Abstract
The invention discloses a fastener feeding device which comprises a fastener bracket arranged on an installation frame and a fastener conveying mechanism arranged on the fastener bracket, wherein a posture adjusting mechanism is arranged between the bottom of the fastener bracket and the installation frame and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the fastener bracket; the fastener conveying mechanism comprises two conveying guide rails, and the two conveying guide rails are arranged on two sides of the fastener bracket in parallel and are communicated with the next station; two ends of the fastening piece are respectively positioned in the two conveying guide rails. The fastener feeding device can automatically send the fastener to the next station, so that manpower and material resources are saved, and the efficiency is higher.

Technical Field
The invention relates to building equipment, in particular to a fastener feeding device.
Background
At present, in the building process of houses, subway tunnels, culverts, bridges and the like or when the building body is decorated after being formed, various accessory facilities such as components, pipelines, cables, equipment and the like need to be installed on the building surface (such as inner and outer walls, inner top and the like), and before the accessory facilities are installed, fasteners need to be installed at the positions to be installed for supporting or suspending the accessory facilities. At present, the installation of the fasteners is manual operation, firstly, a screw hole is drilled by manual impact drilling, then the fastener is in place, and then an expansion screw is fastened; then, the hanging component or the bracket is installed manually so as to facilitate the installation of other hanging objects; the whole construction process is completed manually, so that the construction cost is higher, the construction efficiency is not high, and the construction process is accompanied by certain dangerousness.

a fastener feeding device comprises a fastener bracket arranged on a mounting rack and a fastener conveying mechanism arranged on the fastener bracket, wherein,
a posture adjusting mechanism is arranged between the bottom of the fastener bracket and the mounting rack and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the fastener bracket;
the fastener conveying mechanism comprises two conveying guide rails, and the two conveying guide rails are arranged on two sides of the fastener bracket in parallel and are communicated with the next station; two ends of the fastening piece are respectively positioned in the two conveying guide rails.
Preferably, the posture adjusting mechanism comprises a fixed block, the fixed block is installed on the mounting frame, the fastener bracket is hinged to the fixed block, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the fixed block, and after the inclination angle of the fastener bracket is adjusted, a screw is inserted into the arc-shaped groove in the fixed block to lock the bottom of the fastener bracket to the fixed block.
Preferably, the two groups of fixed blocks are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the fastener bracket; and each group of fixing blocks is provided with two fixing blocks which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the fastener bracket.
Preferably, the clamping device is arranged on the fastener bracket and positioned at the tail end of the conveying guide rail, and comprises a clamping frame, a clamping block arranged on the clamping frame and a vertical driving mechanism used for driving the clamping block to move vertically.
Preferably, the vertical driving mechanism comprises a vertical cylinder, the vertical cylinder is mounted on the pressing frame, and a telescopic rod of the vertical cylinder is connected with the pressing block.
Preferably, the conveying guide rail comprises a roller guide mechanism and a limiting plate, wherein the roller guide mechanism is arranged on the fastener bracket and comprises a roller mounting plate and a plurality of conveying rollers arranged on the roller mounting plate, and the roller mounting plate is arranged on the fastener bracket and extends along the length direction of the fastener bracket; the plurality of conveying rollers are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the roller mounting plate; the limiting plate is positioned above the conveying roller, and a space between the lower surface of the limiting plate and the upper surface of the conveying roller forms a guide groove of the conveying guide rail.
Preferably, the fastener conveying mechanism further comprises a conveying driving mechanism for driving the conveying roller to rotate automatically.
Preferably, the conveying driving mechanism is a single group and is used for driving the conveying rollers in the roller guide mechanism to rotate synchronously.
Preferably, the conveying driving mechanism consists of a motor and a belt transmission mechanism.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the fastener feeding device, the inclination angle of the fastener bracket is adjusted through the posture adjusting mechanism, so that the fastener on the fastener bracket can slide downwards to fall into the next station, and automatic feeding of the fastener is realized; in addition, a pressing mechanism is further arranged on the fastener bracket and is positioned at the tail end of the conveying guide rail; when a fastener is arranged on the next station, the vertical cylinder drives the pressing block to move downwards so as to press the fastener at the tail end of the conveying guide rail and prevent the fastener from sliding to the next station; after the fastener at the next station is installed on the building surface, the pressing mechanism loosens the fastener at the tail end of the conveying guide rail, so that the fastener can freely slide to the next station, and meanwhile, the pressing mechanism presses the fastener at the tail end of the conveying guide rail again, and therefore the fastener can be fed orderly and is not interfered with the next station.
2. The fastener feeding device can complete automatic feeding of fasteners, has very high production efficiency, fully automatic operation, and no danger of manual construction and difficulty of operation environment.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the fastener feeding apparatus of the present invention includes a fastener carrier 1 provided on a mounting frame 2 and a fastener feeding mechanism provided on the fastener carrier 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a posture adjusting mechanism is arranged between the bottom of the fastener bracket 1 and the mounting frame 2, the posture adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the fastener bracket 1, the posture adjusting mechanism includes a fixed block 3, the fixed block 3 is mounted on the mounting frame 2, the fastener bracket 1 is hinged on the fixed block 3 (3-2 is a hinged point in the figure), an arc-shaped groove 3-1 is arranged on the fixed block 3, and after the inclination angle of the fastener bracket 1 is adjusted, the bottom of the fastener bracket 1 is locked on the fixed block 3 by inserting a screw into the arc-shaped groove 3-1 on the fixed block 3.
In this embodiment, the two groups of fixing blocks 3 are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the fastener bracket 1; and each group of fixing blocks 3 is provided with two fixing blocks which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the fastening piece bracket 1.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the fastener conveying mechanism comprises two conveying guide rails, and the two conveying guide rails are arranged on two sides of the fastener bracket 1 in parallel and communicated with the next station; the two ends of the fastener are respectively positioned in the two conveying guide rails, wherein,
the conveying guide rail comprises a roller guide mechanism and a limiting plate 6, wherein the roller guide mechanism is arranged on the fastener bracket 1 and comprises a roller mounting plate 4 and a plurality of conveying rollers 5 arranged on the roller mounting plate 4, and the roller mounting plate 4 is mounted on the fastener bracket 1 and extends along the length direction of the fastener bracket 1; the plurality of conveying rollers 5 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the roller mounting plate 4; the limiting plate 6 is positioned above the conveying roller 5, and a space between the lower surface of the limiting plate 6 and the upper surface of the conveying roller 5 forms a guide groove of the conveying guide rail.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the fastener feeding device further comprises a pressing mechanism 7 arranged on the fastener bracket 1, wherein the pressing mechanism 7 is located at the tail end of the conveying guide rail and comprises a pressing frame, a pressing block arranged on the pressing frame and a vertical driving mechanism used for driving the pressing block to move vertically, the vertical driving mechanism comprises a vertical cylinder, the vertical cylinder is arranged on the pressing frame, and a telescopic rod of the vertical cylinder is connected with the pressing block.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the fastener feeding device of the present invention operates on the following principle:
during operation, the fasteners are placed in the conveying guide rail, the inclination angle of the fastener bracket 1 is adjusted through the posture adjusting mechanism, so that the fasteners on the fastener bracket 1 can slide down to the next station under the guidance of the conveying guide rail, and the automatic feeding of the fasteners is realized. In the process, when a fastener is arranged on the next station, the vertical cylinder drives the pressing block to move downwards, so that the pressing block is pressed on the fastener at the tail end of the conveying guide rail and is prevented from sliding to the next station; after the fastener at the next station is installed on the building surface, the pressing mechanism 7 releases the fastener at the tail end of the conveying guide rail, so that the fastener can freely slide to the next station, and meanwhile, the pressing mechanism 7 presses the fastener at the tail end of the conveying guide rail again, so that the fastener can be fed orderly and is not interfered with the next station.
Example 2
The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that the fastener conveying mechanism further comprises a conveying driving mechanism for driving the conveying rollers 5 to automatically rotate, and the conveying driving mechanism is a single group and is used for driving the conveying rollers 5 in the roller guide mechanism to synchronously rotate; consists of a motor and a belt transmission mechanism.

