In this embodiment, the identification code may be specifically a two-dimensional code, where the two-dimensional code may include a positioning pattern for identifying and positioning the image position of the two-dimensional code, an identification pattern corresponding to identification information for identifying the type of the two-dimensional code, and an association pattern containing association information.
Before the data management center 106 determines whether the two-dimensional code is legal, whether the security code is legal or not may be determined according to the authentication information, where the authentication information may be a set of special characters arranged according to a certain sequence when the data management center 106 generates the two-dimensional code, the interpretation information sent by the second terminal 104 may include the authentication information, and when the data management center 106 determines that the special characters in the authentication information are consistent with the special characters determined by the data management center 106, the two-dimensional code may be determined to be legal, thereby continuing to read the association information to obtain a data packet of the corresponding product to be detected, and sending relevant information of the product to be detected to the second terminal 104; when the data management center 106 determines that the special character in the authentication information is inconsistent with the special character determined by the data management center 106, the two-dimensional code may be determined to be an illegal two-dimensional code, and the data management center 106 may send two-dimensional code error information to the second terminal 104.
Through the above embodiment, the data management center 106 determines the validity of the identification code through the security code information and the authentication information together, so as to ensure the information security of the product to be detected and the user corresponding to the product to be detected.
In one embodiment, the detection request further comprises target detection account information; the acquisition request sent by the second terminal 104 to the data management center 106 further includes: a second user account identification of the second terminal 104; the data management center 106 is further configured to compare the second user account identifier with the target detection account information; if the two are inconsistent, sending information for detecting the account error and the first user account identifier to the second terminal 104; and if the two data packets are consistent, sending the data packet corresponding to the association information to the second terminal 104.
In this embodiment, the target detection account information may be detection account information corresponding to a detection mechanism to which the user of the first terminal 102, that is, a user who needs to perform product detection, desires to send a product, where the information may be included in a detection request sent by the first terminal 102, and the data management center 106 may associate and store the target detection account information with the user of the product to be detected. The acquisition request sent by the second terminal 104 to the data management center 106 may further include a second user account identifier, where the second user account identifier may be an identifier used to characterize the user identity of the second terminal 104. After the data management center 106 obtains the obtaining request of the second terminal 104, before the related information is sent to the second terminal 104, the second user account identifier may be compared with the target detection account information corresponding to the product to be detected, when the two information are inconsistent, the data management center 106 may determine that the second user corresponding to the second terminal 104 is not the target detection account corresponding to the product to be detected, and may send detection account error information and the first user account identifier to the second terminal 104 at the same time, where the second user corresponding to the second terminal 104 may process the product to be detected according to the information, for example, may contact the first user to return the product; when the two information are consistent, the data management center 106 may determine that the second user corresponding to the second terminal 104 is the target detection account corresponding to the product to be detected, and may send a data packet including the complete user information, product information, detection item and other related information to the second terminal 104, where the second terminal 104 may detect the product according to the information.
In another embodiment, the data management center 106 is further configured to send a notification message to the first terminal 102 that the product is received if the second user account identifier is consistent with the target detection account information; if the second user account identifier is inconsistent with the target detection account information, a notification message of the product receiving error is sent to the first terminal 102, and the target detection account information or the first user account identifier is sent to the second terminal 104, so that the user corresponding to the second terminal 104 returns the product to be detected according to the target detection account information or the first user account identifier.
In this embodiment, the data management center 106 may be configured to notify the first terminal 102 of the judgment result after judging the validity of the to-be-detected product party. Specifically, when the second user account identifier is consistent with the target detection account information, the data management center may send a receiving completion notification message to the first terminal 102, so that the user corresponding to the first terminal 102 may determine the state of the product to be detected according to the message; when the second user account identifier is inconsistent with the target detection account information, a product receiving error message may be sent to the first terminal 102 to notify the user corresponding to the first terminal 102 to perform processing, and meanwhile, the target detection account information and the first user account identifier may also be sent to the user corresponding to the second terminal 104, that is, a detection address to which the product to be detected needs to be sent and user information corresponding to the product to be detected, so that the user corresponding to the second terminal 104 contacts related personnel to perform return processing through the information. The user corresponding to the first terminal 102 and the second terminal 104 may obtain the information by using the first terminal 102 or the second terminal 104 to scan the identification code of the product to be detected, or may obtain the information by actively sending the information to the first terminal 102 and the second terminal 104 through the data management center 106.
