Abstract
The invention discloses a wire inlet connection structure of a starter, which comprises a wire assembly, a wire inlet part and a stator coil, wherein the wire assembly is connected with the upper end of the wire inlet part through welding, the stator coil is connected with the lower end of the wire inlet part through welding, an insulating part, a sealing part and a gasket are arranged at the joint of the wire inlet part and a starter shell, and a protective cap is used for wrapping the wire inlet part protruding out of the shell.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of starters, in particular to an incoming line connection structure of a starter.
Background
The starter is an assembly device for changing an engine from a static state to an operation state, and mainly comprises a direct current motor, a transmission mechanism and a control mechanism, wherein the direct current motor of the starter is operated by introducing current into an armature winding in the motor. Most of the wire inlet structures of the existing starter are direct-penetrating wire inlet structures, see fig. 1, namely, a wire assembly 1-1 directly penetrates through a wire inlet hole of a motor shell 1-2, meanwhile, a sealing gasket 1-3 is installed between the wire assembly 1-1 and the wire inlet hole, and the sealing gasket 1-3 is extruded during assembly to realize a sealed wire inlet structure. Referring to fig. 1, a wire inlet hole of a starter motor shell 1-2 is of a U-shaped groove structure, a hole is formed in the middle of a sealing gasket 1-3 matched with a wire assembly 1-1, the wire assembly 1-1 penetrates through the hole of the sealing gasket 1-3, wires entering the interior of the motor are welded with a stator coil 1-4 interface, and the sealing gasket is pressed by a rear cover 1-5 and the shell 1-2 when the wire inlet structure is installed. Because the wire assembly 1-1 is a bundle of non-rigid assemblies, deformation can occur when the wire assembly is extruded from the outside, and meanwhile, due to the existence of structural dimension errors and assembly errors, the compression amount of the sealing gasket 1-3 is not well controlled during assembly, so that the sealing performance of the U-shaped groove wire inlet structure is poor, water seepage is easy to occur at the wire inlet structure, and the problem of circuit faults in the motor is caused. There is a need for a wire inlet assembly that enables connection of a motor to a power source.
The foregoing background is only for the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the principles and concepts of the invention and is not necessarily in the prior art to the present application and is not intended to be used as an admission that such background is not entitled to antedate such novelty and creativity by the present application without undue evidence prior to the present application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a wire inlet connection structure of a starter aiming at the technical problems, so as to solve the problem of poor tightness of the conventional wire inlet structure of the starter.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the purposes:
the utility model provides a wire inlet connection structure of starter, it includes wire subassembly, casing, wire inlet part, wire splicing, stator coil, sealing member, insulating member, plain washer, helmet; the shell is provided with a wire inlet hole, a wire inlet component is inserted into the wire inlet hole, the upper end of the wire inlet component is connected with a wire connecting sheet, and the lower end of the wire inlet component is connected with a coil joint of the stator coil; the extending end of the wire connecting piece is connected with a wire assembly; the sealing piece comprises a sealing gasket and a silica gel sealing ring, and the insulating piece comprises an insulating sleeve and an insulating gasket; the lower end of the wire inlet part in the shell is sleeved with a silica gel sealing ring, an insulating pad and a flat gasket in sequence; the flat gasket is tightly pressed against the insulating gasket, the insulating gasket is tightly pressed against the inner wall of the shell, and the silica gel sealing ring is sleeved between the wire inlet part and the wire inlet hole; the part of the wire inlet part outside the shell is sleeved with an insulating sleeve, a sealing gasket and a wire connecting sheet in sequence, the insulating sleeve is sleeved between the shell and the wire inlet part, the sealing gasket is pressed on the insulating sleeve, and the wire connecting sheet is pressed on the insulating sleeve; the protective cap wraps the incoming line part protruding out of the shell.
Further, the wire assembly, wire tab, wire inlet member, coil connector and stator coil are connected in sequence to form a circuit path.
Further, the coil joints are two positive and negative joints led out by the stator coil, and the stator coil is welded with the lower end of the wire inlet component.
