The invention discloses a protection structure of a starter, which comprises a rear cover arranged on a shell through a screw, a plurality of binding posts arranged on the shell and a plurality of conducting wires arranged between the binding posts, wherein the protection structure comprises an insulating protection sleeve, a first protection cap and a second protection cap. The insulating protective sleeve is sleeved outside the lead; the first protective cap is arranged on part of the plurality of wiring posts; the second protective cap is arranged on the plurality of binding posts on the other part. The protective structure of the starter is not provided with the protective cover, so that the starter has the advantages of small arrangement space, compact layout and strong applicability.

The application of agricultural engines is increasingly wide, and the demand phenomenon of engines which can be suitable for dry land and can meet paddy fields is highlighted in the agricultural machinery market. This demand is increasingly demanding on the protection level of the starter arranged at the lower level of the engine, since the starting performance of the starter is poor, which directly affects the use of the starter by the customer. In a preferred embodiment, the outgoing line sheath is made of U-shaped rubber material.
Compared with the prior art, the protection structure of the starter has the following beneficial effects: the protective structure cancels the protective cover, so that the required arrangement space is small, the layout is compact, and the applicability is strong. The function of the protective cover is met by adopting the insulating protective cover, the first protective cap, the second protective cap and the outgoing line protective cover, the sealing effect is enhanced by adding a sealing gasket, a sealing ring, an O-shaped ring, a roll riveting magnetic pole and other devices, the integral sealing performance of the starter is improved, the problem of corrosion and difficulty in starting is solved, and the service life is prolonged.