Through the above embodiment, the data management center 106 can determine whether the product to be detected is in the correct place through the information in the identification code, and when the product to be detected is not in the correct place, the product to be detected can be processed by notifying the relevant terminal, so that the detection efficiency of the product to be detected is improved.
In one embodiment, the second terminal 104 is further configured to send the detection report to the data management center 106 after obtaining the detection report of the product to be detected; the data management center 106 is further configured to send a detection report to the first terminal 102.
In this embodiment, after the detection of the product to be detected is completed, the user corresponding to the second terminal 104 may input information such as a detection result into the second terminal 104, and the second terminal 104 may generate a corresponding detection report according to the detection result, and may also send the detection report to the data management center 106, and the data management center 106 may send the received detection report to the first terminal 102, so that the user corresponding to the first terminal 102 may obtain the detection report. The data management center 106 may send the detection report to the first terminal 102 in a read-only manner, so as to avoid the user from modifying the detection report due to misoperation or other reasons.
Through the embodiment, the data management center 106 may obtain the detection report sent by the second terminal 104 and send the detection report to the first terminal 102 in a read-only manner, so that the user corresponding to the first terminal 102 may quickly know the detection result, thereby improving the efficiency of product detection.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a product detection system in another embodiment. The system may include a first terminal 102, a second terminal 104, a data management center 106, a two-dimensional code editor 108, a two-dimensional code reading device 110, and a printing device 112. The two-dimensional code editor 108 may be integrated in the data management center 106, the two-dimensional code reading device 110 may be integrated in the second terminal 104, the printing device 112 may be connected with the first terminal 102, the data management center 106 may also be connected with the two-dimensional code editor 108 and the two-dimensional code reading device 110 respectively, the data management center 106 may generate the identification code through the two-dimensional code editor 108, and the identification code is read through the two-dimensional code reading device 110; the first terminal 102 may print the identification code via the printing device 112.
The data management center 106 may further include a registration application module, a data transmission module, a data storage module, a rights management module, and a verification module.
The registration application module is used for applying for registering a first terminal user account or a second terminal user account, and a detection request can be sent out through the first user account;
the data storage module may create a data packet according to the proposed detection request application to store information related to the detection item, including user information, product information, detection request, delivery information, and other product information recorded by the first terminal 102, and a detection report uploaded by the second terminal 104, and other related information;
the authority management module determines the read range of the data and the authority of writing modification according to the account type of the registration application and the correlation with the detection item; the distribution module is used for managing the distribution condition of the products and comprises functions of shipping, signing in, distribution error prompt and the like;
the data transmission module is configured to receive data transmitted by the first terminal 102, the second terminal 104, the two-dimensional code editor 108, the two-dimensional code reading device 110, the registration application module, the data storage module, the rights management module, and the like, determine a data flow direction according to the received data, and correspondingly transmit the data to a next module for processing.
The checking module can check the integrity of the product information input by the user of the first terminal 102, and the information checking module judges the integrity of the information by checking whether the information in the necessary filling item is empty, and when the input basic information is incomplete, the information checking module prompts the first terminal 102.
Through the embodiment, the system can realize the detection of the product under the synergistic effect of the first terminal 102, the second terminal 104, the data management center 106, the two-dimensional code editor 108, the two-dimensional code reading device 110 and the printing device 112, so that the efficiency of product detection is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a product detection method is provided, and the method is applied to the data management center 106 in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S202, acquiring a detection request sent by a first terminal 102; the detection request comprises product information and detection item information of the product to be detected.
The first terminal 102 may be a terminal used by a first user, specifically, the first terminal 102 may be a terminal corresponding to a user who needs to send out a product for detection, and the product to be detected may be a product which needs to be sent to a detection mechanism for detection, and may be a faulty product or another product which needs to be detected, for example, a product which needs to be identified or determined by a product related item. The product to be tested includes, but is not limited to, various hardware or entities. The product information can be information of the product itself, and can also comprise information related to the product; for example, the product information may include a product manufacturer, a manufacturing place, a price, a production date, an effective date, etc., and may also include information of a user who purchased or used the product, such as a user's name, a contact address, and an address of a user's distribution; the detection item information may be related information of product detection, may include an item to be detected of the product to be detected, and may also include a location where the product is detected, and the like. The detection items can be specified by a user of a product to be detected, and also can be specified by a detection party; the detection location may be a detection mechanism, or may be a location where a related detection technician is located, and the user of the first terminal 102 may select a detection location to be sent to by himself or herself, or may determine a detection location to be sent to by background recommendation. After the first terminal 102 obtains the product information and the detection item information, a detection request may be sent to the data management center 106, where the detection request may carry the product information and the detection item information. That is, the data management center 106 may acquire the product information and the inspection item information of the product to be inspected from the inspection request by receiving the inspection request.
