The unwinding roller assembly 21 unwinds, and when the packaging bag film passes through the bisecting ring blade 221, the packaging bag film is cut into two halves by the bisecting ring blade 221, and then guided to the first guide roller 222 and the second guide roller 223 respectively for the next step. The first turning roller assembly 23 and the second turning roller assembly 24 are respectively positioned on the material guiding paths behind the first guide roller 222 and the second guide roller 223 so as to receive the incoming materials of the first guide roller 222 and the second guide roller 223, the material guiding paths of the packaging bag films are turned, the first turning roller assembly 23 and the second turning roller assembly 24 guide the materials to respectively form an upper layer film and a lower layer film of the packaging bag corresponding to the packaging bag films, and therefore the guiding materials are directly turned to the upper part and the lower part of the mask to be packaged after the packaging bag films are cut, and a large number of working procedures are saved.
A lower cutter ring 224 is arranged below the bisection ring blade 221, a ring groove 2241 for cutting the bisection ring blade 221 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the lower cutter ring 224, and the lower cutter ring 224 and the bisection ring blade 221 rotate synchronously through gear transmission. The lower knife ring 224 is equivalent to be padded below the counter-knife blade 221, so that the counter-knife blade 221 cuts into the ring groove 2241, and the accuracy of cutting the packaging bag film and the continuity of the cutting line are improved.
The first turning roller assembly 23 and the second turning roller assembly 24 comprise an input roller 231, an inclined turning roller 232 and a plurality of conveying rollers 233 which are arranged in parallel, the input roller 231 is parallel to the first guide roller 222 and the second guide roller 223, an inclined included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the inclined turning roller 232 and the conveying rollers 233, and the conveying rollers 233 and the input roller 231 are arranged perpendicularly. The input roller 231 is used for guiding or flattening, and the inclined steering roller 232 can rotate 90 degrees after the bag film moves and is guided out to the conveying roller 233, so that the bag film is guided to be steered.
The first turning roller assembly 23 and the second turning roller assembly 24 are arranged close to the conveying rollers 233 at the discharge end, and after the packaging bag film is conveyed and guided by the conveying rollers 233, the packaging bag film is close to the discharge end, so that the upper layer film and the lower layer film of the packaging bag film are respectively coated above and below the product.
A flattening roller assembly 25 is further arranged on the material guiding path in front of the beveling ring blade 221, and the flattening roller assembly 25 receives the incoming material of the unwinding roller assembly 21, and conveys the incoming material to the splitting mechanism 22 for splitting after being flattened.
The material guiding path of the conveying roller 233 is provided with a deviation correcting electric eye 26, and a linear driving member 27 electrically connected with the deviation correcting electric eye 26 is fixedly arranged below the inclined steering roller 232. The position of the inclined steering roller 232 can be adjusted by the dynamic deviation rectifying function of the deviation rectifying electric eye 26, so that the conveying position of the feeding path on the conveying roller 233 is adjusted.
A coding machine 28 for coding is also arranged on the conveying roller 233 of the first turning roller assembly 23, and the coding machine 28 performs coding operation in the packaging bag film feeding process.
And a double-side cutting device 8 is arranged behind the double-side hot melting edge sealing device 3 in the transportation direction, and the double-side cutting device 8 cuts the redundant positions on the two sides of the packaging bag film in the width direction.
