This comparative example differs from example 1 only in that alkylsiloxane 2 (dimethyldiethoxysilane) in the starting material for the preparation of component B was replaced by the same amount of alkylsiloxane 1 (methyltrimethoxysilane), and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example differs from example 1 only in that the alkylsiloxane 1 (methyltrimethoxysilane) in the starting material for the preparation of component B was replaced by the same amount of alkylsiloxane 2 (dimethyldiethoxysilane), the rest being identical to example 1.
Comparative example 5
This comparative example differs from example 1 only in that the starting materials for the preparation of component B did not contain polydimethylsiloxane, the weight percent of dimethyldiethoxysilane was 17.4%, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
The wall coatings for writing and painting of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were subjected to a performance test by the following methods:
(1) writing and erasing properties: printing ink, placing for 30 days, and evaluating cleanability grade according to JG/T304-2011 appendix A;
(2) writing and erasing properties: marking with a water color pen, placing for 30 days, and evaluating cleanable grade according to JG/T304-2011 appendix A;
(3) writing and erasing properties: marking by an oily marker pen, placing for 24h, and evaluating the cleanable level according to JG/T304-2011 appendix A;
(4) scratch resistance hardness: recording the pencil hardness value according to JG/T304-2011;
(5) solvent rub resistance: performing according to JG/T304-2011, and recording the exposure times within 100 times;
(6) antibacterial property: according to GB/T21866-2008.
The results of the performance tests are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the wall coverings for writing and painting prepared in examples 1 to 5 were all of grade 1 in cleanability against the marks of ink, watercolor pens and oil markers, i.e., they were erasable by dry lint-free cotton cloth and were excellent in writing and erasing properties. In addition, the wall coatings for writing and painting prepared in examples 1 to 5 were excellent in durability such as scratch resistance hardness and solvent wiping resistance, and also excellent in antibacterial durability.
Compared with example 1, the wall paint for writing and painting prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 has poor cleanability grade for the marks of watercolor pens and poor 4 grade for the marks of oil-based markers, and the marks cannot be erased, which shows that the wall paint for writing and painting has poor writing and erasing performance when the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is too large (1:13) or too small (1: 22).
Compared with the wall paint for writing and painting prepared in example 1 and comparative example 3, the cured coating is brittle, and the coating is not cured in the wall paint for writing and painting prepared in comparative example 4, which indicates that the basic performance of the wall paint for writing and painting cannot be ensured when the alkyl siloxane of the component B is only alkyl siloxane 1 or only alkyl siloxane 2.
The wall paint for writing and painting prepared in comparative example 5 was inferior in cleanability level for the marks of the water color pen and inferior in cleanability level to 4 level for the marks of the oil-based marker, and the marks could not be erased, compared to example 1, because polydimethylsiloxane was not added in comparative example 5, resulting in inferior writing and erasing properties.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above embodiments and the preparation method of the wall paint for writing and painting, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention is implemented only by relying on the above embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The wall paint for writing and drawing is characterized by comprising A, B two components, wherein the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
85-90% of titanate;
10-15% of isopropanol;
the preparation raw materials of the component B comprise the following components in percentage by weight:

2. the wall covering for writing and painting of claim 1, wherein the titanate comprises titanium di (ethyl acetoacetate) diisopropyl ester.
3. The wall paint for writing and drawing according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the stabilizer comprises any one of glacial acetic acid or hydrochloric acid;
preferably, the titanate coupling agent comprises a chelate of isopropyl tris (dioctyl pyrophosphato acyloxy) ethylene titanate and triethanolamine.
4. The wall covering for writing and drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickener comprises fumed silica.
5. The wall paint for writing and drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the alkyl siloxane 1 comprises any one of methyl trimethoxy silane or methyl triethoxy silane;
preferably, the alkylsiloxane 2 comprises any one of dimethylmethoxysilane or dimethylethoxysilane.
6. The wall paint for writing and drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane is 15 to 20 cp.
7. The wall paint for writing and drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:16 to 1: 19.
8. The method for preparing the wall paint for writing and drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of a component A: uniformly mixing titanate and isopropanol to obtain a component A;
(2) b, preparation of a component: dispersing the nano silica sol, the stabilizer, the titanate coupling agent and the thickening agent at low speed and then at high speed to obtain a mixture 1; uniformly stirring alkyl siloxane 1, alkyl siloxane 2 and polydimethylsiloxane, and standing to obtain a mixture 2; adding the mixture 2 into the mixture 1, uniformly mixing and curing to obtain a component B;
(3) and uniformly mixing the component A and the component B to obtain the wall paint for writing and drawing.
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the rotation speed of the low-speed dispersion in the step (2) is 450-550 rpm, and the time of the low-speed dispersion is 5-10 min;
preferably, the high-speed dispersion in the step (2) has the rotating speed of 1100-1200 rpm, and the high-speed dispersion time is 5-10 min;
preferably, the stirring speed in the step (2) is 120-140 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min;
preferably, the standing time in the step (2) is 3-5 h;
preferably, the mixing temperature in the step (2) is 30-40 ℃, the mixing rotating speed is 150-250 rpm, and the mixing time is 4-6 h;
preferably, the curing time in the step (2) is 8-12 h;
preferably, the mixing time in the step (3) is 3-5 min.
10. Use of the wall covering for writing and drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in a wall surface.