Step S204, generating a corresponding identification code according to the detection request, and sending the identification code to the first terminal 102 to realize the binding of the identification code and the product to be detected; the identification code is associated with product information and inspection item information of the product to be inspected.
The data management center 106 may be a device for storing related data, for example, may be product related data, user related data, or the like, which may be formed by a server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers, where the data management center 106 may receive the detection request sent by the first terminal 102, may obtain product information and detection item information of a product to be detected recorded by the first terminal 102 from the detection request, and may generate a corresponding identification code according to the detection request. The detection request may include at least product information and detection item information of the product to be detected, the data management center 106 may associate the product information and detection item information in the detection request with identification codes, and the identification codes generated by the data management center 106 may be unique identification codes, that is, each identification code may correspond to each detection request, and the data management center 106 may generate the identification codes according to the detection request in various forms, for example, may generate the identification codes according to the number of the detection request, or may generate the identification codes according to the product information to be detected and the detection item information in the detection request. The identification code generated by the data management center 106 may be in various forms, for example, may be a graphic, may be a two-dimensional code, may be a bar code, or the like; the data management center 106 may generate the identification code by itself, or may generate the identification code by an identification code editor, which may be disposed inside the data management center 106, or may be disposed outside the data management center 106, and connected to the data management center 106. After generating the identification code, the data management center 106 may send the identification code to the first terminal 102, where the first terminal 102 may receive the identification code, and bind the identification code with the product to be detected in a preset manner, so that the second terminal 104 may obtain relevant information of the product to be detected according to the identification code. The identification code may be bound with the product to be detected by a manual mode, or may be bound with the product to be detected by the first terminal 102, specifically, the manual mode may be that the printed entity identification code is bound with the product to be detected by printing the identification code, and the first user of the first terminal 102 may print the identification code by a printing device; after the first terminal 102 receives the identification code, the image information of the product to be detected may be bound with the identification code by acquiring the image information of the product to be detected.
In step S206, in response to the acquisition request sent by the second terminal 104 through the identification code, the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected are acquired.
The second terminal 104 may be a terminal used by a second user, specifically, may be a terminal used by a user who detects a product, and the second terminal 104 may identify the identification code bound by the product to be detected through an identification device thereon, obtain corresponding interpretation information, and send an acquisition request including the interpretation information to the data management center 106. The identification device may be an image acquisition or scanning device of the second terminal 104, such as a camera, and the interpretation information may be related information obtained by identifying the identification code, for example, may be a string of codes, or numbers, or may be a combination of letters, symbols, numbers, and the like; the acquisition request may be used to acquire, from the data management center 106, a request for product information of a product to be detected, such as production information of the product, item information to be detected, and a target detection mechanism to be sent, etc., which are bound with the identification code.
Step S208, transmitting the product information and the detection item information to the second terminal 104, so that the second terminal 104 displays the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected, and obtains detection results for all detection items; and responding to the detection completion instruction for the product to be detected, and obtaining a detection report of the product to be detected.
The data management center 106 may query, according to the acquisition request sent by the second terminal 104 and the associated information carried in the identifier code, the related information of the product to be detected associated with the identifier code from the database, for example, may be product information, detection item information, and the like, and may further include information such as user information, user address, and address of a detection mechanism to which the product needs to be sent, and the like. The data management center 106 may return the above information to the second terminal 104, so that the second terminal 104 displays information such as product information and detection items of the product to be detected, a second user corresponding to the second terminal 104 may detect the product according to the above information, and after the detection is completed, input detection related information to the second terminal 104, trigger a completion detection instruction, and the second terminal 104 may obtain a corresponding detection report according to the completion instruction.
