The bag clamping assembly 65 comprises a flap 651, a hold down 652, a guide pin 653, a spring 654 and a socket 655; the folded plate 651 is fixedly arranged, a central hole is formed in the pressing block 652 and hinged to the folded plate 651, and the side 656 of the pressing block 652 is a pressing part; the sleeve seat 655 is hinged on the folded plate 651, a cylindrical hole is arranged on the sleeve seat 655, one end of the guide pin 653 is hinged on the pressing block 652, the other end of the guide pin 653 and the sleeve seat 655 form a moving pair connection, and the spring 654 is sleeved outside the guide pin 653.
The first jacking assembly 66 comprises a mounting frame 661, a driving rod 662, a first pressing spring 663 and a jacking cylinder 664; the driving rod 662 is installed on the installation frame 661, the driving rod 662 is movably matched on the installation ring 646, the end part of the driving rod 662 corresponds to the side surface of the sleeve seat 655, the first compression spring 663 is sleeved outside the driving rod 662, the jacking cylinder 664 is installed on the moving platform 62, the two sides of the installation frame 661 are provided with convex plates 665, and the telescopic end of the jacking cylinder 664 corresponds to the convex plates 665.
The second jacking assembly 67 comprises a support 671, a second compression spring 672 and a ball stud 673, the support 671 is fixed on the section bar frame, two ends of the ball stud 673 are thick, the middle of the ball stud 673 is matched with the support 671, and the second compression spring 672 is sleeved on the ball stud 673.
When the bagging device 6 works, firstly, the stacked mask is placed between the folding plates 63, then the driving assembly 61 is moved to drive the moving platform 62 to move out, when the bag clamping assembly 65 is pushed onto the second pushing assembly 67, the bag clamping assembly 65 is far away from the rotating cylinder 641, and at the moment, the packaging bag is clamped; then remove drive assembly 61 and pull out the wrapping bag, the gauze mask tip withstands simultaneously, when the gauze mask is totally wrapped the back, cuts the heat-seal, and then first top moves subassembly 66 and will press from both sides a bag subassembly 65 and open, and rotating assembly 64 rotates simultaneously, and the wrapping bag rim charge one end after cutting is cliied, and the other end is when twisting into the book, makes the wrapping bag rim charge of cliping break away from pressing from both sides a bag subassembly 65.
The bagging device 6 solves the problems that the packaging tape is light in weight and is difficult to naturally fall off after being clamped, pulled out and cut off; the problem of difficult clamping of the packaging bag is that four corners of the packaging bag are clamped in a mode of pressing the packaging bag by arranging a plurality of bag clamping assemblies 65 and the outer wall of the rotary cylinder 641, the clamping is stable and reliable, the bag clamping assemblies 65 are self-adaptively kept clamped through springs, power is not needed in the bag sleeving and pulling-out process, and the bag clamping assemblies 65 are driven to be opened only through pushing assemblies at stations at two ends; bag clamping assembly 65 can rotate through rotating assembly 64, realizes the unloading of the waste material that bag clamping assembly 65 cliied, and the convenient high efficiency of pivoted mode can effectively prevent bag clamping assembly 65 department and block up.
A mask packaging method comprises the following steps of:
s1 feeding of packaging bags: the bag feeding device 2 feeds out the packaging bag and opens the packaging bag;
s2 packaging bags: the mask is placed in the bagging device 6, the packaging bag is pulled out, and the packaging bag is sleeved outside the mask;
s3 sealing and cutting: the fixed cutting device 3 and the movable cutting device 4 cut and heat seal the two ends of the mask sleeved with the packaging bag;
s4 blanking: the packaged mask falls into the lower support device 5 to realize blanking.