Further, the inlet wire part is an inlet wire rivet, the upper end of the inlet wire rivet is riveted with the wire connecting piece, and the other end of the wire connecting piece is welded with the wire assembly.
Further, the wire inlet part is a combination of a wire inlet bolt and a wire inlet screw, a flat gasket and an elastic gasket are sleeved at the upper end of the wire inlet bolt in sequence, and the wire inlet bolt is matched with the wire inlet screw through threads; the wire connecting piece is tightly pressed at the upper end of the wire inlet bolt through the wire inlet screw, the elastic gasket and the flat gasket, and the other end of the wire connecting piece is welded with the wire assembly.
Further, the matching part of the wire inlet hole and the wire inlet component is a circular closing ring.

Further, the wire assembly is comprised of braided copper wire and an insulating outer layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the wire inlet connection structure of the starter, the wire inlet component adopts a non-straight-through wire inlet mode, the wire inlet component is used as a connecting bridge between the wire inlet component and the stator coil by using rivets or a combination of bolts and screws, and then the sealing piece, the insulating piece, the gasket and the protective cap are matched, so that the wire inlet component becomes a high-tightness connection structure, and finally, the wire inlet part of the motor shell is well sealed and protected, the problem of poor tightness of the wire inlet structure of the existing starter is effectively solved, and the sealing and waterproof capacity of the wire inlet hole is greatly improved.
(2) The stator coil is connected with the incoming line rivet through welding, and then is connected with the insulating part, the sealing part and the gasket, and the rivet structure is tightly riveted on an incoming line hole of the shell through a riveting process. Through this design, design an inlet wire rivet structure between wire subassembly and stator coil, utilize inlet wire rivet structure assembly closely, firm characteristics, the sealed waterproof nature poor problem of current straight through wire inlet wire subassembly structure has been solved to cooperation multilayer sealing member and insulating part again, has promoted the waterproof performance of starter.
(3) The wire inlet part adopts a combination of a wire inlet bolt and a wire inlet screw, a flat gasket and an elastic gasket are sleeved at the upper end of the wire inlet bolt in sequence, and then a sealing piece, an insulating piece, a gasket and a protective cap are matched; the locking effect of inlet wire bolt, inlet wire screw combination after the riveting of elastic gasket and plain gasket can be reached equally to this design, firmly fasten casing and suit part wherein, just inlet wire bolt and inlet wire screw have detachable advantage.
(4) The insulating pad separates the incoming line part from the shell, and plays an insulating role. The silica gel sealing ring is clamped between the wire inlet hole and the wire inlet component, plays a role in sealing and waterproofing, and prevents moisture from penetrating into the motor through the wire inlet hole.
(5) The insulating sleeve is made of hard insulating materials and is buckled on the wire inlet hole to separate the wire inlet component from the machine 2, so that the effect of insulating and supporting the upper wire inlet component structure is achieved. The sealing gasket is clamped between the insulating sleeve and the wire inlet component, so that moisture is effectively prevented from penetrating into the wire inlet hole through the outer side of the rivet or the bolt, and the tightness of the wire inlet component is further improved. One end of the wire connecting piece is connected with the wire inlet component, and the other end of the wire connecting piece is welded with the wire assembly to play a role in conducting electricity.
(6) The part of the wire inlet hole matched with the wire inlet component is a circular sealing ring, so that the problem of poor sealing performance of the existing non-closed wire inlet holes such as U-shaped grooves is solved. The protective cap is made of insulating materials, wraps the incoming line part structure protruding out of the shell part, and plays roles in insulation and protection.