the clamping device further comprises a pressing mechanism arranged on the fastener bracket, wherein the pressing mechanism is positioned at the tail end of the conveying guide rail and is used for pressing or loosening the fasteners at the tail end of the conveying guide rail.

The fastener loading attachment of claim 1, wherein the attitude adjustment mechanism includes a fixed block, the fixed block is mounted on the mounting bracket, the fastener bracket is hinged to the fixed block, an arc-shaped slot is provided on the fixed block, and when the inclination angle of the fastener bracket is adjusted, the bottom of the fastener bracket is locked to the fixed block by inserting a screw into the arc-shaped slot on the fixed block.

4. The fastener feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing frame, a pressing block arranged on the pressing frame, and a vertical driving mechanism for driving the pressing block to move vertically.
5. The fastener feeding device according to claim 4, wherein the vertical driving mechanism comprises a vertical cylinder, the vertical cylinder is mounted on the pressing frame, and a telescopic rod of the vertical cylinder is connected with the pressing block.

A fastener feeding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveying rail includes a roller guide mechanism provided on a fastener carrier and a stopper plate, wherein the roller guide mechanism includes a roller mounting plate and a plurality of conveying rollers provided on the roller mounting plate, wherein the roller mounting plate is mounted on the fastener carrier and extends along a length direction of the fastener carrier; the plurality of conveying rollers are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the roller mounting plate; the limiting plate is positioned above the conveying roller, and a space between the lower surface of the limiting plate and the upper surface of the conveying roller forms a guide groove of the conveying guide rail.
7. A fastener feeding apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the fastener feeding mechanism further comprises a feed driving mechanism for driving the feed roller to rotate automatically.
8. A fastener feeding apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the conveying drive mechanism is a single set for driving the conveying rollers in the roller guide mechanism to rotate synchronously.
9. A fastener feeding apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the feeding drive mechanism is comprised of a motor and a belt drive mechanism.