Claims (10)

1. A feeding device for mask packaging bags is characterized by comprising a winding drum (21), a winding roller (22), a pressing assembly (23), a fixing plate (24), a bag guiding assembly (25), a side pressing plate (26), a bottom pressing plate (27) and a cylinder (28); a packaging bag is wound on the winding drum (21), the winding drum (21) is hinged on the section bar frame, and the winding roller (22) is positioned at the leading-out end of the packaging bag on the winding drum (21); the pressing assemblies (23) are mounted on the section bar frame, the bag guiding assemblies (25) are connected to the fixing plate (24), two side pressing plates (26) are arranged, the bottom pressing plate (27) is positioned in front of the two side pressing plates (26), the side pressing plates (26) and the bottom pressing plate (27) are both fixedly mounted on the fixing plate (24), and rollers are arranged on the side pressing plates (26) and the bottom pressing plate (27); the cylinder (28) is positioned between the two side pressing plates (26) and above the bottom pressing plate (27), and the side wall of the cylinder (28) is in contact with the roller; one end of the cylinder (28) is provided with four rectangular notches, and the other end of the cylinder (28) is provided with a thick ring which corresponds to the roller at the end part of the side pressing plate (26).

The feeding device for the mask packaging bags according to claim 1, wherein the pressing assembly (23) comprises a movable pressing roller (231), a fixed pressing roller (232) and a pressing cylinder (233), the pressing cylinder (233) is located at two ends of the movable pressing roller (231), a rotating shaft of the movable pressing roller (231) is connected with a telescopic end of the pressing cylinder (233), the side edge of the fixed pressing roller (232) is movably hinged, and the movable pressing roller (231) corresponds to the fixed pressing roller (232).

The mask packaging bag feeding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag guiding assembly (25) comprises a pulling cylinder (251), a fixing frame (252), a pressing plate (253) and a pressing cylinder (254), the fixing frame (252) is movably connected to the fixing plate (24) through a sliding rail, the pulling cylinder (251) is installed on the lower end face of the fixing plate (24), the telescopic end of the pulling cylinder (251) is connected with the fixing frame (252), the pressing cylinder (254) is installed at the upper end of the fixing frame (252), the pressing plate (253) is installed at the telescopic end of the pressing cylinder (254), and the lower end of the pressing plate (253) corresponds to the horizontal transverse portion of the fixing frame (252).

A feeding device for mask packaging bags according to claim 1, characterized in that the winding rollers (22) are provided in plurality, both ends of one winding roller (22) are connected to the profile frame through linear bearings, and the winding roller (22) tensions the packaging bag through gravity.
5. A pod feeder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rollers are provided in a plurality, the rollers being arranged side by side with the rollers being arranged radially of the drum (28).

A feeding method for mask packaging bags is characterized in that elongated packaging bags are wound on a winding drum (21), the packaging bags enter a pressing assembly (23) after passing through a winding roller (22), are opened after passing through a bag guiding assembly (25), and are sleeved on the outer side of a cylinder (28) and then are sent out; draw bag subassembly (25) to come and go the pulling and realize the material loading of wrapping bag, compress tightly the wrapping bag that prevents the material loading end when subassembly (23) compresses tightly and become flexible.

A mask stacking and packing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the bag feeding device (2) is adapted to feed out the packing bags; the fixed cutting device (3) is used for cutting and heat-sealing the packaging bag, and the movable cutting device (4) is used for cutting, heat-sealing and pushing the cup; the lower supporting device (5) is used for supporting the packaged cup and discharging; the bagging device (6) is used for coating a packaging bag on the outer sleeve of the stacked cups.

A mask stacking and packing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the fixed cutting device (3) comprises a guide seat (31), a movable mounting plate (32), a cutter assembly (33) and a driving cylinder (34); the guide seat (31) is arranged on the section bar frame, the horizontal part of the guide seat (31) is a guide column, the movable mounting plate (32) is movably connected to the guide column, the two symmetrical movable mounting plates (32) are arranged, the cutter assemblies (33) are arranged on the movable mounting plates (32), the two cutter assemblies (33) are arranged oppositely, the driving cylinder (34) is horizontally arranged on the guide seat (31), and the telescopic end of the driving cylinder (34) is connected with the movable mounting plates (32); the cutter component (33) comprises a heating seat (331), a backing plate (332) and a flower cutter (333); the heating seat (331) is internally provided with an electric heating wire, the side end of the heating seat (331) is provided with a vertical edge part (334), the base plate (332) and the flower knife (333) are arranged on the side edge of the heating seat (331), and the flower knife (333) is positioned between the base plate (332) and the vertical edge part (334).