In the above product detection method, by using the first terminal 102 to send a detection request including product information and detection items of a product to be detected to the data management center 106, the data management center 106 generates an identification code according to the detection request, binds the first terminal 102 with the identification code, uses the second terminal 104 to identify the identification code, and sends an acquisition request including identification information of the identification code to the data management center 106, and the data management center 106 sends product information and detection item information of the product to be detected to the second terminal 104 according to the acquisition request, so that a second user corresponding to the second terminal 104 can detect the product according to the above information. Compared with the traditional method that information checking and registering are carried out manually in product detection, the method and the device realize optimal management on the product detection flow through the cooperation of the first terminal 102, the second terminal 104 and the data management center 106, and improve the efficiency of product detection.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 3 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 3 may include a plurality of steps or stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in rotation or alternatively with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a product detection apparatus is provided, which can be applied to a data management center 106, including: a first acquisition module 402, a generation module 404, a second acquisition module 406, and a transmission module 408, wherein:
a first obtaining module 402, configured to obtain a detection request sent by the first terminal 102; the detection request includes product information and detection item information of a product to be detected.
The generating module 404 is configured to generate a corresponding identification code according to the detection request, and send the identification code to the first terminal 102, so as to implement binding between the identification code and the product to be detected; the identification code is associated with product information and inspection item information of the product to be inspected.
The second obtaining module 406 is configured to obtain product information and detection item information of a product to be detected in response to an obtaining request sent by the second terminal 104 through the identification code.
A sending module 408, configured to send the product information and the detection item information to the second terminal 104, so that the second terminal 104 displays the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected, and obtains a detection result for each detection item; and responding to the detection completion instruction for the product to be detected, and obtaining a detection report of the product to be detected.
For specific limitations of the product detection device, reference may be made to the limitations of the product detection method hereinabove, and no further description is given here. The various modules in the product detection device described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing relevant data of the product to be detected. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a product detection method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing a product detection method as described above when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements a product detection method as described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. The product detection system is characterized by comprising a first terminal, a second terminal and a data management center;
the first terminal is used for acquiring product information and detection item information of a product to be detected and sending a detection request to the data management center; the detection request comprises the product information, detection item information and a first user account identifier of the first terminal;
The data management center is used for creating a data packet corresponding to the first user account identifier according to the detection request, wherein the data packet comprises the product information and the detection item information; generating association information corresponding to the data packet, generating a corresponding identification code according to the association information, and sending the identification code to a first terminal so as to realize the binding of the identification code and the product to be detected; the identification code is associated with the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected; the identification code also comprises safety code information, and the safety code information is generated according to the storage address of the data packet;
the second terminal is used for identifying the identification code bound with the product to be detected, obtaining interpretation information and sending an acquisition request comprising the interpretation information to the data management center; the interpretation information also comprises address identification information and safety code identification information;
the data management center is further used for acquiring the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected according to the acquisition request and returning the product information and the detection item information to the second terminal; the method is also used for obtaining the association information according to the acquisition request, wherein the association information comprises the storage address of the data packet; the data packet is obtained according to the association information, the data packet is returned to the second terminal, and the data packet is specifically used for judging whether the safety code identification information carried in the acquisition request is consistent with the safety code information in the data management center or not, and whether the address identification information carried in the acquisition request is consistent with the storage address of the data packet in the data management center or not; if the judging results are consistent, sending a data packet corresponding to the storage address to the second terminal; if the safety code error information is inconsistent with the address error information, sending the safety code error information or the address error information to the second terminal;
The second terminal is further used for displaying product information and detection item information of the product to be detected and obtaining detection results for all detection items; responding to a detection completion instruction aiming at the product to be detected, and obtaining a detection report of the product to be detected;
the detection report comprises the product information, the detection item information and detection results corresponding to all detection items.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the identification code is a two-dimensional code;
the data management center generates the identification code according to the association information and further comprises identification information for identifying the two-dimensional code;
the interpretation information obtained by the second terminal also comprises the identified authentication information;
the data management center is further configured to determine whether authentication information identified by the second terminal carried in the acquisition request is consistent with the authentication information in the data management center; if the association information is consistent, sending a data packet corresponding to the association information to the second terminal; and if the two-dimension code error information is inconsistent, sending the two-dimension code error information to the second terminal.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the detection request further includes target detection account information; the acquisition request sent by the second terminal to the data management center further comprises: a second user account identification of the second terminal;
The data management center is further used for comparing the second user account identifier with the target detection account information; if the two are inconsistent, sending information for detecting the account error and the first user account identifier to the second terminal; if the two are consistent, sending a data packet corresponding to the association information to the second terminal;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the data management center is further configured to send a notification message of completion of product delivery to the first terminal if the second user account identifier is consistent with the target detection account information; and if the second user account identifier is inconsistent with the target detection account information, sending a notification message of the product receiving error to the first terminal.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the second terminal is further configured to send a detection report of the product to be detected to the data management center after the detection report is obtained;
the data management center is further configured to send the detection report to the first terminal.
