2. the double-station counting temporary storage device 201 receives the small package finished products manufactured and sent out by the small package bag manufacturing and filling equipment 1 and sequentially sends quantitative small package finished products to the feed inlets of the large package bag filling equipment 3 through the quantitative small package finished product lifting conveyor belt 202;
3. and the filling equipment 3 for each big packaging bag sequentially completes the bag taking, filling and sealing of the big packaging bag, and sends out the finished product of the big packaging bag.
The counting of the finished products of the small packaging bags is achieved by detecting the rotating speed of the second servo motor which drives the rotating frame to rotate through the control device and processing and analyzing the finished products through the control device, so that a traditional photoelectric detection mechanism is not needed, the control efficiency is higher, parts are reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, the production cost is effectively controlled, the working efficiency can be further improved, and the requirement of large-scale industrial production can be met.

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that:
the bag feeding device 108 is further provided with a photoelectric detection mechanism, and the photoelectric detection mechanism detects the finished product of the small package clamped by the bag feeding device 108, and the counting method is compared with the counting method of the embodiment 1, so that the counting accuracy can be ensured, and the conditions of missing the finished product of the small package clamped by the finished product clamp 1082, the clamping of the package in the process and the like can be detected.
The first frame 101 is provided with a waste product delivering station and two finished product delivering stations, the waste product delivering station is positioned at the left side of the two finished product delivering stations, and a left feed inlet and a right feed inlet of the double-station counting temporary storage device 201 are positioned at the two finished product delivering stations.
The product clamp opening wheel 1084 is located above the waste product delivering station, and the first product clamp opening cylinder 1083 and the second product clamp opening cylinder 1083 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the left feed inlet and the right feed inlet of the double-station counting temporary storage device 201 and are respectively located right above the left feed inlet and the right feed inlet.