Detailed Description
One embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited by the embodiment. It should be understood that the directions "up", "down", "left" and "right" in the following embodiments of the present invention are all referenced to the positions corresponding to the drawings. These directional terms are used for convenience of description only and do not represent any limitation on the specific technical solution of the present invention. Unless otherwise indicated, like reference numerals in the figures refer to like structures.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the present design provides a wire-feeding connection structure of a starter, which comprises a wire assembly 1, a casing 2, a wire-feeding part, a wire tab 7, a stator coil 13, a sealing element, an insulating element, a flat washer 12 and a protective cap 4; a wire inlet hole 5 is formed in the shell 2, a wire inlet component is inserted into the wire inlet hole 5, the upper end of the wire inlet component is connected with a wire connecting sheet 7, and the lower end of the wire inlet component is connected with a coil connector 14 of a stator coil 13; the extending end of the wire connecting piece 7 is connected with the wire assembly 1; the sealing element comprises a sealing gasket 8 and a silica gel sealing ring 10, and the insulating element comprises an insulating sleeve 9 and an insulating gasket 11; the lower end of the wire inlet part in the shell 2 is sleeved with a silica gel sealing ring 10, an insulating pad 11 and a flat gasket 12 in sequence; the flat gasket 12 is tightly pressed against the insulating pad 11, the insulating pad 11 is tightly pressed against the inner wall of the shell 2, and the silica gel sealing ring 10 is sleeved between the wire inlet part and the wire inlet hole 5; the part of the incoming line part outside the shell 2 is sleeved with an insulating sleeve 9, a sealing gasket 8 and a wire connecting sheet 7 in sequence, the insulating sleeve 9 is sleeved between the shell 2 and the incoming line part, the sealing gasket 8 is pressed on the insulating sleeve 9, and the wire connecting sheet 7 is pressed on the insulating sleeve 9; the protective cap 4 wraps the incoming line part protruding out of the casing 2. The coil joints 14 are two positive and negative joints led out by the stator coil 13, and the stator coil 13 and the lower end of the wire inlet part are welded together to form a welding point b16; therefore, in the design, the wire assembly 1, the wire connecting piece 7, the wire inlet part, the coil connector 14 and the stator coil 13 are sequentially connected into a circuit path, so that external current is introduced into the stator coil 13 inside the motor, and the wire inlet part of the circuit is conducted; after the connection of the circuit path is completed, the rear cover 3 of the starter is covered. Also, in the present design, the wire assembly 1 is composed of a braided copper wire and an insulating outer layer; referring to fig. 3, the matching part of the wire inlet hole 5 and the wire inlet component is a circular closing ring; the insulating sleeve 9 is made of a hard insulating material; the silica gel gasket 10 is made of elastic materials; the protective cap 4 is made of an insulating material; under the mutual combined connection of the wire inlet part, the sealing part, the insulating part, the gasket and the protective cap 4, the wire inlet part becomes a high-tightness connecting structure, and finally, the wire inlet part of the motor shell 2 is well sealed and protected, so that the sealing and waterproof capacity of the wire inlet hole 5 is greatly improved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the wire-feeding part is preferably a wire-feeding rivet 6, the upper end of the wire-feeding rivet 6 is riveted to the wire-connecting piece 7, and the other end of the wire-connecting piece 7 is welded to the wire assembly 1 to form a welding point a15, thereby firmly fastening the housing 2 and the components accommodated therein.
Referring to fig. 5, compared with the wire-feeding rivet structure of the above scheme, the present design further provides another wire-feeding component, namely, the wire-feeding component is a combination of a wire-feeding bolt 17 and a wire-feeding screw 18, a flat gasket 20 and an elastic gasket 19 are sleeved in sequence at the upper end of the wire-feeding bolt 17, and the wire-feeding bolt 17 is in threaded fit with the wire-feeding screw 18; the wire connecting piece 7 is tightly pressed at the upper end of the wire inlet bolt 17 through the wire inlet screw 18, the elastic gasket 19 and the flat gasket 20, and the other end of the wire connecting piece 7 is welded with the wire assembly 1 to form a welding point a15; the locking effect of the wire inlet bolt 17 of this design after the riveting of wire inlet rivet 6 can be reached equally under the locking effect of elastic pad 19 and flat gasket 20, firmly fasten casing 2 and suit part wherein, just wire inlet bolt 17 and wire inlet screw 18 have detachable advantage.