5. A method of product detection for a data management center, the method comprising:
acquiring a detection request sent by a first terminal; the detection request comprises product information of a product to be detected, detection item information and a first user account identifier of the first terminal;
Creating a data packet corresponding to the first user account identifier according to the detection request, wherein the data packet comprises the product information and the detection item information; generating association information corresponding to the data packet, generating a corresponding identification code according to the association information, and sending the identification code to a first terminal so as to realize the binding of the identification code and the product to be detected; the identification code is associated with the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected; the identification code also comprises safety code information, and the safety code information is generated according to the storage address of the data packet;
responding to an acquisition request sent by the second terminal through identifying the identification code, and acquiring product information and detection item information of the product to be detected; the acquisition request comprises interpretation information, and address identification information and security code identification information are also included in the interpretation information;
sending the product information and the detection item information to the second terminal so that the second terminal displays the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected and obtains detection results for all detection items; responding to a detection completion instruction aiming at the product to be detected, and obtaining a detection report of the product to be detected;
Further comprises: obtaining the association information according to the acquisition request, wherein the association information comprises a storage address of the data packet; obtaining the data packet according to the association information, and returning the data packet to the second terminal, including: judging whether the safety code identification information carried in the acquisition request is consistent with the safety code information in the data management center or not, and judging whether the address identification information carried in the acquisition request is consistent with the storage address of the data packet in the data management center or not; if the judging results are consistent, sending a data packet corresponding to the storage address to the second terminal; and if the safety code error information is inconsistent with the address error information, sending the safety code error information or the address error information to the second terminal.

The method of claim 5, wherein the identification code is a two-dimensional code; the identification code further comprises identification information for identifying the two-dimensional code; the interpretation information also comprises the identified authentication information; the method further comprises the steps of:
judging whether authentication information identified by a second terminal carried in the acquisition request is consistent with the authentication information in the data management center; if the association information is consistent, sending a data packet corresponding to the association information to the second terminal; and if the two-dimension code error information is inconsistent, sending the two-dimension code error information to the second terminal.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the detection request further includes target detection account information; the acquisition request further includes: a second user account identification of the second terminal; the method further comprises the steps of:
comparing the second user account identifier with the target detection account information; if the two are inconsistent, sending information for detecting the account error and the first user account identifier to the second terminal; if the two are consistent, sending a data packet corresponding to the association information to the second terminal;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
if the second user account identifier is consistent with the target detection account information, sending a notification message of completion of product receiving to a first terminal; and if the second user account identifier is inconsistent with the target detection account information, sending a notification message of the product receiving error to the first terminal.
8. A product testing device for use in a data management center, the device comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a detection request sent by the first terminal; the detection request comprises product information of a product to be detected, detection item information and a first user account identifier of the first terminal;
The generation module is used for creating a data packet corresponding to the first user account identifier according to the detection request, wherein the data packet comprises the product information and the detection item information; generating association information corresponding to the data packet, generating a corresponding identification code according to the association information, and sending the identification code to a first terminal so as to realize the binding of the identification code and the product to be detected; the identification code is associated with the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected; the identification code also comprises safety code information, and the safety code information is generated according to the storage address of the data packet;
the second acquisition module is used for responding to an acquisition request sent by the second terminal through identifying the identification code and acquiring the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected; the acquisition request comprises interpretation information, and address identification information and security code identification information are also included in the interpretation information;
the sending module is used for sending the product information and the detection item information to the second terminal so that the second terminal can display the product information and the detection item information of the product to be detected and obtain detection results for all detection items; responding to a detection completion instruction aiming at the product to be detected, and obtaining a detection report of the product to be detected;
