The quantity abnormality determining module 205 determines whether mismatch and/or insufficient quantity exists according to the material information such as the bit number, the model, the specification, the material category, and the like, and if so, sends out second warning information and outputs the number of the material with the abnormal quantity and the type of the abnormal quantity.

Claims (10)

1. A BOM bill of material arrangement approval method is characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
the method comprises the steps that information acquisition (101) is carried out, and list information and material information of a BOM bill of material are acquired, wherein the list information comprises a list number and the number of circuit boards, and the material information comprises a serial number, a model number, packaging, filling specifications, a position number, material types, single board usage and the number;
the same kind is combined (102), and the materials of the same kind with different numbers are combined according to the material information;
judging whether an abnormal specification exists in the BOM bill of materials or not according to the model and filling specification of the materials (103); and the number of the first and second groups,
and a first warning is sent out (104), if the abnormal specification exists, first warning information is sent out, and the serial number of the material with the abnormal specification is output.
2. The BOM bill of material sorting and approval method of claim 1, wherein: also comprises the following steps of (1) preparing,
the quantity abnormity judgment (105) judges whether the quantity abnormity exists in the BOM bill of materials according to the quantity, the position number, the single board consumption and the quantity of the circuit boards;
and sending out a second warning (106), and if the quantity is abnormal, sending out second warning information.
3. The BOM bill of material sorting and approval method of claim 2, wherein: the method of the quantity abnormality judgment (105) includes,
judging whether the number of the position of each material is matched with the using amount of the single board or not according to the number of the position and the using amount of the single board;
judging whether the quantity of each material is enough or not according to the quantity of the circuit boards, the using amount of the single boards and the quantity of the single boards; and the number of the first and second groups,
if there is no match and/or insufficient quantity, then there is a quantity exception.
4. The BOM bill of material sorting and approval method of claim 3, wherein: the method of the second alert issuance (106) further comprises,
and sending the material numbers and/or the material numbers with insufficient quantity which are not matched with the corresponding material numbers and the abnormal quantity types in a message mode, wherein the abnormal quantity types comprise mismatching and insufficient quantity.
5. A BOM bill of material sorting approval method obtained according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method of homogeneous merging (102) includes,
obtaining materials of the same type with different numbers according to the position number;
the filling specification, the material type, the model and the encapsulation of materials with the same type and different numbers are compared in sequence, and if the materials are the same, the materials are the same; and the number of the first and second groups,
and combining the position numbers, the single plate usage amounts and the quantities of the materials of the same kind with different numbers, and numbering the materials of the BOM bill of materials again after the combination is finished.
6. The BOM bill of material sorting and approval method of claim 1, wherein: the method for determining the abnormal specification (103) comprises the following steps,
acquiring actual specifications corresponding to the models according to the models of the materials, and judging whether the actual specifications of all the materials are consistent with the filling specifications; and the number of the first and second groups,
and if the actual specification of at least one part of material is not consistent with the filling specification, an abnormal specification exists in the BOM bill of materials.

A BOM bill of material arrangement approval system which characterized in that: the system comprises an information acquisition module (201), a same kind combination module (202), an abnormal specification judgment module (203) and a first warning module (204); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the information acquisition module (201) is used for acquiring the list information and the material information of a BOM bill of material, wherein the list information comprises a list number and the number of circuit boards, and the material information comprises a serial number, a model number, packaging, a filling specification, a position number, a material type, a single board using amount and the number;
the same kind combining module (202) is used for combining the same kind of materials with different numbers according to the material information;
the abnormal specification judging module (203) is used for judging whether an abnormal specification exists in the BOM bill of materials according to the model and filling specification of the materials;
and the first warning module (204) is used for sending out first warning information if the abnormal specification exists and outputting the serial number of the material with the abnormal specification.
8. The BOM bill of material finishing and approval system of claim 7, wherein: the system also comprises a quantity abnormity judgment module (205) and a second warning module (206); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the quantity abnormity judging module (205) is used for judging whether quantity abnormity exists in the BOM bill of material according to the quantity, the position number, the single board consumption and the quantity of the circuit boards;
and the second warning module (206) is used for sending out second warning information if the quantity is abnormal.

The BOM bill of material finishing and approval system of claim 7, wherein: the homogeneous material combining module (202) comprises a homogeneous material acquiring unit (2021), a homogeneous material judging unit (2022) and a combining unit (2023); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
