技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料常用于各种结构或功能材料表面实现相应的防护功能。现有的涂料的防护功能主要集中于密封保护、防氧化、防腐蚀、防锈等普通防护领域,对于特殊防护领域或高防护要求领域的涂料研究甚少。
本发明着重于油气开采与输送领域的防腐问题。在油气开采和输送过程中,油气中含有水、HCl、H2S、CO2等杂质气体,使得金属输送管线长时间暴露于潮湿、酸性、腐蚀性环境中。因而急需提高这些输送管线的耐腐蚀性,特别是耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性。现有的防腐涂料的耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性不足,给相应的工业企业带来了严重的安全问题和巨大的经济损失。因此,本发明针对性地解决防腐涂料的耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性不足的问题,旨在提供一种耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性优异的防腐涂料及其相应的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的一个主要目的在于克服现有的防腐涂料中所存在耐耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性的不足,提供一种耐HCl、H2S腐蚀涂料及其制备方法。为了实现涂料优异的耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性,本发明在涂料中使用了6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料,充分利用石墨烯的力学性能、阻隔性能、耐盐雾腐蚀性能,以及吡啶基团的耐HCl、H2S腐蚀性,得到了高结合强度、致密、耐HCl、H2S腐蚀的涂料。
一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,包括以下原料制备而成:
6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸、石墨烯纳米片、有机树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水。
其中,先将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和石墨烯纳米片进行酯化反应,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯,再将得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯对有机树脂进行功能化得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料,再与其余的组分进行混合搅拌,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料。
进一步地,所述6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的具体制备方法为:
(1)将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和石墨烯纳米片按照质量比为10:(1-3)的比例加入反应器中,以异辛酸锌为催化剂,在115-155℃下反应8-16h,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯加入甲苯溶剂中超声分散均匀,然后加入有机树脂,转入高能机械球磨反应容器中,在球磨转速为400-600rpm的条件下,加热至90-105℃反应3-6h,即可得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
其中,在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯的步骤(1)中,所述石墨烯纳米片为氧化石墨烯纳米片,催化剂异辛酸锌的用量为6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸的2-5wt.%。
其中,在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的步骤(2)中,6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯和有机树脂的质量比为1:(5-10)。
进一步地,所述一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀、耐高温涂料中,所述有机树脂为环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、醇酸树脂中的一种。

一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料的制备方法,首先,按照前述步骤(1)-(2)制备得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料,再将其与二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水混合均匀,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料。
其中,各个组分的质量份数如下:6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料40-60份、二乙二醇丁醚5-10份、有机硅氧烷树脂20-30份、分散剂1-5份、防腐填料10-15份、流平剂1-3份、消泡剂1-3份、水15-30份。

