜剂,1-2%的丙二醇0.2-0.3%的分散剂、0.2-0.3%的消泡剂、0.1-0.2%防腐杀菌剂、0.1-0.2%的PH调节剂、0.3-0.5%增稠剂组成。
B涂料的生产方法是:按重量百分比在水中先加入防腐杀菌剂、分散剂、钛白粉、铝粉、消泡剂、PH值调节剂、成膜助剂、丙二醇,高速分散30-40分钟后,再低速搅拌,依次加入硅丙乳液、聚合物乳液、紫外线吸收剂、反射剂、消泡剂、增稠剂即可。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、底涂(A涂料)选用漂珠、中空陶瓷微珠和中空聚合物乳液复配,起到了良好的保温隔热效果。选用废弃物稻壳和锯末加以改性处理,添加到该产品中,起到了变废为宝,降低成本的作用。
2、面涂(B涂料)具有很好的防水,防污和反射隔热效果,两者配合使用达到了即可以防水防污,又有良好的保温隔热效果。
下面结合实例进行说明:
本发明一种新型防水保温隔热涂料,它是由底涂(A涂料)和面涂(B涂料)配合使用。
其中底涂(A涂料)是由下述材料按重量百分比组成:
22.6%的纯净水,10%的金红石型钛白粉,5%的煅烧高岭土,8%的漂珠,17%的中空陶瓷微珠,10%的改性后的稻壳粉或锯末粉,18%的纳米改性乳液,6%的中空遮盖物乳液,0.4%的分散剂,0.3%的消泡剂,0.2%的防腐杀菌剂,1.2%的成膜助剂,0.8%的丙二醇,0.4%的增稠剂,0.1%的PH调节剂组成。
其中:1.漂珠选用80-100目的漂珠,中空陶瓷微珠选用300-500目的。
2.稻壳粉选用经硫氧镁水泥和水玻璃提前经进行防火、防腐处理,干燥后,粉碎成40-60目的粉末。
其中A涂料的生产方法是:将上述材料按重量百分比,在水中依次加入杀菌剂、分散剂、钛白粉、高岭土、消泡剂、成膜助剂、丙二醇,边加边高速分散30-40分钟(800-1000转/分),再低速(300-400转/分),加入PH值调节剂、乳液、中空陶瓷微珠、漂珠、稻壳粉,搅拌均匀后,用增稠剂调到所需稠度即可。
面涂(B涂料)是由下述材料按重量百分比组成:
11.5%的纯净水,15%的金红石型钛白粉,6%的铝粉,45%的纳米改性硅丙乳液,10%的中空聚合物乳液,3%的紫外线吸收剂,4%的紫外线反射剂,3%的成膜剂,1.1%的丙二醇、0.3%的分散剂、0.3%的消泡剂、0.2%防腐杀菌剂、0.1%的PH调节剂、0.5%增稠剂组成。
B涂料的生产方法是:按重量百分比在水中先加入杀菌剂、分散剂、钛白粉、铝粉、消泡剂、调节剂、成膜助剂、丙二醇,高速分散30-40分钟后,再低速搅拌,加入硅丙乳液、聚合物乳液、紫外线吸收剂、反射剂、消泡剂、增稠剂即可。

1.一种新型防水保温隔热涂料其特征在于;它是由底涂(A涂料)与面涂(B涂料)两种配合组成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种新型防水保温隔热涂料其特征在于:底涂(A涂料)按重量百分比计是由20-25%的纯净水,10-15%的金红石型钛白粉,5-10%的煅烧高岭土,5-10%的漂珠,15-20%的中空陶瓷微珠,10-15%的改性后的稻壳粉或锯末粉,15-25%的纳米改性乳液,5-10%的中空遮盖物乳液,0.3-0.5%的分散剂,0.2-0.3%的消泡剂,0.1-0.2%的防腐杀菌剂,1-2%的成膜助剂,0.5-1%的丙二醇,0.3-0.6%的增稠剂,0.1-0.2%的PH调节剂组成。面涂(B涂料)是由下述材料按重量百分比组成:20-30%的纯净水,10-15%的金红石型钛白粉,5-10%的铝粉,40-50%的纳米改性硅丙乳液,10-15%的中空聚合物乳液,2-4%的紫外线吸收剂,3-6%的紫外线反射剂,2-4%的成膜剂,1-2%的丙二醇组成。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的新型防水保温隔热涂料其特征在于:其中稻谷壳和锯末粉是提前经过防火防腐处理的,其处理方法是:把稻壳或锯末加到硫氧镁水泥和水玻璃溶液中搅拌均匀,先进行防火防腐处理,再干燥后粉碎成40-60目的粉末添加。