1、将耐H2S、HCl腐蚀性能优异的吡啶甲酸基团通过酯化反应的方式接枝到石墨烯纳米片表面,赋予石墨烯纳米片优异的耐H2S、HCl腐蚀性能。同时,还可以利用石墨烯纳米片的本身的力学性能、阻隔性能、耐盐雾腐蚀性能,提升6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯的高温防腐性能。
2、用6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯对有机树脂进行功能化,赋予有机树脂优异的力学性能、阻隔性能、耐H2S、HCl腐蚀性能、耐盐雾腐蚀性能,通过预先提升涂料主成分的力学性能、阻隔性能、耐H2S、HCl腐蚀性能、耐盐雾腐蚀性能,更有利于提升整个涂料层的相应性能。
3、将制备得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料应用到涂料中,配合二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂等组分,可以制得耐H2S、HCl腐蚀性能优异的防腐涂料。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步地阐述说明。应理解,这些实施例仅仅是用于说明本发明的部分内容,而不是全部内容。在不背离本发明的技术方案和构思的前提下,对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动都将落入本发明的权利要求范围内。
实施例1
一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,原料包括6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸、氧化石墨烯纳米片、有机树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水。
首先制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
(1)将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和石墨烯纳米片按照质量比为10:2的比例加入反应器中,以异辛酸锌为催化剂,在135℃下反应12h,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯加入甲苯溶剂中超声分散均匀,然后加入有机树脂,转入高能机械球磨反应容器中,在球磨转速为600rpm的条件下,加热至100℃反应4h,即可得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
然后,按照如下质量份数:6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料50份、二乙二醇丁醚10份、有机硅氧烷树脂30份、分散剂3份、防腐填料15份、流平剂2份、消泡剂2份、水20份,将各个组分混合均匀,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀、耐高温涂料。其中,在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯的步骤(1)中,催化剂异辛酸锌的用量为6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸的3wt.%;在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的步骤(2)中,6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯和有机树脂的质量比为1:8;所述有机树脂为环氧树脂;所述防腐填料为滑石粉;所述分散剂为聚乙二醇。
实施例2
一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,原料包括6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸、氧化石墨烯纳米片、有机树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水。
首先制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
(1)将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和氧化石墨烯纳米片按照质量比为10:3的比例加入反应器中,以异辛酸锌为催化剂,在120℃下反应13h,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯加入甲苯溶剂中超声分散均匀,然后加入有机树脂,转入高能机械球磨反应容器中,在球磨转速为400rpm的条件下,加热至105℃反应4h,即可得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
然后,按照如下质量份数:6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料60份、二乙二醇丁醚10份、有机硅氧烷树脂20份、分散剂5份、防腐填料10份、流平剂1份、消泡剂3份、水30份,将各个组分混合均匀,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀、耐高温涂料。其中,在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯的步骤(1)中,催化剂异辛酸锌的用量为6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸的5wt.%;在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的步骤(2)中,6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯和有机树脂的质量比为1:10;所述有机树脂为醇酸树脂;所述防腐填料为硫酸钡;所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
实施例3
一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,原料包括6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸、氧化石墨烯纳米片、有机树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水。
首先制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
(1)将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和氧化石墨烯纳米片按照质量比为10:1的比例加入反应器中,以异辛酸锌为催化剂,在145℃下反应10h,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯加入甲苯溶剂中超声分散均匀,然后加入有机树脂,转入高能机械球磨反应容器中,在球磨转速为500rpm的条件下,加热至90℃反应6h,即可得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
然后,按照如下质量份数:6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料40份、二乙二醇丁醚8份、有机硅氧烷树脂25份、分散剂3份、防腐填料14份、流平剂2份、消泡剂1份、水25份,将各个组分混合均匀,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀、耐高温涂料。
其中,在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯的步骤(1)中,催化剂异辛酸锌的用量为6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸的4wt.%;在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的步骤(2)中,6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯和有机树脂的质量比为1:6;所述有机树脂为聚氨酯树脂;所述防腐填料为白炭黑;所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠。
为了进行对比,设置了以下两个对照实例进行比较。
对照例1
一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,原料包括6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸8、氧化石墨烯纳米片2份、有机树脂40份、二乙二醇丁醚10份、有机硅氧烷树脂30份、分散剂3份、防腐填料15份、流平剂2份、消泡剂2份、水20份,将各个组分混合均匀。
对照例2
一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,原料包括有机树脂50份、二乙二醇丁醚10份、有机硅氧烷树脂30份、分散剂3份、防腐填料15份、流平剂2份、消泡剂2份、水20份,将各个组分混合均匀。
分别对实施例1-3和对照例1-2的涂料进行室温耐HCl腐蚀性、室温耐H2S腐蚀性。其中,测试环境中的HCl浓度和H2S浓度分别为50ppm,预先将5中涂料分别涂覆在不锈钢基体表面,涂料层固化后的厚度约为100um,具体测试结果如表1所示。

从表1中的测试结果可以发现,本发明的涂层具有优良的耐HCl-H2S腐蚀性能,在室温下,对HCl、H2S均具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
Claims (9)
1.一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,包括以下原料制备而成:
6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸、石墨烯纳米片、有机树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水。其中,先将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和石墨烯纳米片进行酯化反应,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯,再将得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯对有机树脂进行功能化得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料,再与其余的组分进行混合搅拌,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的具体制备方法为:
(1)将6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸和石墨烯纳米片按照质量比为10:(1-3)的比例加入反应器中,以异辛酸锌为催化剂,在115-155℃下反应8-16h,得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯加入甲苯溶剂中超声分散均匀,然后加入有机树脂,转入高能机械球磨反应容器中,在球磨转速为400-600rpm的条件下,加热至90-105℃反应3-6h,即可得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯的步骤(1)中,所述石墨烯纳米片为氧化石墨烯纳米片,催化剂异辛酸锌的用量为6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸的2-5wt.%。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:在制备6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料的步骤(2)中,6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯和有机树脂的质量比为1:(5-10)。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述有机树脂为环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、醇酸树脂中的一种。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述防腐填料选自硫酸钡、滑石粉、碳化硅、三聚磷酸铝、白炭黑中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂选自聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酰胺、己内酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或多种。
8.一种如权利要求2所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:首先,按照步骤(1)-(2)制备得到6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料,再将其与二乙二醇丁醚、有机硅氧烷树脂、分散剂、防腐填料、流平剂、消泡剂、水混合均匀,即可得到耐HCl-H2S腐蚀、耐高温涂料。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种耐HCl-H2S腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,各个组分的质量份数如下:6-氨基-2-吡啶甲酸石墨烯酯功能化的有机树脂材料40-60份、二乙二醇丁醚5-10份、有机硅氧烷树脂20-30份、分散剂1-5份、防腐填料10-15份、流平剂1-3份、消泡剂1-3份、水15-30份。
